It's 7/23 2022 Saturday morning I drive up to McDonald's to go through the drive-through. There was somebody on the left side monitor so I took the right side monitor. I get up to the monitor and there's a lady underneath the monitor doing some service on the monitor. The guy says hold on a second I'm like no worries. He comes back about four minutes later and says can I help you. I said hey I can't see the food on your monitor I can only see the last order. He says and I quote exactly what he says I don't know what to tell you. I said excuse me sir he says I don't know what to tell you bud. I said to the lady underneath the unit did you hear that she didn't replied because I knew she knew that he was way out of line. I told the guy I guess I'll just drive forward to the window and order he said I go ahead. So I got to the first window and the little girl asked me what I ordered I told her why I didn't order because your menu wasn't coming up on your screen. At that time I asked for a manager. Manager came up and said sir can I help you I told her the whole story and she said I apologize I'll look into it. To myself I'm thinking this is the same old crap you get every time nothing ever gets fixed or done about issues like this. I went ahead and ordered at the first window she took my money. I went to the second window. I saw another manager and I told that manager the same story. She apologized more than the first manager and says that's unacceptable and I'll look into it. At that point I had the same thought as I had from the first manager. They gave me my food and I left. Very unprofessional if I owned a company like that in one of my employees did that I would send them home with a write up with no pay and if they did it again I would terminate them. I get it I know it and I see how the world is changing. Apparently it's OK for people to act that way and it's never their fault. I'm 52 years old and this is just ridiculous I've never seen this in my life especially Younger. I've been in that McDonald's several times I would say probably about 30 times and maybe five times was acceptable. That McDonald's is going downhill and just about every fast food restaurant has two stars there's nothing to eat in yucca valley. I hate this McDonald's read more

My father works as a truck driver delivering medical supplies for the past 30 years and in a crisis like what we are going through right now has him working non stop delivering what's needed in the hospitals. On tuesday the 17 of march he came to this location to purchase a coffee and pie in his semi truck and noticed it was drive thru only so he parked his semi. And walked to the entrance to see if they were open to purchase inside he was greeted by and employee who said he couldn't purchase one inside drive thru only he explained he was in a semi and she said to wait that she would ask the manager. When the manager returned he refused to sell my dad what he wanted and said a car was the only way he could make a purchase and that he wasn't allowed to walk the drive thru i get times are hard but this place shouldnt make it harder on the truckers read more

Let's start with Janet the GM that says she had no clue what was going on with our order until after the employees messes it up and made our family wait out in line for over 26 minutes! 45 dollar check for the food and they didn't give my family a mc griddle! They were literally arguing with us over a mc griddle apparently they felt as if we didn't have money to pay for that one last mc griddle that they didn't charge us for but we ordered it ‍ I mean the funniest part of this whole ordeal is we had to move up and wait out of the line for drinks!!! Drinks!!! Hahaha they gave us the food with missing food and made us pull up for drinks! We had no issues coming here, though it was only for coffee both times. As we approached on the day we were leaving Yucca Valley (Sunday), there was a large transient man having an argument outside of McDonald's with an employee. Both were in a screaming match and though the employee was possibly trying to be nice, it was not a good impression. He was nice to us when we got into the restaurant, though. Coffee is okay. The only thing I ever get here is the plain old cheeseburgers that McDonald's has been making since the '50's. Anything else seems to be beyond their skill set. I mean, how difficult is it for them to NOT put sugar in an Iced Coffee? Not sure what happened to these other reviewers But i have been to this McDs several times and food and service is on par with most other stores. My food has always been as good as McDs gets. Service in the drive thru has been quick and accurate. Never been f*#%d in the drive thru. read more

We came here at 11:20 and the food took forever to come out. My friends had their food in 30mins and mine was 1 hour. Really bad service.

I love the playhouse at this McDonald's, it's bright and kept very clean. We come here often for the babies to play indoors but there food could use some work. Waited over 10 min today for the food which I ended up giving back half of because it was gross. The guy at the register seemed unbothered and unhelpful about it... Stopped by last night for coffee before a long drive. Ht the drive-thru at 9:58pm, and got to the order speaker. I was told to hold on and then all of the lights were shut off, as was the speaker. They closed. Posted hours were until 11PM. Oh well... it saved me the regret of supporting this human-killing disgusting fast food chain. But it would be nice if these people would be courteous enough to alert the customers that they are about to close instead of asking us to hold and then closing. read more

Went in this morning and ordered 4 sausage mc muffins no cheese no egg, got cheese, what part of no cheese don't they understand, why can't they get an order right. Yesterday went in to get 2 quarter pounders with cheese, no onion extra pickles, 2 cheeseburgers and 2 medium fries got only 1 of my quarter pounders, what part of 2 do they not understand? if these people are getting their $15.00 an hour I feel for the company! read more

I'm not usually impressed by customer service in fast food joints but she noticed me make a face when I sipped my coffee and asked if it was ok. Awful service I went to McDonald's on 9/9/21 I ordered a double quater pounder the meat was RAW. absolutely disgusting I asked for no cheese or mustard and it was still on my burger. The new remodel of this McDonald's is a CLASSIC fail. There is virtually no seating in the main dining room; the round tables are in direct sunlight and there are only two actual booths - the rest are tables. This morning, we had to sit in the play room, which was chilly (but had booths). Acoustics in main dining room are poor. We were 3-4 times a week visitors, but now will go to the DelTaco next door. So disappointed in how they remodeled. The only good part is that it does seem nice and clean now... but certainly not "come in, sit down, enjoy" friendly. read more

Management is absolute garbage, lower employees don't give a damn, nobody seems to have any sense of time management, and it doesn't help that everyone moves at sharply the speed of smell. Was served as number 235, and 45 minutes later they were serving 245 and had completely forgot about my order, on top of the fact they mismatch orders at random and hope for the best. I ordered a coffee, 2 orders of fries, and a cheeseburger, but instead of the burger, they figured a fish sandwich would suffice. Honestly, you're better serving yourself because at least you won't take most of an hour to f*** it up. Corporate needs to give the boot to the management and retrain the staff. A good hazmat cleaning would do some good as well, it looks like it hasn't been cleaned ever, but then again, that's the least of their problems. At first I was very upset but the manager kelsey went above and beyond to fix my order and fix the situation and I immediately felt better after talking to her. I will definitely be coming back! WE went there last Saturday Feb. 15, 2020. My husband is allergic with anything that has vinegar so he specifically ordered his double quarter pounder with onion & cheese only but they put mustard ketchup & pickle. Then they were supposed to correct it. My husband reordered another one but they put everything on it again. It was written on the order itself but the cook do not seem to care or do not know how to read. They corrected it both times but they just scraped the mustard and ketchup & pickle and covered it with cheese so we could not see it. Lo and behold 2-3hrs after eating those contaminated quarter pounder my husband got sick with a food poisoning symptoms, everything was going out both ways, vomiting & diarrhea which lasted about two days, still feeling weak & sick at this time. The manager was aware that they made the mistake twice, but didn't seemed to care as well, not even an apology, just went on chatting. They need to pay attention to specific orders because there is a reason for that. They could kill a costumer with their bad service. Very bad customer experience. If you have food allergies or sensitivities, I highly do NOT recommend this place for you to go to. They need to train their cook to pay attention to specific orders and to not contaminate food especially with those specific instructions. Went to McDonald's for lunch because My son was craving a Big Mac and they don't have McD's on the marine base. I haven't been to a McD in a looooong time. The customer service was amazing. Of course I had to key in my own order, get my own drink, and clean my own table...give them a few years and I'll probably have to cook my own burger. Good thing I'm a chef and can handle a grill or in this case a microwave.. But I didn't have to deal with incompetent order takers... that is a plus in my book! I've lived in Yucca off and on for the last 4 years, and since the first time I went to this McDonald's it's been, for the lack of a better word, crap. I will never forget that, because I had ordered 2 double cheese burgers, and a medium fry. I left the drive-thru with a 20 piece chicken nugget. I walked back inside and told them that it wasn't what I ordered, and they argued with me, until I went back to the car and got the receipt. Even after I showed them, the MANAGER was talking smack behind the counter to the cook girl and I could hear her. I told her that I wanted a full refund and she tried everything to get me to change my mind. Needless to say, I got my refund. As of recent, the food is always cold and they ALWAYS get my order wrong. It never fails!!! And if you want coffee, do yourself a favor and spend a few extra bucks next door at starbucks, because the A-holes here couldn't make a decent beverage to save their lives. I'm sorry to be so crude, but when I spend my hard earned money at your business, I expect AT LEAST decent food and maybe a good attitude when you're serving me.
