I went through the drive-through and ordered a breakfast combo. I then asked for a breakfast burrito, too. When I got to the first window, I asked if she got the burrito, and she replied affirmatively. I got to the second window and waited patiently. When she gave me my receipt, I explained that I needed a combo (b-fast sandwich) and the burrito. The girl went to the register and began yelling at me. She continued to yell at me to the point that the manager came and finished the situation. The owner kindly wrote me a letter, explaining why my order was wrong. How about he just trains his employees, specifically Shaylyn, not to scream at the customer (especially when they were wrong and the customer wasn't being rude) and not stress getting the wrong form letter out? after a movie with my girlfriends nephews we stop in for a quick bite. we ordered a few kids meals a few dollar menu items and a large fry. everything was good cept the fries, which tasted old. they werent too finicky about asking for extra mcnugget sauce so we let it slide. the playland they pack is enormous. for how cold it was outside at the time it was nice and toasty inside. some of the pipes were large enough for me to crawl in and get snapped in a few pictures but my head, back, and kneed can only take so much pounding. everything was clean and the staff was kind nothing too special cept the pictures we took. read more

They recently split the drive through at this location and I swear folks are confused by it. They'll approach and brake as if the natural line of drift and their favored side doesn't mix and causes mass confusion. The food here is usually spot on with the way you order it and one late night a manager actually compensated us with more food because we were waiting for a bit longer than usual. In this McDonalds the inmates run the asylum. I was in a couple of weeks ago and the front counter people were all mocking a customer they had earlier. "He took the wrong food and then wanted a refund," they kept saying in front of a roomful of customers. I asked them whether it was their responsibility to get the correct food to the proper customer. They thought that was the weirdest thing, that a customer would rebuke them. Today (July 15, 2016) a chubby girl with very long brown hair was mocking the customers. She would roll her eyes and constantly laugh as each customer approached the counter. It must be extremely hard to find marginally competent staff. read more

Trash service, trash food. Ordered a sausage mcgriddle combo meal, a bacon mcgriddle combo meal, hotcakes and sausage with a small orange juice and 3 cookies. Came out to 19.86. I had $19. They wouldnt give it to me, i ask to take off 1 of the combo meals and she took the combo off of the bacon mcgriddle, total came out to $15 and some change.. I get in the car and realize i have no bacon mcgriddle at all. I bring it up to the manager and she says i wasnt charged for one. Maybe your incompetent worker should have made it clear she was taking my mcgriddle off completely. Dont ever come here. They need to be shut down. Staff looked like they didnt know what hygiene is. They were talking about it after I complained to the staff That the play land smelled like a locker room. My son in 9th grade here said it smells worse than the soccer team locker room! All day long on their feet listening to bull shit customers who don't even say please, hello, or thank you. GOD FORBID they mess up! Is it really that difficult to politely ask them to fix it? no not really. They get paid 8 bucks an hour work all day go to school all day and get treated like crap ALL DAY. They need a raise! So to sum it all up. Be nice to your cashier and they will be nice to you. Next time you're there, try saying hello, and asking them how they are. It amuses me to see how every McDonald's supervisor has a different point of view to what a medium size is. I went this morning to get a medium turtle iced coffee and went again at 8:25 pm and asked for the same thing, yet I got it in a small cup but was still charged a medium size. I talked to the person in charge, JEREMY, and he argued with me that what he gave me was a medium cup. I tried to explain to him that I got a medium size cup in the morning and he said that the iced coffees have always been in a small cup but still charge a medium size and walked away. THESE PEOPLE DONT UNDERSTAND THAT WITHOUT CUSTOMERS THEY HAVE NO JOB. They should learn to provide good customer service. I literally dug the cup from this morning out of my trash can to show that they always give a regular medium sized cup yet to "Jeremy" I am wrong. I grew up eating McDonalds and ive always had good service until this morning at 8:44am of June 27, 2019. This kid who took my order charged me extra when i clearly said make it as a special because i knew others who came to McDonalds. He tried to charge me $7.00 for the McGriddle. It did taste like shit because the McGriddle pancake part tasted like they werent fresh. Like it was just sitting there. When i get the McGriddle it was missing my regular cheese. The way i order it is you have the McGriddle bottom, and White Cheddar, then add the sausage, folded egg, Regular Cheese, and the Canadian Bacon which is the ham. Yeah.... he didnt listen because from my point of view, he looked like he was in a bad mood. I normally order it as the special because I technically created my own version of the McGriddle. Damn asshole didn't listen. He was rude, needs an attitude adjustment and i was in a hurry at that time. Charged me $6.13 when it usually costs me $3.00 for it. The kid was so rude. I don't ever want to come back to this McDonald's again. Clearly this location has a reputation for getting orders wrong and really need to open their ears and NOT INTERRUPT While the customer is talking. Kept interrupting me. read more

Even while working at the Walmart McDonald's I would visit this one because I like it so much better. The customer service is great and not once have I had my order wrong. I can always count on fast service when I'm grabbing some food before a class or even minutes before my shift starts at work. Always hot and fresh. Employees and managers are all friendly! I don't know why so many people are giving such awful reviews. I visit this McDonald's very often and never have a problem. I may cut them a lot of slack because I used to work at McDonald's and now I work at Subway so I know fast food can be difficult sometimes due to all the stereotypes and being looked down on by society, but I think this store is great. Although I love my old coworkers at the Walmart McDonald's I think this store is definitely better. read more

The only food I have gotten from there in years has been the new breakfast meals that you can get all the time, they have been good, but I got some wild hair to have a quarter pounder/cheese meal so I hit the drive through, They used to be so good, cheese melting over the meat, fries crispy ! well thats over now, down the toilet ! I pulled away and opened the bag, bun,meat and unmelted cheese and cold fries that I could have tied in a knot ! So I pulled back in and told them the problem and the woman said the fries were not cooked because they had just changed the oil in fryer, I tried to tell her you have to wait till the oil is hot before you cook, but to no avail .I asked for new ones, handed her the package and she, I know, just handed me back the same pack, the same cold fries.
