Was very disappointed tried this place. Cookies were off tasting. Place could have been a little cleaner. I thought I saw something run by me. Avoid this establishment. read more

We stopped in for the Italian sandwich. After asking the girl how large the sandwiches are we opted for two. They are huge - one would have been plenty for two to share. A very generous serving of yummy meats. I would have liked more lettuce. The top piece of the roll became immediately soft & soggy in spots. They should layer meats & cheeses next to bread as the veggies & dressing make the bread soggy & unappealing. The peanut butter cookie was also good. read more

10/10 -- Will Be Back! Stopped at Morongo Cookie Company on my way home from Yucca Valley and was blown away by the customer service. The woman who helped me was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful -- even gave me a free sticker, a loyalty card, and napkins "just in case" I decided to enjoy a sweet on the drive home. It's the little touches that make a business stand out. This is the level of service every place should strive for. Amazing experience -- definitely coming back! Cookies are my favorite dessert, so when I heard the buzz on our local Facebook page about this new cookie shop, I knew I had to get there this week. Yum and yay!!! We tried three on this trip: The chocolate chip is good, but the oatmeal raisin is so delicious and flavorful that I know it will be my regular order. For a special treat, the s'more cookie was absolutely incredible and will probably become the store's best seller. It's like a chocolate chip cookie base with marshmallows in it and a square of Hershey's chocolate on the top. What makes it special is that it has a graham cracker on the bottom. Everything was fresh. They stay open until they sell out so could go till 6 PM unless it's high season and they get busy. By the way, we noticed that they also sell soft-serve ice cream and they have a collection of candy. There is a separate indoor seating area with colorful tables for those hot days. read more

Super cute shop with friendly staff. Too bad I was not able to try the cookies as they didn't have vegan cookies the day I went. Maybe next time! To the owner: Both visits, no vegan cookies... you don't know when I came in. I have been back and still no vegan cookies. I get you're not a vegan cookie shop but would it kill you not to use animal products? It would be better if you had compassion for the animals and not make money off the suffering of others, but that wouldn't serve your community sadly. Being a roll model is clearly too difficult for you. read more

Best cookies we have ever tasted ha fs down!! They look and taste amazing! Thank you Chris!

These cookies are SO good! Like serious business...the s'more cookies have a graham cracker in them, and any other type is loaded with candies or whatever the cookie flavor is. This is a nice CLEAN little shop. The ambiance is bright and happy, and the service is friendly and accommodating. I am a germaphobe (like one of the other reviewers) and I have never seen anything unfavorable. They use paper and or tongs. If a finger has ever inadvertently touched a cookie, I didn't see it, and I will live through it. read more

I have never lift a review before in my life, so here it goes, I start ordering a dozen cookies, and the older lady is helping me. As I am watching her grab the cookies she places the paper on the cookie and grabs the outside of of the cookie, with her bear hands, I watched as she did this with 6 out of the 8 she put into the box. I told her I didn't want anymore. I explained why, she got a attitude with me and told me I didn't basically didn't know what I was talking about. Maybe she isn't trained properly in food handling? Then she tried charging me 34 dollars for 8 cookies, when a dozen is only 30 dollars. Seeing what I saw makes me question their food sanitary conditions when noone is around. I will never go back to this establishment. If I could give a 0 star I would. read more
