Chad's is one of the best kept secrets, that I'm about to share. The food is lip smacking good! The customer service is friendly down home, 'come on in, pull up a seat, and have a drink with us', type of welcome. I had the beef brisket sandwich with cube beef and slaw on top. Jalapeño wings sweet and sticky, not hot at all, so all can enjoy. Mac n cheese is top notch, creamy and multi-layered with a variety of cheeses. Collards are perfect; onion and garlicky filled with lots of flavor! Never had restaurant greens this good. Local IP beers on tap and a small in-house bar. Chad's has won me over! Definitely one of my new favorite places. Oh,annd an honorable mention to the banana pudding that I took to go! So now that you know, YOU need to go!

Not bad, but the pulled pork leaned too much on the sause and I couldn't taste any smoke on the pork. My wife had a BLT; it was hard pressed to find the bacon l. It looked to to 3 half slices of bacon ... Very skimpy. The bread on the BLT was very good, but there was so little bacon, you really couldn't taste it when you took a bite.

Service is great. Small restaurant and it was packed which is always a great sign. We got bacon jam burgers with cheddar. We got fries and Mac n cheese. We loved it and will definitely be back to try their wings and bbq. We got to sit outside and it was a cute little outdoor area.

Smoked turkey sandwich, onion rings, potato salad, pickle martini.

Cute, local ambiance with friendly service! This side of the road spot is welcoming, brightly decorated, and is good for a pop-in or to stay a while. Smoked turkey sandwich, sans bacon: was this the best turkey I've had, no. Did it make for a satisfying enough lunch sandwich, sure. Bread was good, dressing was good, amount of turkey was lacking. Onion rings: not made in-house but very good. Batter wasn't too think and it stuck to the onion. Potato salad (homemade): made with red bliss and celery seed, it was delicious. Not heavy on the mayo and flavors were blended well together. BBQ sauces (vinegar based and smoky sweet) were good on every item.

I came here with my family, and order the 96 dollar family meal that included: 1 Full Rack of Baby Back Ribs 1 Whole Grilled Chicken (halved) 1lb. Pulled Pork (choose sauce) 4 Kielbasa links 3 Medium 16 oz. sides 4 Pieces Cornbread The Ribs: While tender the ribs didn't have much taste outside of the sauce. I could see the seasoning on the ribs, but was somehow still pretty bland. I was looking for a smoky element that just wasn't there for a meat the was cooked slow and low. Reminded me of oven cooked ribs. The Chicken: While it had a great crunchy texture on the skin, the chicken was bland and dry. We eventually discarded white white meat at home. The chicken felt like it was over cooked and then reheated, even the dark meat which usually can handle the extra cook time. The Pulled Pork: (Carolina style) was a toss up, you either like the vinegar based sauce that it comes in or you don't. It wasn't my favorite. I actually would've preferred just to try the meat without the sauce, just to see what the meat was actually hittin on, but I chose what I chose. To me it had a thicker pickling brine type of texture and taste that covered any/all of the actually pork taste that could've been had. The Collard Greens: The collard greens are absolutely invited to the cookout. If you see my picture of them, they taste as good as they look. No fancy frills, just good ol down to business greens. The Mac & Cheese: I felt there was room for improvement, but they weren't bad. A lot of bad mac & cheese is stiff with no flavor, or just melted velveeta over noodles, but the texture of these were spot on, maybe just a little more salt and pepper. Fries & Crazy Sauce: The fries were really good and paired perfectly with the sauce. The Kielbasa: Nope, i'm all for home made sausage, but around here the word Keilbasa has a very specific meaning, unlike the word which I guess translated in polish, just means "sausage". Whatever the case maybe, this sausage was bland, and again no smoke flavor. The Corn Bread: Dense AF, but good. I have to say that our first time here, Chads was actually closed for a yearly vacation that they take (there was a a note on the door). My wife and I really had high hopes for this spot, and so thats why we ended up back here in the first place. We were looking for the best bang for our buck and went the family meal route, but i think we may have had a better experience had we just ordered the sandwiches & wings, which looked fantastic coming out of the kitchen. However, I can't say that I would ever return for the BBQ alone.

Carolina pulled pork. Looks CAN be deceiving.

This is my second chance for Chad's. Missed the mark again do this will be my last time here. I ordered their kielbasa on white bread. Maybe that was my mistake, (not ordering only a bbq dish) but it came with two large links that alone didn't look appetizing, only one slice of bread, the snap was way too strong for my tastes. They didn't put napkins or ketchup in the bag for our fries. Instead of ketchup they give this white sauce. Feels like they're trying to be too unique and to me, they're missing the mark. Even with the soda which I can't describe other than it being a mild fruit drink or something. Nope, this is it for me. For $40 this was a kick in teeth!

This is the sweet potato side. Where's the rest?

But they had been talking about Adam's Ribs for a long time so it was nice to find out that their recommendation was absolutely true. Adam's Ribs is not fancy. You can understand absolutely every word that is on the menu. There is no arrogant snot-nosed hostess looking down her plastic surgery improved nose at you when you show up to eat without reservations. But here is what Adam's Ribs does have - absolutely real, home cooked food that is delicious, servings that are big enough to make you feel sick if you eat the whole thing and great service with a smile from a waiter who has clearly tried everything on the menu. Bottom line? I love this place and would go back there tonight if it was not 1 hour away from me. We started out with the full loaf of onion straws. OMG wonderful! The onions were so sweet, the breading was perfectly crispy and not oily at all. For an onion lover, there is nothing better than this appetizer. It is served with a Daniel Boone-sized knife to cut and, believe me, you will need it! This appetizer makes a full meal if you are alone. My main course was the 8 ounce sirloin, medium rare. I am telling you that my steak was fork tender and really flavorful. Perfectly done! I was so full that I could only eat half of the mashed potatoes & gravy (which are definitely worth the calories) and none of the spinach (which was so garlicky that many vampires died during its preparation). Perfect meal! The other main courses were the chicken breast, the full rack of baby back ribs and something called "if pigs could fly" platter - basically baby back ribs next to a mess of beautiful chicken wings. I love that! Everyone was so happy with the meal that we were waving the white flag. No need for dessert because we were all so damn full. The server was Charlie. He is an asset to Adam's Ribs. Friendly, very knowledgeable about the menu and the ingredients and how everything is cooked. He worked his butt off to deliver great service fast and that he did, in spades. This guy truly must love what he is doing because he is so good at his job. Bravo to Charlie! Okay, so I am reviewing the place and I have to find something negative so say. The dining room is dated, a bit sparse and there is a smell that I don't like. Mostly, I think the smell is just old restaurant. But you get used to it and, once you do, you realize that Adam's Ribs is one of the few restaurants left that serves good quality, home cooked meals with regular old fashioned American ingredients! No pretense, no airs, just great solid food that fills you up every time! I would never let some little bitty old smell get in my way for one of the great meals that I will enjoy there in the future. I recommend that you go to Adam's Ribs and you better take all your friends. You will be VERY glad you did!

I've never had a long wait, either to order or for the food to come out, which is always appreciated. The staff has been consistently friendly, and the space itself is clean and well kept. High-top tables, good lighting, moderate noise level--everything feels in order whenever I'm there. Food-wise, Regional keeps things simple, and that's what I like about it. The Cubano sticks to the script and does it right. You really can't lose with it--good flavor, balanced, and just a solid sandwich overall. The smashburger is another no-frills win. Fresh beef, fresh ingredients, and everything complements each other without trying too hard. It's just done right. The cheesesteak isn't something I'd call a true Philly, but in a pinch it definitely holds you down. The meat is seasoned well, with onions, mushrooms, and cheese coming together for an enjoyable sandwich. I appreciate that Regional doesn't overcomplicate things. My only real critique was the roasted potato salad. I paid $3 for a cup, and while it tasted good, there was lettuce stuffed at the bottom to make it look fuller than it was. That rubbed me the wrong way, so I wouldn't order it again. Portion sizes overall are fair, prices feel reasonable, and I like that there's something for everyone on the menu. I've already been back multiple times and will continue to return. It's a good spot when you want to get away from all the fast-food options in the area.

Full On Craft Eats. The Toast online ordering system was easy to navigate and adorned with pictures of every menu item. I could not get past the onion rings on the starter menu hoping they would taste as good as they looked. My friend offered to split the Slammin Salmon sandwich and onion rings since she has had it before and never finished the entire thing. I took her up on it and the order was placed. A quick ask for mom to grab it on the way home and the food made its way back quickly. WOW is all I can say. When you order food to go there is a level of expectation that it will not be as good as it is at the restaurant, especially fries and onion rings. But in this instance WOW. Talk about food that travels well. Fourteen minutes away and the food was still warm, the onion rings were so crisp, and the garlic and dill aioli and onion ring sauce were just right. The Slammin Salmon was served on ciabatta bread that was not too soft not too hard, with salmon cooked perfectly. The lemon dill aioli was a game changer so much that my friend's advice to order extra was well received and committed to memory. The onion rings lived up to the hype, cooked perfectly with a crust I cannot even explain. The kind you bite into without losing the entire onion from the breading. Dip it into the sauce and you have a match made in heaven. Half the sandwich was more than enough but the next day I would have loved some leftovers. Now for the extra razzle dazzle. I left to visit a friend in DC and sent him the menu, shared my experience and he was locked in to try. Online ordering was closed since they were closing at 10pm so I called as a last-ditch effort since the anticipation was already there. The nicest most warm individual answered ten minutes before closing and was more than happy to take my order. She even made sandwich recommendations. I quickly arrived at a shopping center that was easy to get in and out of. Walking in you immediately arrive at the counter and takeout area to your left with a nice bar area a short walk past on the right. The cooks and wait staff were having the best time using the 6/7 saying that was all over social media late last year. They were considerate when they noticed I was in the restaurant, but I assured them I loved their energy. I see why the food is so good because the energy shows it was made with great vibes and laughter all around. As I grabbed the bag to leave the hostess stopped me to add another fork and extra napkins since I would need them to add the pickled veggies on my sandwich. Such a nice touch. Thirty plus minutes to DC and the food still did not need to be reheated. The Mai Thai sandwich was a hit with flavors that married well and the onion rings delivered again. The Spicy Thai wings were good for wings but typical. They had a lot to compete with. Full On Craft Eats Annapolis, not to be confused with Rockville, is an experience you will want to repeat again and again. Good food fast that travels well (yes that is a thing). Got horseradish on the side. Horseradish was very sharp as you'd expect. The price was $11 something but $13 something with a coke. Ate out on the picnic tables outside next to some woods. Shade provided by a big billboard. Plenty of tables provided outside. I don't remember any indoor seating. Sandwich was five stars. Tender pink beef and moist. Sliced very thin. Nice portion. I think the beef could have used a touch more salt. There is no condiment bar that I remember seeing. I would have added a touch of salt to the beef. I also would have added some mayo to the bun. Maybe if I had asked for it? Ambiance was good with the woods, but there was a generator going in the back of the place. Traffic noise from Rt 214 can be heard but not horrible.
