Based on that advice I called back the week of 12/15/25 and their amazing rep jumped on a FaceTime call with me to pick out the tree. They lightly flocked it for me; took payment over the phone and held it until 12/23/25 for me. They helped me load it and lock it down. I rarely say this, but this was handled perfectly.
