Our retired womens group meets at various restaurants for afternoon Happy Hours, so I was scouting locations in Edgewater. 100 Lots was very easy to work with about the arrangements. Our server was Brian, and he handled separate checks from a party of eight very smoothly. We shared the charcuterie and then various people ordered other things: wings, fish tacos, the honey chicken sandwich, and more. It was a great experience and I would recommend it highly to anyone. Good food and great service.

Fabulous place. Locally owned with scratch kitchen. The service was just as fantastic as the food. Great vibe too

The first time I tried this place a few months ago first thing in the morning when the doors opened at 11am. I was greeted and seated by some very nice ladies that morning. As I looked over the menu I saw a few things I was really excited about trying, so when the waitress came over and took my order, everything seemed great, then she came back and told me that 2 of the 3 items I had tried to order where not available yet, so she even had the chef come out to told me that the Pretzels where not ready and they would take at least a few hrs before they where ready. This was very disappointing, especially for a new restaurant just starting out, you would think they would have everything on the menu ready to go when they open there doors, at least that is what is expected by there customers for sure. The dish that I did end up having after trying to find different items on the menu that I had not planned on where ok, like the Butternut Squash soup and the bowl of Annapolis Chili, but nothing to write home about, again, IMHO. I also had the Oysters Rockefeller, and we all know, everyone and there mother has there own rendition of this iconic dish and I order this appitizer at every restaurant I have ever been to that offers it. Unfortunately I personally did not care for there preparation of Oysters Rockefeller but that's just my humble opinion and everyone's got one of those too, lol!! The food just seem subpar for the price point, not impressed at all. We decided to try this spot for a second time just the other day and the menu had completely changed, obviously for the seasonal change of summer. I had ordered the "Summer Skewers - Pickled Peaches, wrapped in Prosciutto, with a slice of Mozzarella and Basil with a Balsamic glaze drizzle over top. While conceptually it would be fantastic, the peach was a little over ripe which made it taste mealy....So it was a little disappointing and just ok... I think if the peach was in better condition, (not over ripe and mealy) it would have made this dish really fantastic. But in there defense, I have bought some fresh peach's this year from farmers markets and gotten some that where in the same condition, over ripe and mealy...not good. Although I have had a few disappointments here, there are still a few items on there menu that I would like to try, hopefully with a better outcome. All and all, the service has always been spectacular, the lady behind the bar especially!!

The place is incredibly clean, nicely decorated, and just welcoming. I was seated promptly, and my waitress recommended the Irish stew, which is what I went with. She also recommended a very tempting tasting flight, and I'm not going to admit to enjoying that while on lunch break. I'm not denying it. I'm just not admitting it. The stew was fantastic and really hearty. It warmed me up almost as much as the flight of... tea did. I couldn't resist getting dessert. The bread pudding was delicious and worth going back for on it's own.

My wife saw they had black bean soup and a pork special, so we decided to stay and were seated. Since our last visit about a year ago, they've made some changes. The seating has been updated, with a second bar added along with high-top tables and booths. The space looks very nice. Our server came over, took our drink order, and we asked for a bowl of the black bean soup. When he returned, my wife asked how the pork special was, and he said it was very good, so she ordered it. I ordered the cod fish and chips. When the food came out, everything looked good at first. Unfortunately, the fish and chips were very greasy -- it seemed like the fries were placed on the plate to soak up the grease from the fish. My wife's pork dish was worse. She was given two slices with connective tissue running through them that were so tough she couldn't even get a fork into them. The other piece was also extremely tough and difficult to cut, and the gravy had no flavor. When our server finally came back to check on us, my wife showed him the pork. His response was simply that he would let the manager know and take it off the bill. There was no offer to replace the dish or bring her something else to eat. After that, we never saw him again. My wife eventually asked another server for tea, which a different server brought. Later, another server came by to see if we were finished. I asked how much the eggnog was, and she quoted the price for a bottle, said I just want a glass, she said I'll get you a menu I explained to another waitress I just wanted a glass. Eventually, I got it -- though I asked for it without ice, and it still came with ice. At that point, I just drank it. The best thing was the bean soup. Overall, this was not a good meal and honestly the worst experience we've had in the 10+ years we've been coming here. Between the food quality and the lack of follow-up from our server, it was very disappointing. It will be quite a while before we return.

Everything tasted great for the most part. Service was great as well. The outdoor buffet cookout was $20 tickets were purchased on eventbrite. They also had holiday drink specials at $2.49 which was a good deal. They also sold smoked oysters at $1.00 each & the server and bartender was very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed this event. We would like to go back and check out the other drinks on the menu as well as the food. Definitely bookmarked this spot for a return visit. All housed in the historic Capital Hotel, newly renovated in November of 2022. The atmosphere here is immaculate. It is a must see when enjoying the sights of Annapolis. My girlfriend and I stopped in on a Thursday afternoon after touring the State House. We each ordered the Monkey Smoke (Penicillin), and she ordered a small plate with avocado and lump crabmeat, which we ordered just in time as the kitchen closed between 3 and 4. The standout of the day for me was the old fashioned, made with plum bitters. One of the best old fashioneds I've ever had. The servers were all very friendly and quick. We will definitely come back the next time we're in town, and definitely recommend this to others.

Coconut Joe's -- 5 Stars Because Nikki Ran the Bar Like Mission Control…read more Walked into Coconut Joe's expecting a basic lunch, left emotionally supported, hydrated, and full of crab. Ordered a Caesar salad tossed with bacon, because if you're not putting pork in your salad, what are you even doing? Cold, crisp, dressed like it was taking headshots for its modeling portfolio. Then the cream of crab soup showed up -- thick, seasoned, real chunks of crab, not that mystery-flake stuff. It was the kind of soup that makes you stop mid-conversation and reevaluate life. Washed everything down with an orange crush, which went down so easy it should come with a seatbelt. But the real star of the whole visit was Nikki behind the bar. Let me be clear: Nikki ran that bar like NASA counting down to a launch. Full bar of people, drinks flying, food landing, and somehow she made it feel like I was the only one sitting there. Every empty glass was just a short-term inconvenience. Every ask was handled before I even finished the sentence.

I frequent a LOT of restaurants and I treat my visits just like I treat my relationships. I know what I want, have my expectations, and know how I need be treated. It's real simple. When you know, you know, and Coconut Joe's Bar & Grill is that place! They are sticking around in my world. Ambiance is refreshing as it is located near water, where boats can dock and come in for food. It's giving Outer Banks vibes. Service, our sweet waitress was the BEST! She was pregnant and was literally the hardest worker in there! It was busy and I did have to go to the bar to get help but when I said "excuse me" I was rudely told to "hang on" by the bartender. I just walked around and got what I needed, super rude girl BUT our waitress was so nice it really made up for it. Red Flag forgiven! Let's get into it! Deviled Eggs - Really Good! Crab cake - Delicious! It's hard for me to agree to a crab cake being good, this one was it! Drinks - Great! The other half agrees, we will be back! Not quite 5 stars for me - I'm intricate when it comes to my observations, some plates were chipped, the appetizer ones specifically on our visit. A little help is needed with bussers , and cleanliness.
