Ate here last night with my partner. We weren't that hungry, so we shared the famous steamed pork mince patty "meat mountain" served with a salted egg yolk on top, sweet soya sauce, and chopped spring onions. We also got a bowl of rice each.
That came to $92 at dinner time, which is reasonable for Tai Hang at dinner but also seemed a bit pricy. Still, the meat mountain was delicious, with the perfect amount of salty egg to spread through each bite. The place itself is 3 stars but that yummy dish gives it a bump to 4.
Warning: there is no English menu (in fact the only menu is a hand-written sign outside the door.) Just pull up pics from the web and point to order. The servers will laugh and the process will easily bring you your dish(es) of choice.
Note: there is a toilet outside of the restaurant, around the corner to the left. read more
