We hired Twist and Bitters for our wedding, and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the moment we started planning, they were incredibly helpful and responsive -- offering thoughtful suggestions and working closely with us to make sure everything was just right. On the big day, they brought the perfect mix of professionalism and fun. The bartenders were engaging, energetic, and kept the good vibes flowing all night long. So many of our guests commented on how great the bar staff was and how much fun they had interacting with them. What an awesome experience -- we had the team come to our girls' trip the first night while we were getting ready. It was the perfect kick off to our trip. They made beautifully crafted cocktails, kept us engaged, even poured some special shots along the way to keep the party going! Would highly recommend this dynamic duo to add some extra fun to any party or event! read more

They were a vendor for our wedding and were so amazing!! Super yummy, creative drinks and great service. Thank you so much!!

We had a party at our home the day before our wedding and wanted to hire bartenders/mixologists for it. We read many reviews on multiple vendors and found T&B had great reviews. Having said that, we will be hiring them for every party we ever have from now on! We got nothing but compliments on them, from their setup, friendliness, attentiveness to the guests, I even found myself talking to them for a period of time at my own party because they were so nice! They're definitely the way to go if this is something you're looking for for your event! They would've been perfect for a wedding too! read more

100% Recommend Twist & Bitters. I recently had my bachelorette party in Palm Springs this past August, and I wanted to do something different outside of pool and spa days, hence a mixology class. I reached out to Twist & Bitters, about a week before to see their availability and I lucked up as they were available for the date I wanted. They had an extensive menu of cocktails to choose from but also allow any special requests.Their communication was amazing and quick. You can tell that they had a passion for mixology once the class started. They created me my own website with all the ingredients that we used including their homemade syrups. In the class they shared knowledge from the history of the tools, how to use each tool, and also best practices. They even took pictures for us as we were mixing so we could capture the experience. They had trivia questions to ask us about each and awarded us with fun boozy prizes. Overall me and my friends had an amazing time with them and would 100% use them again the next time I am in the Palm Springs area. read more

I had them at my bachelorette in Temecula last July for the mixology class. Everyone was very impressed with the overall experience, we learned a lot about cocktails, and the drinks were top notch. Everyone was raving about them throughout the trip. The whole process of booking them, choosing the cocktails, and tailoring the experience to my event was seamless. Sam was extremely responsive and made my whole experience quite pleasant. Pricing was also very reasonable and was a no brainer when it came to booking them. We even tried to book them again for my wedding after party due to the amazing experience but our schedules didn't line up. We did use one of their recipes for our wedding signature drinks! I highly recommend twist & bitters and would 100% book them again in the future. read more

Twist & Bitters - Bar menu at wedding - Bartenders Near Me - Joshua Tree, California

Twist & Bitters is a MUST. We hired Sam & Stacy for our wedding this September. They are talented and thoughtful cocktail masters. Their artisanal drinks elevated our event. They care about the level of quality and detail of their drinks -- creating purees from real fruits for our Lava Flow cocktails and crafting aromatic sprays to add an olfactory experience. Our guests couldnt get enough of their cocktails. During the planning stages, Sam & Stacy were so easy to communicate with. They shared a menu of so many enticing cocktails to choose from but also helped us personalize a drink that had a special memory for us. They truly cared about our event and the experience of our guests, helping us understand which drinks take longer to prep which would create a long line for our guests - they didn't mind if that was our decision but wanted to offer us that perspective which was thoughtful. We've now tried their crafty drinks twice - first at our wedding, second as a guest at a friend's wedding. They delivered 110% at both events. On the day of the events, they were so personable - simply a joy to interact with! I mean look at their pictures. 100% recommend. read more

Owners of Twist & Bitters, Sam and Stacy are nothing short of professional and fun. They provide excellent service with even better cocktails. Our guests at our engagement party could not stop talking about the freshly made cocktails they enjoyed and even stated they appreciated the attentiveness when they would go back for seconds and thirds (some even more). I cannot recommend Twist & Bitters enough. They do not disappoint! read more

Twist & Bitters provided all alcohol and bartended our wedding on September 29, 2023 in Topanga, California. Sam was very helpful with planning, he told us everything we needed to know to prepare for our wedding. I would reference his thorough emails when I needed to look something up. He provided a custom drink list to choose from and gave suggestions about what alcohol to purchase and drinks to serve. On the day of the wedding, Sam and Stacy were professional, fun, gave top notch service, and the bar and signs looked great. All our guests complimented our bar and the beautiful and delicious drinks. I was surprised when Sam personally served us at the couple table and made sure we had everything we needed, like we were in a fancy restaurant. So grateful, would hire again and again! read more

Twist and Bitters did an excellent job bartending our wedding earlier this month. Notably, they had some of the best communication amongst our vendors. Sam, one of the owners/bartenders, was so kind and helpful during the planning stages of our wedding. He was always super responsive and thorough in answering all our questions. He also took the time to meet with us via zoom to discuss event logistics given we had a bigger wedding of about 160 people.  During and after the wedding, we heard so much positive feedback from our guests regarding T&B including that lines were never too long and cocktails were very delicious. We even heard a couple comments about the bartenders personally smoking some of the drinks and chilling some of the shots. One of the guests said it was the smoothest shot they ever had. This is the level of service you can come to expect of T&B - bartenders who are passionate about what they do and can deliver true craft quality while also knowing how to run an efficient bar. We're so happy they bartended our wedding. We would absolutely recommend them and hope to cross paths with them again some day. read more

Twist & Bitters were nothing but amazing! They were a dream to work with leading up to our wedding, were incredibly flexible (it POURED on our day), and such a fun couple. They worked with us on a 'grocery list' and we provided all the alcohol. To say I am AMAZED at what they created is an understatement. Their garnishes and craftsmanship were stunning. We had 2 bartenders at the wedding and they were impressed as well! They went above and beyond the day of, making sure not only our guests were taken care of, but also that my husband and I were as well. They made my husband an extra special old-fashioned that he's still talking about. Not only were they extremely professional, but they were also SO much fun. Our group was fun, crazy, and out there and Twist & Bitters never missed a beat. I'm only sad I don't have another event to plan and have them at. Hire them for ANY bartending needs you have. read more

I seriously cannot say enough nice things and Sam and Stacy! I hired them to do a cocktail making class and then bartend for my sisters bachelorette - it was a HIT. They made the experience so much fun and allowed us to pick drinks that we all loved. I feel like whatever I type in this review won't do justice to describe the service that Sam and Stacy provided on the day of my event. From the beginning of our exchanges months in advance to the final minutes of their service; Twist and Bitters literally was the one vendor I didn't have to stress about. I feel like that statement is rarely uttered when planning a wedding. Did I mention the drinks?? Sam and Stacy are mixologists through and through. They curated a truly unique cocktail experience that I won't soon forget. "You had a Salted Butter Caramelized Pineapple Syrup at your event right?...noo?...ooof. But you surely had a Cherry Coke Reduction in your Old Fashion?...yikes." You're doing yourself a disservice by not booking them for your next event. Truly appreciate you guys! read more

If you're going back and forth about a bartender for your wedding, do yourself a favor and book Twist & Bitters NOW. They quite literally were the hit of our special day - so many friends and family have complimented us on how amazing the bartenders were and are still raving about how delicious the signature cocktails were and how amazingly cool Sam and Stacy were. We've even had a few of our engaged friends ask for their details for their upcoming weddings. Sam was so easy to work with from the time we sent out our first inquiry. Their prices are more than fair and some of the best we found in doing our research in the area (we got married in Joshua Tree). The day of the wedding, they showed up early, set up the most beautiful bars for both a welcome cocktail and for the reception and kept the drinks flowing all night- we had about 80 guests and there was never a long line or any hold up in getting a drink fast. Not only are the drinks delicious, but they're also beautifully crafted works of art with hand made garnishes. Both Sam and Stacy are so friendly and professional, and we couldn't be happier that we chose them to bartend at our wedding. I couldn't be any more enthusiastic in recommending Twist & Bitters for your next occasion. They were by far one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. Thank you, Sam & Stacy! read more

Twist and Bitters were absolutely amazing!! I'm always fearful of bartenders cause usually they pour crappy basic drinks, but that was not the case at all with Twist and Bitters! From the very beginning Sam guided me on what he thought might be the best for the amount of people and theme. He provided me with an awesome list of their unique craft cocktails that they make their own syrups and bitters for. He also went and did all the shopping for us for a small fee and picked out what he thought was well priced for good alcohol. Day of, everyone loved them! They had a fun bar stand and everyone was huddled around them. We even ended up having to ask to extended their time cause they were so great! I believe they're based all the way in Semi-Valley but they were extremely accommodating and came all the way to San Diego to serve us. So if you're in San Diego/OC/LA and looking for a phenomenal bartender Twist and Bitters is the best option! I would say we'll definitely be hiring them again, but we actually already have! See you guys next week! Haha read more

Wow. So Stacey and Sam were one of the best things at our wedding. They were everything you hope for and more from bartenders. Not only were they a great price, but they did craft cocktails and did them fast. There was never a long line at the bar (had less than 100 people) and the drinks were SO GOOD. They worked with us to come up with two custom drinks and even custom designed the menu to match our color scheme. Not only that, so many people at my wedding (many who are people who run events) came up to me to say how great they were. Also they looked great and the bar was cute as heck! I'd hire them for everything and anything forever. Seriously... book these guys. read more

Omg. Stop right now and hired these two! Not only are they lovely people, a beautiful couple, and completely honest (which is refreshing) they are whip smart when it comes to all things drinks, flavors, combos, and the science behind what makes a drink...well a drink. I hired them for a private cocktail class and they came, and made my kitchen island look like a fully stocked bar. We asked them 262937283 questions and they answered everyone with patience. And the drinks were FIRE!!!! So so good! I can't wait to have a big ole party so I can hire them. And until then, we will just have to hire them for another cocktail class! read more

Twist & Bitters took care of us for our 100+ person backyard wedding reception in Oct 2022, and I could not recommend them more. Sam and Stacy knocked it out of the park! From their super cool bar setup, to the decorative details, to the special requests that we knew our guests would hit them with, everything was absolutely perfect. If you're considering Twist & Bitters for your event, book them WITHOUT HESITATION! Twist & Bitters were AWESOME for our wedding. They were so communicative the whole time, and they even met up with me to do a walk-through of our venue beforehand. Having a professional bar service for your event - especially a wedding - is SOOO important. Sam and Stacey with Twist & Bitters made everything beyond easy for myself (the planner) and for my clients J + K. Not only were they kind and easy to work with on the vendor relation side, Sam & Stacey connected with our guests beyond just serving them drinks and it made the night feel comfortable, cohesive and smooth. We had a lot of amazing vendors at our wedding. I think our friends' favorite vendor was Twist & Bitters. They are artisanal bartenders - homemade black sesame syrup and smoked whiskey? My friends still talk to me about how great they were - I do not even drink. You do have to purchase your own alcohol, but they will do the shopping for you and even work within your budget. It did not seem to matter that we got lower budget alcohol, because their drinks were so good.
