I ordered Eggs Benedict. It was average. The Hollandiase sauce tasted like it came from a can. Again, not a bad thing, but if you wanted to step up your game, making it fresh wouldn't be a bad idea. Spouse orders pancakes where ever we go. They said they were a little dry and not their favorite. Coffee was also average. The creamers on the table seemed hard to come by. If I were in town again, I might try them for lunch and see if that's any better. We had a good time in Yucca Valley. C&S Coffee Shop is just average.

Some thought and about 15k could offer much needed updates. Don't change your cashier though, she was wonderful.
