The very best junk hauling company in the area. Quick and easy scheduling and total pros all the way. The team that worked on my hauling job were super efficient and courteous and very careful not to mark up walls and such, while moving even the bigger heavy items. They don't just pick up your stuff, they take it apart as well if necessary. All the guys had great attitudes - making me feel it was THEIR pleasure to haul away MY pile of old furniture and mattresses...how do you beat that? I will be using their services again with confidence!! This company clearly understands customer service. read more

Came on time. Did quick job of removing junk. Cost was exactly as originally estimated. Highly recommend.

They do a good job and are priced reasonably. The only issue with the last time that I used them was that the guys got dirt all over my rug and scuffed my wall. read more

Fantastic and very efficient team of people. What I love is that they can donate, recycle, and trash. I highly recommend this company.

Great experience with these guys. I called on Tuesday afternoon. They came over on time on Wednesday afternoon. Removed everything, were Curteous, polite, helpful. I would recommend them highly! read more

Should be called Dream Team Junk Removal - Called them to remove old ride on lawn mower from under a deck - and just by chance it was the day after our tenants vacated property leaving a ton of junk along driveway, curb... I called 123Junk to let them know we may have a lot more junk then thought and they said they would make sure truck had ample space just in case. Well the morning of planned pick up the tenants had not taken away all of their Junk - so 123Junk were super about helping us get rest of stuff off deck, in home, on curb... It was like having angels in the midst of a nightmare. They were super organized, positive, helpful... Best Junk removal ever - As a realtor i will keep this number handy for future junk removals. Bravo 123Junk - Keep up the great work, team!! read more

I contacted 123Junk based on a recommendation from a friend. They came out on a snowy day to remove a refrigerator from my basement. Despite the weather, they came within the time window quoted and were ultimate professionals! Friendly, courteous, and practical they removed the fridge in less time than expected and with no issues. They put down pads to protect all carpets, doors, and railings and even made sure my cats were out of the way before going out the front door. The final price came in at the lower end of the range which made me a very happy customer! read more

Wow! I am very impressed with this group. I had a few things to get rid of. I called and they set an appointment for today. They called right on time, arrived 10 minutes and 20 minutes later it was gone. They were all polite, neat and very efficient. I highly recommend them! Thank you read more

I'm a return customer after my first excellent experience with 123 Junk. This time I called them to see if they could move some pieces of furniture within the house. Every other company I called had a minimum flat rate of at least two hours plus fuel costs--meaning I had to pay $400 to move three pieces of furniture. 123 Junk only charged by the quarter hour for actual work done; no flat fee and no minimum hours. They also moved some more junk out for me. The crew consisted of different people than my last experience, but they were equally kind, patient, and enthusiastic. I am only using 123 Junk in the future. Thank you! --Tom H. read more

Did a great job start to finish with removal of one truckload of furniture, small appliances, various boxes from garage and basement. The whole experience was excellent - from the phone estimate and explanation of how the process works to the prompt arrival of truck and crew to the professional, polite and efficient actions of the crew to the follow-up post removal. The crew (Alex, Chris and Ryan) was exceptional in the careful removal of some large/bulky items from our basement which has tight turns and narrow doorways - not a scratch or bump anywhere! Will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone! read more

I used 123Junk to get rid of a ton of furniture and just general junk when I was moving in January 2016. They were personable, efficient, and did it all with an impending snowstorm on the way! I will definitely be using them again in the future!! read more

They are great! Very reasonably priced. It was so easy, I just showed them what I wanted removed and they took it all away. The guys that came were very courteous. I will definitely use them away if I need more stuff hauled away. read more

We hired 123 Junk to come pick up an old sofa and chair. The price was fair and consistent with other offers we received. We were able to schedule an appointment with a two hour window, and the workers actually arrived early. They were very polite and respectful and payment was easily made via credit card. I would easily recommend them for junk removal and I plan to use them in the future. read more

I recently used the company to haul away a truck load of furniture and things I didn't need anymore. It was a great experience from start to finish. The 2 guys, Joey and Haybe, who came out were on time and very professional and courteous. Very efficient! Will definitely use the company again! read more

These guys are AMAZING!! Chris and Lloyd called morning of to let us know their arrival time. They expected 1/2 truck and we added enough for a full truck. That did not phase them - they went to work and took it all! They were courteous, professional, hard working and focused. It was a huge load and they were able to figure out how to fit it all in the truck. They made our decluttering and moving process so much easier. I would recommend 123 Junk for any decluttering or prep to move! They delivered exactly what they said they would. Thank you for such a great experience! read more

William J and William I did a quick and efficient job removing large pieces of furniture from my top floor apartment with no elevator without any complaints. And I was quoted a good price as well, cheaper than some other junk removal services. I'll definitely be using this service again in the future if needed. read more

I've used 123Junk many times, I really like their business model. Also they are very prompt with emails, calls, and service. Recently 123Junk helped us remove lots of stuff from our basement. Most of it went to charity, which is wonderful. I'm a 123Junk evangelist--I spread the word! read more

123 Junk is a great company to choose if you have "junk" to get rid of. I had many items of furniture which were still in good condition. They professionallly removed all the items I had at a reasonable price, most of which were re-donated to a local outreach organization! How great that everything didn't end up in a landfill. Thank you 123 Junk! km read more

Very professional operation. Chris and Luis did a nice job. Clean uniform appearance so no apprehension about letting them in the house. The office sent courtesy emails and a phone call beforehand to make sure everything was good. Worth the hassle of not having to do this on your own. read more

Our experience with this service was absolutely stellar! Three guys came today and took apart an ancient recliner couch, removing it in pieces lickety-split. They obviously had tons of experience, and it was NOT apparent to us how to take it apart, so their expertise was welcome. They removed a gas grill and a couple of pieces of wood too big for the regular trash collection, and honored our $30 off coupon, so our total was $169. Totally worth it! read more

After suffering a loss in the family. I needed help cleaning out the house. I called these guys. They were compassionate and straight forward. They arrived on time and were polite and efficient. They communicated clearly and when they happened upon something they thought might be of value, they asked. The price was reasonably and when they had to add a second truck they politely informed me of the price change and waited for approval. read more

This is the second time in 3 years I have used this company. Prompt, courteous, careful and totally professional. I will never use another junk removal company other than this one. Awesome service. read more

I had specifically asked prior to retaining their services whether they would allow me some time to look through some of the boxes as I couldn't lift them in the first place, and was told that this would be no problem at all. The three-man crew arrived over a half hour late and proceeded to rush me and declared they had to charge me by the hour instead of the agreed upon rate as they were running late - which was NOT my fault. Two of them started hauling out things faster than I could keep track of, including items that I had told them NOT to remove, while the third guy was distracting me by arguing about the price. I asked that they stop immediately. One or two of the crewmembers started yelling at me and when I yelled back, he promptly called the president of the company claiming to being abused. Everything came to a screeching halt and the crew left immediately. All in all it was an extremely upsetting and distressing situation. I was robbed. They did not charge me a dime. However, they had already hauled out hundreds of dollars worth of furniture and boxes with antique items which they did not give me a chance to look at AS THE SALESPERSON HAD PROMISED me. I later realized that a large box of silver jewelry was missing. A few days later I found my gold jewelry in the living room closet. It had been hidden in the bedroom, where they had any business being in. So while one guy was distracting me by arguing about rates, these people were robbing me and were digging through a room they had no business being in, stole my silver and tried to steal my gold. The company may be good but they failed to do background checks and hired criminals and thieves. Their crew saw a woman and bullied me and ROBBED ME. This happened several months ago and I'm still traumatized from this incident. read more

I'm ashamed I have used this great company many times before getting online to leave a review. Collin Wheeler, Max Rhodes and the others at 123Junk are truly at the top of their class. I have used them and referred them countless times and continue to do so without hesitation. Their crews are always timely, professional and offer a great service. If you need to get rid of junk, recycle or even have things donated this is the best place to go! They have never let me or my clients down! Thank so much guys!! read more

Really impressed with this company! After a move, we had several items that we no longer needed, but were still in good shape. We decided to call 123 Junk because of their donation and recycling policy. We didn't want our "junk" to just be tossed in the trash. Setting up the appointment was a breeze, they gave me a quote over the phone, and were honest about the extra charge for disposing of tires. I appreciated that. They arrived right one time, laid out a mat to avoid getting our floor dirty and loaded everything in less than 30 min. Very professional guys that seemed to be having fun, even though it was cold, rainy, and they were basically working a jigsaw puzzle to get some of our stuff loaded. Shout-out to our team of: Matt C, Bryan W., and Joey L. I'm not done! We received an email a few days later letting us know which items were donated (awesome!!) and a few weeks later we received a HAND-WRITTEN card thanking us for our business, including a gift card for future use! Seriously, I work for a small start-up business, and know the attention to detail and work ethic required to run a business as well as 123 Junk. Thanks guys!! read more

So Easy & efficient. Hired these guys to come remove some furniture before my fiancé moved in. Not only were they at my front door on the dot for the time window they quoted us...they came in got right to work and removed the furniture within minutes. Really helped eased the logistics of moving day. Also the final charge was on the low end of the initial service quote--oh happy day!!! Now we aren't attempting to move again...but should we ever find ourselves in need to removal service as we start consolidating & setting up house we know just who to call & recommend highly. read more

These folks are great. Came the same day we called and took everything we asked. We're in the process of moving and it's a real help to have the clutter removed. This was their second trip to our basement, and we'll probably need to call them again once the movers leave. Used two different crews and both were professional and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend them. read more

The efficiency and professionalism was above and beyond. Tim and Chris arrived on time, removed everything from the attic as planned and the price was much less than the estimated cost. It was the easiest and the best way to remove junk, recyclables and trash in one easy sweep. I would use 123 Junk for any removal projects. They are definitely the BEST! read more

they were awesome. i called around to get some quotes for furniture removal and 123junk was the cheapest and they were super nice on the phone. i called on saturday and had stated that i'd like to get the furniture out as soon as possible. Collin, the sales rep, stated that he could get me in on sunday between 9-11am. he said that i would receive a courtesy call once the crew was on their way. sure enough, i got a call at 8:45am on sunday morning. they arrived about 15 minutes later (after getting a little lost in my neighborhood due to having the wrong address listed for me). once they arrived, it literally only took them 10 minutes to remove the couch, corner entertainment center and the old tv...all of which, i thought would be super heavy! they were super quick and courteous and i definitely recommend them. i'll use them again should i have more junk that i need removed!!! :) read more

After struggling with Best Buy who failed to show to pick up my appliance and dealing with their inept customer service I desperately called 123Junk they said they could come out and get it. They had an open slot and said they would be out. Well after my nightmare experience with Best Buy at the 30 min mark of when they were to arrive I didn't get a call so I called them. They told me they were running behind but would be coming and would give me a discount because they were later than my scheduled pick up time. Finally got a call that they were twenty minutes out. They came and took my appliance and applied the discount. Everything they promised they would do. After dealing with terrible customer service I'm pleased that this company knows how to treat their customers. I highly recommend 123Junk and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Great service!! read more

Just had 123Junk remove a lot of furniture from our 5br house. They were actually early, which was a nice surprise. They reviewed the actual amount of furniture vs. what I had put in request (turns out I greatly underestimated how much stuff we have!) and provided a fair price adjustment that was not much more than the original high end of the quote before starting work so I knew what to expect. I'm impressed that the team of 2 (Alex and I think Tim) was able to fit so much onto the truck in just over an hour, too. They were professional, efficient and friendly. Additionally - scheduling was a breeze, which was perfect since we were on a tight schedule. Would use again. read more

Chris and Joe just left my house. Amazing guys. Truly. Their uniforms were clean, they were respectful, but most important, they were incredibly kind men. Thank you for creating a company that can be trusted to come into a home a haul away our "junk." Would definitely recommend this company to family and friends. Price was as quoted and fair. read more

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the customer support area as well as the crew that picked up my disposable items. I would also point out that the mission of the firm goes beyond making a reasonable profit. They have strategic initiatives in place with non profits to help those less fortunate. That includes Habitat for Humanity and A Wider Circle. A great company, with a great sense of corporate responsibility and community engagement. I highly recommend 123Junk. Dave read more

Hands down the best customer service I've experienced in quite a while.. My wife and I had a roommate move out of our basement a few months ago, and we needed to junk 2 couchs, a coffee table, and some other items - and fast to keep the HOA off our back for putting the items out back. After researching charity organizations, and discovering exactly how niche thier collections can be, I rang 123Junk for the solution. Collin Wheeler - a truely delightful individual - answered my call and worked with me. Within a few short minutes of discussion, he was able to get a truck to my house - on a Sunday - within an hour. My wife and I had a dinner to go to, so Collin went to extra mile as to send me confirmation emails (from home as he was just leaving when he got my call), and to ensure everything went off without a hitch. This left such a lasting impression, that just this week when we needed 123Junk's services again - I sent Collin an email. I cought him on his day off, and he was diligent enough to respond quickly and have his collegue Nicholas follow up with me. I needed wheels and tires removed (which has some pretty strict rules about disposal in Virginia, apprently) and Nicholas informed me that 123Junk isn't allowed to work with such items. Instead of leaving me with an issue I still needed to remedy, they offered a solution - they personally recommended a (I can only assume competing) company who was able to take care of my junk needs! This level of service and commitment to solving problems before lining pockets is very few, and very far between. I will gladly recommend Collin and 123Junk to any and everyone I meet. Well worth the experience - very fairly priced (pigs get fed, hogs get slaughtered in my personal opinion) - very easy to work with - and leaving you feeling accomplished! Thank you Collin Wheeler and 123Junk! Count on me using your services in the future. read more

We had a woodpile behind our house that we wanted removed. 123Junk came on-time and had it gone in 30 minutes. I would highly recommend them and I would absolutely use them again! read more

When we needed to empty an inherited house of decades of stuff, we got an appointment immediately. The crew showed up exactly on time and tackled rooms full of heavy furniture, household goods, and nicknacks efficiently and respectfully. When, at the last minute, we discovered a hidden attic heaped with boxes, they made the adjustment with a flexible, can-do attitude. Dealing with the possessions of a recently deceased relative can be painful and overwhelming. The concept of 123Junk, which does sort, donate, and recycle brought some comfort. Our daughter remarked, as the red truck drove away, "That was like Santa coming -- only instead of bringing stuff, he took it away!" This company saved us days of emotional and physical work. So glad we hired them to lighten our load! read more

We recently used them for the third time in roughly three years and recommend the firm wholeheartedly. Communication is always prompt and pleasant, scheduling is easy, and the work itself is performed extremely well by crews that are enjoyable to deal with. Moreover, the company makes every effort to donate your items, frequently providing goods to those who need them--and tax deductions to those who've given them away! read more

Talk about responsiveness.....I had to vacate a business location with very little notice. I worked hard to give office furniture away but at the last minute found I was left with several heavy items (desks, file cabinets, shelving, etc) that I was unable to move by myself. I called 123Junk after they had closed for the day and left a message. At EXACTLY 9 am the next day when they opened, they returned my call and made arrangements to pick up that same day!!! Totally impressed with the whole process from the initial contact, the email confirmation, the call-ahead phone call, the accommodating and professional team members who moved the items, the overall top notch service provided by 123Junk and the follow up after the job was completed. Give 'em a try; you will not be disappointed!!! read more

I did a lot of research on many different companies for my move. From the first few emails with 123Junk's Nick S., I was already leaning toward them solely based on how responsive, helpful and personable he was. I made the appointment for December 10th. I got a 2-hour arrival time window, a confirmation email from Stephanie two days before, a phone call from the crew that morning telling when they would arrive (15 minutes into the window - nice), and they got there when they said they would. And then, I was blown away! Sam and Dennis were amazing! They sized the stuff up in under a minute and had it all on the truck in less than 30. We're talking about down three flights of steps: 2 couches, a double bed and frame, 2 HUGE (read old) TVs, electronics, a vacuum, a chair, a bureau, and probably 20 boxes of books and other stuff. Incredible! They explained that the company strives to find a home for everything and is largely successful. It makes me very happy knowing that the useful stuff will help someone who needs it and the silly stuff will go to someone who will enjoy it. Collin, I hope you appreciate your wonderful employees! Thanks to all of you at 123Junk!!! Janice O. read more

I was referred to 123 Junk by an estate sale professional, as I needed to dispose of a good deal of stuff from an estate. In all, I think there were 4 sets of two guys with their trucks, and they were all extremely courteous, efficient, good natured, and thoughtful about the sensitivity of dealing with belongings of my deceased friends. They checked and double checked with me to ensure that they were taking the correct items, and leaving the correct items, and that I was satisfied that they had completed the tasks to my satisfaction. I would definitely go to them again, if I had the need, and would recommend them very highly. read more
