This place is fairly new. They have drive thru or walk up service. We decided on drive thru. A girl came out with a tablet to take our order then we pulled up for our drinks. They didn't take long at all. Customer service was great. We had the 151 Frap, Chai latte with oat milk, and a hot chocolate. Wow this place is next level. i come here every day some time two times a day. makes starbucks look goofy ( the coffee is great but the people are amazing) 10 out of 10 all the way across best couple minutes of my day. Meagan definitely crushed it today. I spent 3 hours working and she was just nice. The drive- thru is a great option in the era of covid and they now have a small outdoor area to just sit, drink your coffee, and chill. Their drive through is very fast and they make a lot of effort to keep the pace quick even if there is a long line of cars in the drive through. This coffee shop is AMAZING!!! I've been coming to the Plano location since they opened. They just recently did a renovation and added an inside seating area. The employees are SO nice and SO cool. Love this place. During the opening my husband and I went through almost everything on the menu while it was 1/2 price. The coffee has a good flavor and the staff is always pleasant. Also, very reasonably priced! Cheaper prices and better coffee than Starbucks. No problems with making a dry cappuccino and they hear me when I ask for something 1/2 sweet or with little milk, unlike many other places I've been to. 151 will be your new favorite coffee in Plano! read more

Great coffee! SOO much better than Starbucks. The employees were super friendly and helpful. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is that it is SO hard to order off of a menu that you're not familiar with and communicate with the person taking your order when the music is blaring. I like the music and fun atmosphere but it crosses a line when it's so loud that you can't hear the person taking your order. Also, I hate that they don't have at least pastries or Taco Deli tacos available for a complete breakfast. But-- if you want a fast, great coffee, this is your place! read more

This was my go to coffee. I live in the apartments next door and WFH so huge score! Until one of the girls serving coffee fed a customers dogs from her hands. It ate the dog treat and thoroughly licked all of her fingers leaving them covered in slob and she proceeded to serve coffee... GROSS and so unsanitary! I get pet friendly, but was that necessary? Why not just give it to the owner. I just can't get that picture out of my head. Back to driving to Starbucks for a $6 coffee twice a day. Sigh read more

Coffee is good and this is a great alternative to Starbucks. Service has been good, they are always super friendly and pretty quick, although they did give my drinks to the car behind me once.
