They came an hour after and didn't even attempt to pick my locked door, but instead took a household power drill and drilled a hole through it (I could have done this myself!!) then told me I HAVE to buy a new lock from them and the price is $240. I refused their lock I will run to Lowes and get my own. They said "that's not an option you are paying $240 either way your choice". I will be disputed this with the BBB and my bank.

What are the odds?!? Once I realized the same key now opened my front door and my condo door I wanted to have it changed quickly. I called the number and my info was forwarded to Itamar who called me pretty quickly. Confirmed my details and he arrived in a very reasonable amount of time. I explained the situation. Itamar repinned my door and deadbolt and provided me with 3 keys of the door. The pricing was on the higher end of what I found was the normal pricing in DC, but it was not out of the ballpark.

I decided to get on yelp & find a locksmith. Superstar came in about 20 minutes the locksmith Yoni was super professional he explained how our lock system worked and the steps needed to secure the door. Yoni was persistent at figuring out a viable solution once we realized that the door lock could not be repaired/replaced without the door being changed which was not an option on a Saturday afternoon to get custom metal & glass push doors. Yoni used his skillful (Mcguyver) moves to take off the bar on the door & turn the broken lock so that the door would lock & the building would be secured. Yoni also gave us some recommendations for other doors that would work for a commercial building like ours. The customer service was outstanding & the will be the official locksmith for our church needs in the future. Superstar Locksmiths are the All Stars of locksmiths in the DMV area.

My experience started off rocky but the operator did an excellent job at correcting the situation…read more Called this company spoke with operator who was very nice. He quoted me $125.00. Locksmith came quickly, but he was very grumpy and rude. Once the locksmith looked at our lock and attempted to open it he informed my husband and it was very hard to open and he could not open it until we paid an additional $40.00, which I am unsure of why we hard to pay more money. The locksmith still could not get the lock open so he had to break our lock in order for us to get into our home. It's my understanding from my rental office that once a locksmith breaks your lock that they usually replace and rekey your lock for you. This person left our lock broken and told us that if we are willing to call him directly he will charge us separately. So I called the office told them what happened the operator was extremely apologetic about what the locksmith did and sent another person who was much nicer and the replaced and rekeyed our locks for us with no additional charge. My experience started rocky but I can forgive a rude employee as long as management recognizes the problem and works to correct the issue. I recommend this company.
