E for Exceptional! Earned more than 5-stars! The menu is quite large, I mean it actually measures about 8' x 6' ... maybe even bigger. If you need some direction or suggestions, meet April . . . the warm and kind human that takes your order and brings it to your outdoor table. April walked me through a couple of menu items that appealed to me and I ended up having (devouring) the 50/50 wrap with eggplant, pesto and avocado. It came topped with a beautiful bunch of dressed greens. The photos don't do it justice. The wrap is a large, soft pita. I ate every bite! For something sweet and cool, April recommended a mixed berry with banana smoothie. It was perfect! There are plenty of outdoor tables. And even though I was solo the setting was perfect and neat and casual and comfortable. Parking lot is decent and the bathroom was clean with ample supplies.

This is the gem of Joshua Tree (besides the National Park, of course). Fresh. Plant-based. Goodness. If it wasn't for the giant "vegan" sign I spotted from the main road while headed to the park, I would have totally driven by without noticing this place. It's in a building that looks like it belongs in Pioneertown and not where you'd expect to find a vegan cafe. Grabbed a couple of smoothies on our way back from visiting the park right before they closed for the day and they were both terrific. If you can't decide - go with the Chocolate Sun Butter with added brownie bits (recommended to me by the friendly gal behind the walk-up window). It's definitely one of the best smoothies I've EVER had! I look forward to stopping in again (hopefully post-covid) and experiencing their vegan brunch menu.

Such a unique menu that's healthy and filling for post-Joshua tree hiking. The Pestocado was something that'll make you want to recreate it at home! The hummus wrap has nothing but a smooth tasty hummus with fresh vegetables adding amazing texture to the meal. Saffron rose rice pudding caught our attention so we ordered it and although we were extremely full, we were glad to have experienced the floral dessert! the coco rosie was delicious! I wish the cup was bigger. A small gravel parking lot is available to pull into. When we arrived it was around 10:30a and there were no crowds.

I made a pit stop here while visiting Joshua tree and heading back home to LA. I didn't realize at first it was a vegan place but food looked amazing in pictures and decided to take a chance. So happy that I did because as expected it was so tasty and the wrap I ordered with side salad was soooo yummy. Also had their smoothie and that was different but not terrible or anything. The staff was helpful and food came out quick and fresh. I hope to be back to this place soon.

My go to spot for allergen-free yummies after a trip to Joshua Tree. This is a family owned operation & everything is so thoughtfully made every time I come here. Ask for the sea moss face mask for a rejuvenating skin treat. :)

Fantastic delicious food and special, super sweet customer service! We were a tad confused at the order outside system, unsure if they were open, but the kind employee popped out to give us the scoop. Cute western looking building and a great restroom. You order at the window and they bring out to your car. The food was fresh and crazy delicious. The seasonings on the salad were magical!!! We inhaled it. The kid in our party loved the warm pita bread :) the stuffed avocados, hummus, coffee, rose water saffron rice pudding, and eggplant toast were 10 stars. Seriously so good. While we were eating outside in the sunshine on their hay bales, they employee came out to bring us two free vegan GF chocolate cupcakes as a treat, how nice!! Thanks for a great experience.

We were visiting Yucca Valley, and decided to stop by the place on day 1 of our stay. We liked the place so much, that we visited it every single day of our trip. If you are vegan, then don't look any further, this is the spot! The location is right next to the main highway 62, so very convenient if you are on the way to Joshua Tree or Palm Springs. There is enough parking (so it wasn't an issue). Note that they are open only Fri-Sun. They are offering only takeout, but there are some tables outside, so you can sit and enjoy. Over the 3 days, we tried several items from their menu: Earl grey lavender iced tea, Hibiscus rose iced tea, chocolate sunbutter smoothie, chickpea salad wrap (entree), stuffed avocado- tried both pesto as well as chickpea (entree), eggplant toast (entree), chocolate cake, saffron rice pudding. Everything we tried was delicious. There were definitely some repeat orders as well in the 3 consecutive day visits. They serve pretty fast, you order at the booth, wait in your car and they bring it to your car. On one of the occasion, they even added some gluten-free chips on the house, such a sweet gesture. If you are vegan or meat eater, visiting the area or passing by, definitely give it a try. Highly recommend it.

Came here for a healthy breakfast, indoor dining wasn't an option but it sure was nice outside so that was okay. Loved to see all the healthy options on the menu, would love to come back to try more!

Literally my favorite place to eat. Anywhere. I love the freshness and it's simplicity. Yummy yummy in my tummy. But don't tell too many people ... it is a hidden gem Everything is amazing. Eggplant toast , the stuffed avocados , smoothies , desserts , you cannot go wrong Did I mention it's all vegan ?

Very good vegan spot in Joshua Tree and reasonably priced. We went for brunch and got: 1. Pesto-Cado which came with a whole avocado+pesto, salad and pita bread. 2. Hummus wrap: the garlic in hummus is light and not overpowering, 3. Saffron Rose Rice Pudding: reminds me chai latte in pudding form, 4. Coco Rosie: hot chocolate + rose water, very floral, 5. Dirty Rosie: coco rosie + coffee. Everything is good and I love the healthy options! Outdoor seating only

Delicious everything! 100% recommend to stop by whenever this little place is open. Never disappointed love the rose hot chocolate.

Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and the customer service was fantastic. We ordered a kids chicken tenders and fries plate, which was perfect for our son. For the adults, we had the surf and turf plate with mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts, as well as the El Fuego burger with fries. Both were delicious and cooked really well. We also tried a few extras including the mac and cheese, a beef empanada, a blueberry and cream empanada, and a chocolate chip cookie. Honestly, everything was so good. The mac and cheese was creamy and flavorful, and both empanadas were a standout, especially the blueberry and cream for a sweet treat after our meal. For drinks, I had the house white sangria and their seasonal lavender hibiscus lemonade, which was super refreshing and a perfect pairing with the meal. Overall, we had a really great experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you're looking for fresh, healthy, quality food with options for the whole family.

The music they played had me grooving. I wouldn't go here on my own but it's nice to come with friends and get a snack.

Everything down to the chicken, the fillings, and the crepe itself were just delicious. I came as a party of 3 and for the first half of our eating experience we were eating in complete silence because of how good our wraps tasted. That itself should be a testament to how great this place is. As an added plus, they had a water station & great music to vibe with. The contents can be a bit heavy though so if you're looking for a light breakfast, sharing one crepe wrap amongst two would be the way to go. Towards the end of my crepe I noticed that I was slowing down because of how heavy the flavor profiles were, so having something to contrast that, like a lighter side dish, would've been nice.

And I truly believe that they are not really made out to be a full-service restaurant as much as I like their dedication and drive. I had a reservation at 7 pm. I checked in at 6:45 pm. At 7:25 pm, they brought us in and did not have a table ready for us. They made a table then after a table left 15 minutes later, they rearranged us. I do not understand why you offer reservations if you will not actually honor the system. Around 8 pm, we asked if we could order as they had only brought water. Listen I understand. You're closing soon. You only had 1 server for the entire restaurant the weekend of Valentines. You have to go lean on the busiest last weekend ..? I don't actually understand. When all came to, they were not offering dessert because "they were saving it for Valentine's Day". No notification about when their kitchen closed and no asks if anybody wanted to order for to-go. On top of that, everyone did not have free parking and had to pay upon exit even with validation. You will do great as a ghost kitchen since the food was good and everyone enjoyed it. If you come back as a full service, I would seriously reconsider how you do business.
