She completely ignored me both times and went right back to staring at her phone like customers who spend money were an inconvenience. Not even a "sorry," not even a "we don't have bags." Just rude, lazy, dismissive behavior. Meanwhile the parking lot right outside the door is a mess with people whipping into parking spaces, and I'm standing there trying to carry everything while making sure my son doesn't get hit by a car. The lack of basic awareness or decency was unbelievable. If this is the kind of customer service this place now allows, longtime customers clearly don't matter anymore. Management should probably spend less time letting employees play on their phones and more time teaching basic respect and professionalism.
