I've been to this starbies location a half dozen times since moving to the neighborhood and I really love their energy! I'm not a regular because I don't love Starbucks coffee, gasp! I know! Unheard of but what makes this location special is their high frequency staff. I feel their friendly, authentic demeanor makes the drinks taste better. I love a good buzz but don't like drinking a ton of liquid and where SB falls short is talls being single shots. We all know a great day starts with the proper color coffee. I have to add an extra shot and for that reason alone I often find myself caffeinating at other establishments. I stopped in today to try their new iced shaken oat milk horchata bevvie and it's yummy! I'll be back to pick up a mug for my SB loving mother as I build out her recruitment basket for her first visit this weekend, with a little help from their merch maybe I can get her to commit to a relocation soon! read more

One of the best Starbucks! Some of them are good, some of them are bad. But this one - is one great!

This is the second time I visit this Starbucks, the staff are warm and friendly, the location provides regular chairs and table, also lounge chairs. I ordered my favorite food item that Starbucks carries, the "Kale & mushroom egg bites". I also was excited to try the new drink called "Cherry meets chai" but it turned out I'm not a fan. To me it tasted like a combination of cherry cough syrup, Christmas and coffee. I had to ask the staff if I could get a different drink and they were kind enough to make me the "Lavender chai" which is heavenly. I remember this being my favorite drink last year as well. Once I saw it back on the menu I couldn't resist. I would like to thank the staff for being so kind and caring. Would definitely recommend. read more

This Starbucks has only one electrical outlet! Had to scramble to find another team meeting place , they lost at least 10 sales plus future sales. Must have been a dummy who design this location, As a Lakeside resident, I was ecstatic when I saw a new Starbucks under construction, but this one is a huge disappointment I've never seen such poor planning. read more

Walked in and got service along with my drink right away. Drink was made correctly and was enjoyable. Descent sized seating area with charging plugins below the seats. Napkins and straws were well stocked. Super clean restroom at the time along with clean lobby area. Great staff and service. One of the better Starbucks I've ever been to. As of 12/2023, construction is taking place, therefore some of the parking lot isn't accessible. 2-3 months it should be completed by 2/2024 -3/2024. read more

On a visit to this location a few weeks ago, I ordered a hot chocolate and sandwich and when I pulled up to pay, the employee kinda tossed the credit card machine at me. The cord was not long enough and so it would not reach to me comfortably and the sun was glaring on the screen. I asked her if I could hand her my card as I was having trouble seeing from the distance the cord would reach. She told me, "No, I can't do that. We are not allowed to do this. they would fire me and I would lose my job." Astounded, I asked, "You would lose your job for helping someone?" She responded, "Oh yes, its our policy. I would lose my job." I had to physically get out of my car in the drive through to get closer and stand at an angle to be able to see the screen to pay, rather than her just taking my card and processing the transaction. I sat in the parking lot following this and called starbucks corporate office where I spoke with a guy that I shared my story to and he told me there is no starbucks location where I was referring to. I shared with him that I was literally sitting in the parking lot and read to him the address. It took him much time to try figure out how there was a store there. I googled the full address and zip code for him to know what stores they have. He then took my information and was ready to get off the phone with me and I asked him if he needed my contact information to have someone follow up with me. He responded, "Oh yeah, sure i can take that. A day later a manager called me and all he said was that this was not their policy and said he would retrain the team member and that was it.Really didn't get a sense of I am sorry or acknowledgement of all the broken down communication. First off, kudos to this Starbucks for a) having the Irish Cream Cold Brew and b) accurately reporting so in the app. I drove to two other locations which falsely advertised having it. Although they had it, it was made unlike any others I've had and a little too bitter for my taste. read more

NO DRIVE THRU Smallish Starbucks in upscale shopping center. Offers full menu of items, snacks, pastries, sandwiches. All tables are small. I found just 3 electric outlets. 2 unisex ADA bathrooms, but no baby-changers. Outdoor seating is nice. Indoors has 4 of the leather comfy chairs. This is an older, but very nice Starbucks. Staff was pleasant & helpful. Nice neighborhood, and huge parking lot. Chill your dogs right here. read more

They make the most water down coffees you will ever taste not enough ingredients. You can ask for several pumps and it still taste awful!

Even though online, including this app, states they are open until 8pm they close at 4pm. The doors were locked and a sign with hours was taped to the door. When I have made it in before they close, staff has always been nice but the building is loud, small, and not a great place to try to read or get work done. This location was average in my opinion but the incorrect hours and actually being closed when I got there has me annoyed. read more

When you ask for light ice AND THEY GIVE YOU LIGHT ICE!!?!!! This is true! This is a smaller Starbucks, not a ton of seating but fairly spacious. Their staff is really friendly and greeted me upon entering. I ordered via the mobile app and they had my drink ready even before I got there. I do wish the app kept up with the distance you're traveling and how long it will take for you to get there so that by the time you get to starbucks, the drink is hasn't gotten cold or the ice melting. Anyway, I had a short interaction with the staff, but they actually have a small area in the front next to the cashiers where you can pick up your mobile order! I came here one day to study and I would not recommend it. The service of getting my drink was great - they were very timely and polite. However, the music was very loud and the staff was also very loud when they weren't helping customers. I am all about having a good time on the job, but I could hear it all too clearly above the music blaring through my earbuds. 99.9% of the time, I drink regular old black coffee. So, when I'm going to a Starbucks it is usually not for a delicious treat but rather to sit and do work. This Starbucks made that very difficult. The seating arrangement is poor. Tables are barely big enough for one laptop, let alone 2. My coworker and I were pretty jammed. The worst part is that there are almost no outlets in the place. I had to interrupt someone else's conversation to ask them to plug me in behind their table, then snake my cord around their things and over to my table. It's simply not a good spot to be productive. I like this location despite the fact there is no drive thru. They move pretty quickly and get you in and out. They make my green tea perfectly but have noticed adding the lemonade makes it taste like water. All of the fruit I get is always pretty and fresh looking. Starbucks is heavenly, of course! I especially like this location because the lady that works at the counter (with sparkly eyeshadow) is always so nice to my tween daughter. I also like the guy that is usually there making the drinks. My duaghter stops by there during her long dance nights and is treated kindly. This Starbucks is the reason I've not gone to one in 2-3 years. Honestly I was reducing my visits because the basic coffee is bitter and really no options on creamer. I can go to any 7-11 and have much better options. The time I went I in I was ordering for several people. So 3 times they didn't have the ingredient that I ask for. Ok no big deal, but after the 4 ingredient and no pumpkin spice in November. I just said cancel the order. Unbeknown to me they had made the first two, so when I cancelled that just gave away the coffees to the person in line behind me. Almost out of spite. Why wouldn't they just discount the coffees or give me the coffees since they couldn't make the other 4 coffees. Yes I know first world struggles. But when it's spiteful intentions right in my face, you can Fxxk off and I'll never go to Starbucks again. And yes I only travel 150 days a year all over the US and drive right by the Starbucks to another coffee company. So roughly $600-$700/yr. And I will not buy gift cards for employees or customers. Remembered why I don't go to Starbucks! No parking, no drive through. Got inside and the 3 women working were too busy in conversation to notice I was here. They took another customer in front of me because I was trying to figure out why the egg things are labeled bagels. Finally ordered, clearly I don't know my way around. I asked for two egg things and a tea, total was $14! Asked why and was told the egg order had two in them. I pulled teeth for that info. The place was a mess, spilled drinks and crumbs everywhere.
