The place is super popular, but the line moves quick. You may be seated with strangers at the same table (seems to be common practice in busy HK restaurants). Service was questionable, but I also saw a video online that they are purposely (& famously?) rude to the customers. What made me laugh was that we had barely sat down (my butt touched the seat for 0.1 second) and the waiter already wanted our order. When we said we needed extra time to go over the menu first, we got a bit of a death stare from the waiter. Their concept seems to be "come in, eat right away, and get the hell out!" I had been forewarned by my friend about the service here though, so I wasn't surprised. I'd still come again just for the pudding.

Couldn't have been easier if the barista was more attentive by greeting and waiting for people to come up to order? The collaboration that Hong Kong is currently having is Peanuts and though I've missed the release for a few days I just had to see what they had left if any and didn't disappoint that it was quite popular. Though not to leave out any other items like the seasonal Halloween merchandise and drinks this cozy location on Nathan Street is very lovely and the staff here are amazing that speaks English fluently. Shop is very clean and organized and if i had the time would relax and enjoy all it had to offer as it's such a relaxing vibe watching the hustle of Nathan Street. Thank you!

I stumbled upon this little coffee shop when I took a little stroll next to Olympian City (Yup, under the burning heat but no regret) You will not expect that you may find this place in a region where mostly every other shops on the street are rather old but that is the beauty of it. This place is really cozy and relaxing since it is not located in the most crowded street in Mongkok, there are not that many customers, which definitely makes this a perfect place for chilling. The coffee is freshly made and even though one particular coffee branch is just one block away, it tastes much better and is served by a very friendly barista. Personally, I love the taste of hazelnut and every time I go there, a good old iced hazelnut latte makes my day. It is creamy and of the right amount of milk so it is not too milky. They also serve cakes but I prefer the coffee to cakes. Go have a look before this place becomes THE place and you may need to get in line next time you come!

The menu has a nice selection of teas, including fresh milk teas. My dad got their oolong fresh milk tea which was delicate and floral, and my TKY fresh milk tea had the perfect balance of strong, deeply earthy TKY tea and fresh milk for a bold yet silky blend. I also like the fact that they use paper cups instead of all the plastic standard of milk tea shops. (If they use no lids or straws, or paper ones, that would be even more environmentally friendly). Service is efficient, the space is clean and has some seating by the windows as well as space for standing, and it's an all-around satisfying visit. It's not cheap, with the TKY fresh milk tea at $32, but nothing beats a refreshing, high-quality cup of milk tea.

So, go check this café when people in Jordan are all squeezing into the tiny Starbuck, you can always find a seat, and I mean sofa seat or window-side seat (Surprise!) I love this cafe because hotel knows privacy, plenty of spaces are provided between seats, you will not feel the tense between other customers. It is a place I can work whole day without disturbance, oh, and not to mention the free wifi! The coffee is good and wait staff are nice, so what can I ask for more? Oh yes, one point need to be added, as a café of Eaton hotel, you can also allow to use the super clean and tidy washroom located next to lobby, what a good point to a girl!
