Ruined our daughters 7th birthday, had a complete party planned and they promised to have a bounce house delivered between 8-11A.M. At 11 we had to continually call them and try to figure out what was going on. The response we received was "we can't find our driver", they offered no solution or even the courtesy of telling us that we might need to make some last minute plans. We had reserved a bounce house for my son's birthday. We had to reschedule the party because they could Not deliver the bouncer on the scheduled day because their truck was broken down and the owner MaryAnn couldn't let me know until the day of the party because she had been in court all day the day before. My son had been looking forward to this party for quite some time so having to move it up was not a happy moment for him. Prior to the bad party experience I had discussed purchasing a bouncer from them. To make up for the bad experience she promised we would get a really good deal on the purchase which I thought was a nice gesture. The jumper we ended up buying was supposed to be 2-3 years old and they gave a 1 year guarantee where they promised to come out and repair any holes etc. After only a couple of months we notices holes and we called for them to come to fix them. That was 6 months ago and they are ignoring my calls, nor have they come out to fix one single hole. I finally got ahold of the other owner Joe. He told me Mary Ann had no right to sell the bounce house and the unit was 8-9 years not 2-3 as she had stated. I offered for him to buy it back which he agreed to do. That is now 4 weeks ago he was supposed to have come and pick it up. This place is unbelievable! My niece reserved a bounce slide for her son's birthday scheduled on a Saturday. It was supposed to be there between 9 and 12. After12:30 she called to find out where the heck it was! They apologized and said their truck broke down. After another 1/2 hour... still no slide. She called about 2 or 3 times and they eventually stopped taking her calls! My nephew, her brother, drove down to the place and they DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE SLIDE THAT WAS RESERVED! horrible service as usual last year I rented them and they were supposed to show up the night before the party I stayed up till midnight MaryAnne kept telling me she was on her way and never showed up.I decided to give them another chance this year they actually showed up on time but did not bring the cotton candy machine did not bring extension cords until the next morning then yes they brought the cotton candy machine but no sticks so we were unable to use it this was on June 22nd 2014 they promised us a full refund of the cotton candy machine and as of today I have not heard from them after numerous texts they are very unorganized and they are very unprofessional. Well I normally get on yelp to tell how great a business is I've never had to type how horrible a company is.... I only write this to protect all the rest of the families who are thinking of using this company. We rented a bouncer from this so called company for my nephews bday. They showed up 2 hours late with a man in an ankle bracelet to set it up. The bouncy had tons of holes and duck tape to cover some of them and was very dirty but the kids already saw it so it was over we couldn't just not have it at this point. He left we had to call him back because the one fan he brought was not enough to keep it inflated with 6 children in it and my son had hurt him self because of it he refused to put another fan. I had to take my son to thr ER he now has several stiches in his chin... They are very rude and very unprofessional and they definitely have no customer service or ethics at all we were unable to continue use for the rest of the party and it is still at my house because they never showed up to get it. no stars given. i had to select a star to post this. this business never came to drop off my combo jumper and pinata i ordered. they were dodging my calls and never ever called me back to rectify situation. unprofessional people and business. ruined 3 yr old daughters birthday party! and good luck calling the 2nd contact # they leave on there vmail because you can't even leave a message and nobody packs that phone up either. i spoke with marianne. i called and asked if i was speaking with marianne she lied and said it wasn't. but i told her the least they could have do ne was pick up and just let me know they were not coming or called me ahead time so i could have ordered from somewhere else. if you want your party ruined go head an order from this place. i read another review that there jumpers are filthy!!! glad i didn't waste $135 on this sucky business! read more

The worst and most Un appricated people ever and there prices are high for the jumpers! They ruined our daughters party by delivering a rippedup down rright dirty jumper and didn't clean it or offer us a refund of a fair price! They lie and didn't show up for 3 days and no call backs or anything .. blamed it on there company being broke into and she was robbed and then hours later she states that the owner is out of town but won't give me his information! I called to make a reservation Thursday evening. No one answered, left a message, and call was returned Friday evening. Reservation set for Saturday drop-off between 7-10am. They called at 10:30 and said our jumper wasn't available because the driver didn't pick it up and it had holes. I was told we could wait until it was patched or choose another jumper. We chose the only thing they had left and was told they would bring another within 45 minutes. Hours passed, no one answered their phone. I did receive a phone call saying they had a flat but it was fixed and they were now only approximately 30 minutes away. It's now 5:30, their phone is off, and there is no jumper at our house. Thankfully the Birthday Girl had no idea we were planning to have a jumper or there for sure would have been some tears. This place is terrible and unprofessional. Unbelievable. read more

This place is a joke. I had originally called on 3/27/14 to rent a bounce house for my son's birthday. I requested pictures of the bounce house to see what the slide and climbing wall looked like because they were not posted on the website. Today is 3/4/14 I have not received them. I have called daily and got excuse after excuse. I decided to look up reviews, boy was I glad I did!! I decided to go with another company bases out of cabazon. A bit more pricey, but piece of mind that I will actually receive my bounce house on the date and time specified. I called about 10 mins ago to cancel the order. He couldn't find it in the system, even though I have been on the phone with then daily since the 27th of march, unbelievable! I told the gentleman that did t surprise me, and that's why we chose to go elsewhere. He said well good you didn't place an order anyway and hung up. Lol... pay the extra money people and go somewhere else, they are not worth it!! Wish I could give zero stars, customer service is lacking also. read more

This business has no respect or consideration for others. This is NOT a kid friendly business. They were late showing up, the bouncer was extremely dirty and worn. The net was torn and there was duct tape everywhere. Within a few minutes after they left we realized the bouncy was not working properly. This was a big bounce house and required two air fans. They only used one. Because of this a child was trying to go down the slide and tossed from the top straight to the cement. needless to say he now has stitches. We called the company to come add another air fan and when he got there he said the fan was not working and one would be fine. I asked both him and the other guy who the owner was and they both refused to tell me. We spent the rest of the party not using a bouncer. They were supposed to be back at 8pm to pick up the bounce house and they didn't show. I received a call at MIDNIGHT! What business does this???? They called me the next day on EASTER! Very unprofessional. Finally the day after Easter they came to get the bouncy and the cops ended up being involved. They refused to give us back our money and did not even apologize for what had happened. The owner was rude and disrespectful and careless of his equipment and business. I will NEVER refer them to anyone. I am asking for your own Childs safety DO NOT use this company. They are frauds. read more
