Pretty good food and standard sports bar atmosphere with hit or miss service. I've been coming here…read moresince 2017 and the food has always been pretty good. I can't say I've ever had a meal here that knocked my socks off, but I also never had a bad experience with the food either. The service on the other hand, they are consistently inconsistent. This last time, we were there a total of 2 hours, with about 35 minutes eating and the rest of the time waiting to get menus, waiting for our food, and trying to track down our waitress for the check. Sometimes however, I have been in and out in an hour with no issues. If you are considering coming here for the bar experience over the dining, they do have a decent amount of live entertainment throughout the year, as well as a decent bar selection. The above mentioned issues with service still apply however.

After an hour of sitting and waiting for food we had to flag down the waitress. When we inquired about the food the waitress was not helpful at all. Her response was I have no control over whats going on with your food. No apology or management involvement at all. At this point I really had an issue with paying a $400+ bill and getting zero customer service. I went to the bar to request our tables drink tab so we could pay and leave. As I am paying the bar tab the food is all of a sudden ready.... Needless to say I do not recommend paying $65 per person for all you can eat crab to be treated so poorly. Take a pass on this place... Not worth the $$ or frustration.

Wish I had great info coming up but unfortunate. Everything listed above lacked flavor. To pinpoint a few, bacon was a bit on the undercooked side and lost about 1/4 of the prime rib due to fat and could have been crisped on the outside a bit. Even the au jus lacked flavor. On the bright side the spinach was great and also the mashed potatoes. It even comes with a nice barrier you can break and all the gravy oozes out. Service was great amazing waitress!

I've been making the 20-25 minute drive to Angie's Diner for at least 10 years because, in my…read moreopinion, they're the only place around that serves truly authentic Amish-style creamy chicken and waffles. I've happily made it a destination restaurant because I always felt the food was worth the trip. That's why this visit was so disappointing. The creamy chicken was nothing like I remembered. Instead of the rich, thick, yellow gravy I've always loved, it was thin and almost like a clear broth. The waffle arrived folded over on the plate, so even the presentation wasn't very appealing. My mashed potatoes were fine, but my second side was a single-serving lunch cup of applesauce, which honestly felt more like something packed in a school lunch than something served in a restaurant. Unfortunately, the atmosphere wasn't much better. The first booth I sat in was dirty, so I moved to another one. I genuinely felt sorry for my waitress because she was obviously overwhelmed. She was pleasant, apologized several times, and was clearly doing the best she could under the circumstances. She kept mentioning that her relief person never showed up and was running around trying to keep up with everything. The cook even came out and announced, "That's the last order I'm taking," which made the whole dining room feel tense and uncomfortable. Whether he was simply overwhelmed or not feeling well, it wasn't the kind of atmosphere you'd expect when you're trying to enjoy a meal. The bright spot was the club sandwich I ordered to go. It was made exactly as requested and was very good. What concerned me most, however, was what I observed regarding sanitation. I watched a container of individual half-and-half cups accidentally spill onto the floor. Instead of discarding them, they were picked up and placed right back into the refrigerator to be served to future customers. Later, I also watched clean drinking cups dropped onto the floor and then placed back with the clean cups instead of being rewashed. Those are the kinds of things customers notice, and they undermine confidence in a restaurant's sanitation practices. Checkout was also frustrating. Even though I was the only customer waiting to pay, it took three employees about five to seven minutes to figure out an issue at the register. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, especially for a restaurant I've supported for so many years. My hope is that management takes this as constructive feedback because Angie's has been one of my favorite destination restaurants for a decade. I'd love to recommend it with the same enthusiasm I always have, but the food quality, sanitation practices, and overall dining experience need attention. Loyal customers notice these things because we genuinely want to see a restaurant we love continue to succeed.

My partner got a chicken torta - I would call this an Americanized chicken torta. It came on some sort of grain bread. Still tasty, the thinly sliced jalapeños gave it a nice kick. The cafe was fairly busy but service was quick. Do I wish they served fries instead of chips, yes, but beggars can't be choosers. Again, it's airport food but it's pretty good for what it is.
