Where I live in South OC, most places charge at least $15 per hem, which really adds up. This place did it for $4.50, or $9 for the wide legs. Well worth the drive! I dropped off seven pairs and it was less than $40. The only thing I would have liked they gave me more clarity about was to let me know when I called that wide legs would be more. But I think that is pretty standard practice, so I wasn't too mad. This place is kind of hard to find because it is so small. My navigation was telling me that I had arrived and I wasn't seeing it until I saw the small sign next to the dentist office. It was unclear on whether or not we could park in the small lot between this place and the apartment buildings, so to play it safe if I parked across the street by the supermarket, which I really enjoyed visiting after. We don't have a lot of Mexican supermarkets in South OC where I live, so it was fun to pick up some things from there and made the drive out more worth it as well. Turnover time was great as well. I can't comment on more difficult or involved jobs because I didn't use them for that, but I highly recommend coming here for hems.

Why'd I want to look like a 4 year old walking around with elastic bands on my backside showing.

When going and picking them up, you'll need the ticket they gave you, or they can find your clothing based on the phone number you gave. Service: The service is so good! All the store associates are so kind and welcome you! Location: The store is a little difficult to locate, so come to the side of the complex with the front of the stores, and look for a small sign above that says "Better Fit Alterations". They open around 8:30-9 AM on weekdays.

When I picked up my jacket 2 weeks later, one of the bottom pockets now has stress marks that line up perfectly with some new stitching they added, and there are now smalls holes in the leather patch that also line up perfectly. The other pocket has no issues, so I presume some error occurred. I returned (waited a bit because they were busy trying to find a customers clothes and kept going back and forth with them) and when I questioned this - especially the patch holes, they stated that they must've already been there and i didnt notice. They said they did not touch it, and it's simply a coincidence that they line up and are spaced perfectly with the stress marks. They also mentioned the stress marks are from pressing, whatever that means. But the other pocket had no such marks. It became a he said she said game and I simply decided I will not be coming back, since they repeatedly told me they could do nothing for me. They also hemmed and let out some Momotaro Denim for me. This was mostly fine except the stitching was also a bit sloppy. They somehow stitched over a belt loop which was strange (so a belt wouldnt fit anymore), and there was a large loose thread on the inside. Maybe I'm being nitpicky but you can look at the pics and decide for yourself. I gave two stars since the fits are fine and the clothes are perfectly usable. But the work seems rushed and the customer service lacking. If I'm paying half in the cash value of brand new articles of clothing in tailoring services, I expect better service and clothes returned in the same condition or better than when I dropped them off.

My dress was made entirely of embroidered and sequined lace and 5 layers of tulle with a satin underskirt. The bodice was boned and cups were molded, and neckline was crafted with illusion lace embroidered with custom sequined flowers. The train and the veil were both cathedral length, made of the same embroidered lace material. This is typically one of the most delicate and complicated wedding dresses to clean and preserve, and I am absolutely thrilled with the level of service and care that Key Cleaners provided. My husband and I called several other dry cleaners in the south OC area before we decided to take it here. Sam and his team did a phenomenal job preserving my dress and veil and treated us like we were old family friends. What we were offended by were your rude remarks, condescending attitude, and unprofessional conduct throughout the appointment.
