The only thing I would mention is to make sure your contract and invoices clearly outlines all fees, especially the 20% administration fee. It wasn't reflected on our invoices until the day after the event, so it came as an unexpected surprise. Around 7 PM on May 14, 2026, the woman working the register couldn't even do the bare minimum of acknowledging a customer. After buying a beer from HER register, I asked twice for a bag because my hands were full and I was trying to safely hold my son's hand in the parking lot. She completely ignored me both times and went right back to staring at her phone like customers who spend money were an inconvenience. Not even a "sorry," not even a "we don't have bags." Just rude, lazy, dismissive behavior. Meanwhile the parking lot right outside the door is a mess with people whipping into parking spaces, and I'm standing there trying to carry everything while making sure my son doesn't get hit by a car. The lack of basic awareness or decency was unbelievable. If this is the kind of customer service this place now allows, longtime customers clearly don't matter anymore. Management should probably spend less time letting employees play on their phones and more time teaching basic respect and professionalism.
