You can easily spot this café as this is the only one have people waiting for seats outside. They do not accept any reservations so my friend went there early to try to get a seat. She waited for 15 mins and we got in. Décor is amazing. This is about the owner love to travel so open a shop with all the décor of post card, books and souvenirs all around the world. They do not have a wide selection of menu but all the price are very reasonable. For $100, you can have a soup and main. And all the dishes there is around $100 and the portion is very big enough for 2 people. We ordered 2 sets(fish and fries & Roasted rice with cream sauce), and 2 al carte from the menu (snacks platter & assorted steak). Definitely recommend the fish and fries, the fish are fried perfectly, and size are at least 20cm by 10 cm! We are all impressed with this great deal! And the snack flatter are in great portion(at least 20 pieces of everything) and we got all very excited. Even though it's all sausages, potatoes fedges, onion rings, deep fried curry, stuffed Crab Claw and it's out of my healthy rating, this is just very nicely plated and great taste. I saved some space for dessert and ordered waffle with green tea ice-cream, waffle are freshly made and yes, I do love it. The bill is only $750 for 4 and I am so full after all!

Both were soooo good, hot or cold. I don't think the macaroni/ham soup or the egg ham toast were anything special, and would not bother ordering these again. The place is super popular, but the line moves quick. You may be seated with strangers at the same table (seems to be common practice in busy HK restaurants). Service was questionable, but I also saw a video online that they are purposely (& famously?) rude to the customers. What made me laugh was that we had barely sat down (my butt touched the seat for 0.1 second) and the waiter already wanted our order. When we said we needed extra time to go over the menu first, we got a bit of a death stare from the waiter. Their concept seems to be "come in, eat right away, and get the hell out!" I had been forewarned by my friend about the service here though, so I wasn't surprised. I'd still come again just for the pudding.

The entrance faces a couple of steps to an elevated level where the seating is. To the left of the entrance is baristas doing their thing but you can also see baristas on the second level too. So where do we go? We walked up the stairs to get seats and proceeded to the second level barista who then told us to order on the first level. Couldn't have been easier if the barista was more attentive by greeting and waiting for people to come up to order? Anyways, we grabbed the menu and decided to get some drinks as a break from walking. Since it was hot, I got an iced mocha. And honestly, nothing special. It was just satisfying to drink something sweet and cold. Hype? Maybe. Would I come back here again? Maybe if I was desperate enough to sit at a minimal looking spot and try another drink.

Their Americano was very solid and I loved how its served almost like a Guinness with lots of foam on top AND dynamic "layers" of foam in the cup. While the vanilla ice cream was pretty good with vanilla beans in it, the espresso was indeed quite strong. The coffee has seating options indoor and outdoor. They also have a row of coffee beans/roasts as well as test tubes for your smell the respective types of beans. This place is slightly more expensive for breakfast that the JW Marriott (and its in the same building but with a separate entrance) but it's got an amazing view and the food is delicious. The place is super chill, good background music and good vibes from the staff. It also has a chill vibe in the way that it's laid out, there's a feeling of openness. Maybe that feeling has to do with the epic view however. A few seats are in window corners where you get a great panorama view. Other seats are internal but still have a good view from a distance. I would go back, if for no other reason just for the fact that I had something I've never had before anyplace and it was really good. They have an eggs Benedict with short ribs in place of the ham.
