Staff can be hit or miss, sometimes friendly though. Location can be super clean sometimes. But there are not that many tables especially when it is busy. Service is slow but steady. They really want you to order from the electronic order boards instead of at the register. It is a chain, food is pretty consistent with other locations. The food is always good always serve nice and hot and the service is amazing. I was served by Bailey at the drive-through window and she was so sweet. I accidentally forgot to order a coffee and so she made sure that I got one. Today I went through the drive-through at 1:45 PM and ordered a fillet of fish meal small fries large Coke. They said they'll have my total at the first window. I get up to the first window and they said $14.78. I about pissed myself.. I said how much? They said $14.78. I said well just give me the fish.. that was $4.12 so $10 for a small fry and a large Coke are you kidding me? Ordered fresh fries. Fries were not freshly made. This McDonald's does not offer $1.49 Any Size drinks that are advertised on the local highway billboard. Bathroom access is not granted until you order and pay for food. This is very inconvenient and dangerous for patrons to have to wait in line first, especially if an emergency exists. Apparently the manager of this restaurant does not care about customers. At a visit some time back, I took the online survey and received a survey code. I asked what the offer was for taking the survey. An employee asked the manager, and I was told that the manager did not know. On a positive note, the temperature inside was very comfortable even when it was over 100 degrees outside. And the restaurant looked clean. But I must still give one star so that the franchise owner will realize they need to make some changes. read more

The worst McDonald's experience ever. This place is so disgusting. Tables haven't been wiped down in who knows how long. It smells like a porta-potty throughout the entire restaurant. There was a wet floor sign on the table. We all know where those usually are and it's just there on the table. It felt disgusting just sitting in there. I went to go use the restroom to wash my hand but the bathrooms are locked and when I finally got someone to unlock the door, that bathroom was foul! Not to mention there wasn't even any soap in the dispensers. There are no employees taking orders at the register so we are forced to use the kiosk. With the kiosk, it comes with a table tent with numbers on it, which says to relax and your order will be brought to you. I waited 40 minutes for my food to come and then realized that people that had not arrived until well after we did were getting their orders brought to them. So I went to go check on our food and it was just sitting there on the counter, food is cold, ice is melted in the drinks, and my McFlurry was M&M soup! I spent $50 on this order. Obviously, we're still here. The lady at the front said that she's been calling my number. Well, what's the point of the table number then? And why did everybody else receive their food on a tray brought to them but not us? I witnessed the lady try to do the same thing with another order. After watching it sit there for 5 minutes and the lady faintly saying the number, I walked up to the counter and told her that they were probably in the play place. She then brought the food to the play place and gave the customer his order. This place hasn't always been this trashy so something must've changed. But come on! This is ridiculous McDonald's! Went through the drive thru, ate my meal in the parking lot. Had to use the restroom before going back to work. Walked inside and asked if I can use the restroom. Worker said that I have to order something before they will let me use the restroom. I went to the front counter to ask the manager with hickeys in her neck to use the restroom and she said the same thing. Great parking spaces available! That's the only positive thing going on here. My husband was the one to enter the store and experience the very poor, poor service. He said that is the worst customer service he has received from a McDonald's. Reason: 4 employees at the front, behind the counter one of them either a manager or supervisor, saw my husband walk in but did not acknowledge him after a a minute or so waiting. My husband believes they may have been having a mini meeting, but really how hard is it (especially, you, manager or supervisor, and shame on you!) to say, Good morning, we will be right with you. Just stop this morning to get 20. Egg McMuffin's total on the bill was $90.26 for Egg McMuffin's for breakfast. Waited in line from 9:30 to 948 got to the window paid $100 for the egg McMuffins now waiting in number one spot just like always at this McDonald's they push you out put you in the parking spot so that they don't show how long it really takes them to service their customers. Our third time eating in here. It just keeps getting bad from the cashier to the play pen. The first thing you'll notice is the nasty smell. The kids play place smells like mold, dusty everywhere and you'll see the dust bunnies that's probably been there forever. DO NOT take your kids inside the play house if you don't want them to acquire any sickness. It looks like the staff just ignores all the nasty things in there. WALMART which is nearby has McDonald so just head down there. It's open 24 hours for the junkies, tweakers and people who needs a snack at night. It's 7/23 2022 Saturday morning I drive up to McDonald's to go through the drive-through. There was somebody on the left side monitor so I took the right side monitor. I get up to the monitor and there's a lady underneath the monitor doing some service on the monitor. The guy says hold on a second I'm like no worries. He comes back about four minutes later and says can I help you. I said hey I can't see the food on your monitor I can only see the last order. He says and I quote exactly what he says I don't know what to tell you. I said excuse me sir he says I don't know what to tell you bud. I said to the lady underneath the unit did you hear that she didn't replied because I knew she knew that he was way out of line. I told the guy I guess I'll just drive forward to the window and order he said I go ahead. So I got to the first window and the little girl asked me what I ordered I told her why I didn't order because your menu wasn't coming up on your screen. At that time I asked for a manager. Manager came up and said sir can I help you I told her the whole story and she said I apologize I'll look into it. To myself I'm thinking this is the same old crap you get every time nothing ever gets fixed or done about issues like this. I went ahead and ordered at the first window she took my money. I went to the second window. I saw another manager and I told that manager the same story. She apologized more than the first manager and says that's unacceptable and I'll look into it. At that point I had the same thought as I had from the first manager. They gave me my food and I left. Very unprofessional if I owned a company like that in one of my employees did that I would send them home with a write up with no pay and if they did it again I would terminate them. I get it I know it and I see how the world is changing. Apparently it's OK for people to act that way and it's never their fault. I'm 52 years old and this is just ridiculous I've never seen this in my life especially Younger. I've been in that McDonald's several times I would say probably about 30 times and maybe five times was acceptable.
