We got the breakfast burrito with the cilantro crema on the side, it was amazing not spicy and very flavorful with the beans cheese and potatoes very filling as well. The coffee was great. We got the cold brew which was so refreshing on a hot day. They also had a fresh homage cold foam for iced lattes. They have both cow and oat milk options. We went for lunch and they were sold out of the quiche. They have a different vegetarian and meat option everyday and they go fast so get there early if you want this. Great outdoor seating area with plenty of shade and turf. Service was so friendly and nice and very accommodating for modifications to orders. Super conveniently located on the main road to and from Joshua Tree right outside the park. Loved this spot! read more

We stopped here for breakfast on our motorcycle trip through the area. We got here right when it opened and they were right on time opening up the doors. The patio our front is super pleasant to sit at during the morning to soak up a little sun. Everything is very clean, new and well decorated. The menu isn't big, but there are so great options. The menu is carefully crafted by the chef and he wasn't able to deviate when we asked for a substitute of bacon in place of chorizo in the breakfast burrito which was a bit odd but I'll just pretend it's because he respects his recipes. The cook was also late to show up that morning so it took longer than expected to get our food. Luckily we weren't in a hurry and it was super pleasant sitting in the back patio. Most of us got the breakfast burrito which was made with quality ingredients. One person got the quiche which looked pretty tasty and full of some fun flavors. This was by far the "fanciest" stop on our road trip and was a great break to relax and unwind on the back patio area on the turf and at the picnic tables. It was a delight to see more modern eateries pop up in 29 Palms! Love the set up with outdoor seatings and the weather was delightful on a cool sunny day in winter. Very casual - order at the counter then picnic tables outside. Staffs are friendly and I left a tip. I ordered a Chipotle Chicken Sandwich and a cold brew. I should have ordered a pull-over but opt for something cold, which was ok. The chicken was fried, but for some reasons part of it was undercook. The sandwich got a little soggy and underwhelming. Tasty and convenient. We were driving around and at lunch time needed a place that allowed dogs. This had shaded picnic tables in front and other seating in back. I went into order and noticed a set up for pour over coffee, our favorite. I ordered two chipotle chicken sandwiches, fries, an Arnold Palmer and a lemonade. Though I tried to go for coffee I wasn't convincing enough until a late lunch. Ohhh I am so glad we got in there before they closed. We are going back as soon as possible!!! I had the chipotle chicken sandwich (gluten free and added bacon) and some gf fries and this was not an ordinary sandwich. That chicken!!! The FLAVORS!!! I left with food on my shirt because I ate like an animal after one bite. It looked insta ready and tasted even better!!! Not an all show no go sandwich and I can't wait for our next visit. To add to that magnificent sandwich the FRIES!!! Oh my word THE FRIES!!!!!!! Very overpriced for the small portions. I don't have a problem paying $15 for a good sized breakfast burrito, but this was about half the size of what you'd normally get for that. Plus they gave themselves a 20% tip on a takeout order cause I accidentally didn't fill that part out at the kiosk... not cool, especially for an already overpriced meal. Stopped by here to check out the coffee and breakfast burrito. The coffee was watered down and the breakfast burrito was a mess- all egg and their house made jalapeño yogurt sauce that made it wet in all the wrong ways. The most outrageous thing about it is that it cost $15. If you are a foodie this is not the place. read more
