I'm not sure why rating on the Starbucks is not fire the time that we went they were extremely busy the drive-thru went around all the way around probably I would count 20 car Lanes and then inside before waiting for orders and it was jam packed but all the employees worked in greeted customers with a smile and everybody wait patiently even though the orders took a long long time service was always really really good and the staff was really appreciative of customers read more

I just had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at this location. We got in the drive-thru line at around 8:50 p.m., before their posted closing time of 9:00 p.m. The line was long, so by the time we reached the ordering speaker, it was about 9:05 p.m. Instead of being greeted by an employee, we were met with an automated AI message saying the location was closed. The car directly in front of us was still able to place their order, so we assumed someone would let us know whether they were taking any more orders. Since we didn't want to hold up the line if they weren't serving anyone else, we tried to back out. That's when we realized an employee had parked their personal car behind us, blocking the drive-thru entrance and trapping us in line. We had no choice but to sit there and wait. After several minutes with no response, I even spoke into the ordering speaker, hoping someone inside was listening. No one ever answered. We were stuck at the speaker for several minutes, so there was plenty of time for an employee to let us know what was going on if they intended to. I called the store and spoke with the supervisor. I explained that it wasn't okay to block customers into the drive-thru if the store wasn't planning to take their orders. She responded by claiming a barista had tried to take our order but that we had pulled forward too quickly. That simply isn't true. We never moved because we physically couldn't--we were blocked in the entire time and remained parked directly in front of the ordering speaker. The supervisor also told me they blocked the entrance because cars kept pulling into the drive-thru after closing. There was only one car behind us, and both of our cars sat there for about 20 minutes without anyone taking our orders or even acknowledging us. If they weren't going to serve any additional customers, they could have at least opened the window or spoken through the speaker to let us know the drive-thru was closed instead of leaving us waiting with no communication. To make matters worse, the supervisor told me it was her last day, that she had to leave the store in exactly 10 minutes or the next shift would get written up, and that we were welcome to come back at 4:00 a.m. when they opened or call Starbucks corporate for coupons. She then said goodbye and hung up before I even had a chance to respond. The lack of communication, being trapped in the drive-thru, and the dismissive way this situation was handled made for an incredibly frustrating experience. I understand that stores have closing procedures, but customers who entered the line before closing deserve better communication and far better customer service than this read more

The manager is a rude and unprofessional individual who is possibly prejudiced against customers and needs to be removed from her position. There is always a long wait for drinks in addition to the poor behavior from this manager who is unfairly targeting individuals to be kicked out when they are respectful, polite, and kind towards other customers and staff. I believe that starbucks is a great company, and all locations should be staffed by excellent employees with customer service values. Customers should leave starbucks with an positive experience, and don't need toxic staff spoiling their day with hatred and negativity. I am not surprised to see other negative reviews for this location. Please address the issue of bad management at this location as soon as possible. I would like for myself and others to have a positive experience at this location. The staff was friendly enough, but the service was pretty slow. The drive thru had quite a few cars and it seemed the majority of their 8-person staff was occupied there. I noticed a trainer and trainee fulfilling most of the counter orders, so it was very slow and go. They were also in the process of restocking their supplies, so the store's main floor had boxes of oat milk and syrups, not Starbucks merchandise. read more

They were the rudest starbucks employees, our group was the only people there so it was not loud enough for them to get multiple errors in our order. From making a wrong drink and giving a wrong size. Their baristas do not follow the recipes at all. The gal behind the counter wearing a black top with a long ponytail said no they were out of whipped cream, but I found it funny that they put whipped cream in my vanilla bean Frappuccino. What a mess during the morning rush with orders coming in from drive through, mobile orders, and in person orders, this location had a hard time keeping up and a hard time in correctly making the drinks. There was a super long line for in person orders and we had to do this because we had our personal cups in our attempt to reduce paper/plastic cup waste. The lone barista/cashier seemed unfamiliar and had to stop many times to ask other staff questions on the register. When our turn came, she tried to charge me extra for oatmilk for the featured Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato, which already comes with oatmilk and didn't seem to know how to apply the discount for personal cups. After that, we waited awhile in the tight space and when my drink came out, my cup was sticky all over the sides and bottom and apparently they did not have the apple crisp syrup, anyway, so essentially I just got a macchiato? The whole lengthy experience to get a sub-par drink was overall disappointing. read more

When I was ordering, the barista taking my order kept cutting me off. I ordered a venti chai latte with oatmilk, blonde espresso, and a pump of pumpkin. I order this in 29 palms everyday so I definitely know how it should taste. this drink was straight up hot water with a shot of espresso. there was no pumpkin and definitely no chai... I'm pretty disappointed.. my friend also ordered a chocolate cream cold brew which she orders often and said hers didn't taste right and from the start it looked very milk and odd... just sucks paying $15+ for drinks just for them to not be made right. Been here 4 times. 4 times they have screwed up the orders or forgot about the order. Where's the zero star option? If I didn't remind them of my other part of the order today after the other items of mind had been sitting for ten min, I would have never gotten my food. If you're too swamped here, get more help. Actually the worst Starbucks ever. The staff is completely incompetent. We have stopped here a few times and no matter what we do (order ahead or drive through) it takes forfukingever. I ordered ahead 15 minutes & it still was not ready for an additional 15 minutes. There were two girls waiting in line for the bathroom holding up the entire ordering line. None of the staff was communicating with them to move or asking other customers to move forward. They messed up both of my drinks, the cold brew they gave us was a latte, not even cold brew. They had to re-ask multiple times what I ordered. One barista, a skinny guy, literally could care less I was waiting and asking for the drink. The second barista was literally giggling, and touching HIS scruff on his face and whipping his hair around. Gross. And then you make everyone's drinks? Nasty.
