4/5 stars The food is great and the only reason I am not giving full 5 is because the customer service is crap. Why? If you want a cheeseburger combo for some reason they do not allow you to upgrade their normal fries to chilli cheese fries. My go to burger place! The only burger place I would go to besides In-N-Out in Riverside. The main reason I come here is for their FRIED Zucchini and pickles ^^ The burger is okay. It's made fresh once you order. As for the soda machine, it's heaven. They have so many different flavors. Love the Dr.Pepper Vanilla! As for the price, it's doable. Zorbas burger is my favorite burger spot in the Inland Empire ! I dropped by today after a hike near by and was warmly greeted by Elizabeth. She was absolutely friendly & kind and highly suggested we try the "Zorbas Burger combo" so we did! She took our order and gave us our cups for the amazing drink machine ! If you have dined here you would know what I'm talking about there is so much variety to choose from.. too ! The food came out within 10 mins . It looked I'm great I couldn't wait to indulge in it ! Overall, food quality phenomenal.. everything was fresh & flavors both burgers were so tasty & flavorful. Hmmm, this place was chosen due to the rating. There was plenty of parking and the place seemed to have customers constantly going in and out. The staff was friendly and on top of things making the order come out fast. I went in and order a burger combo that was a little over $8. Plenty of lettuce on the burger and a thin patty, maybe I should have had the double, could not get a clear taste of the meat. I can see this place is popular as stated before it has a steady flow of customers but it was not for me. I am going to give it another try in the future in order to be fair. read more

So I'm in town for work and this place was near by so I tried it out due to the name. I thought it was owned by Greeks. A lot of Greeks operate hamburger places. Stopped in while on a work trip today via a recommendation from my hotel in the area. The surrounding area here isnt great and the outside here isn't anything I would normally stop at. However I had a pretty darn good grilled ham and cheese. It had a perfectly toasted bread, good ol fashion american cheese, and deli sliced ham. They had pickles and hot peppers which I also added. The only thing missing I wish I would of asked for a tomato. The man got the double cheeseburger and fries. The burger had that awesome diner grilled fired taste and the french fries were hot and crispy. They have two of the coke freestyle machine which always makes me happy since I don't drink soda I like to have option of carbonated water or other drinks. If back in the area I would come here. So I understand that Covid-19 is having an impact on businesses. Be that as it may, on this trip, the business was closed by 6pm when it was clearly indicated the closing time on Saturday was 11pm. The lesson: please call ahead to confirm the business is open. Secondly, and as a result of a prior visit, the advertised menu prices are way out of date. Expect to pay more than what the menu prices show, someone is way behind on updating and making the menu prices current. It would be nice if someone would post the menu prices and say "Current as of ...............". I like this place but I'm not a regular. I make a special trip for the Beefeater or the Tuna melt, both excellent and worth the trip. Just wish the business was open as advertised so I could get what I want and the business and its employees could get my support. Guess it is back to hit or miss. read more

I really hate to give them 1 star. Zorba's used to be my favorite place to eat,but yesterday the breakfast I got grossed me out so bad I dont think I will ever get anything to eat from here again. I got the steak (medium rare), eggs (over easy), sourdough toast (not burnt extra butter). Everything was ok until I noticed my eggs looked like slimy snot and the color didn't look right. It was not cooked right. It was raw. So my daughter cooked it the rest of the way, but the eggs still didn't look right. They looked like plastic with a hint of blue. I was so grossed out I couldn't even eat the rest of my food. So we had got an order of biscuits and gravy. I noticed the gravy was more browner than usual and they tasted horrible. My daughter said she noticed the cooks were not the normal cooks. Being under new management or ownership could explain this, but Zorba's has had horrible customer service, bad employees, and they open and close whenever they want to. Zorba's hasn't been managed right since the older chinese couple ran it. They were awesome. If I get 1 more disgusting thing from Zorba's I will never eat here again. read more

I love Zorbas! I'm a huge huge fan of their zucchini fries and mushrooms. Their burgers are also always on par. Super tasty, and for a great price. I have never felt so discriminated against and uncomfortable as I did this evening going inside this restaurant. I may have light skin, but I have a lot of Spanish decent, African, and welsh. Don't judge one based on their skin tone. I went through the drive thru and asked at the speaker and because they had absolutely no one there if I could place two orders. It's cold outside and I just wanted to get home after a long day of work. The girl said "No, you'll have to go inside". Really!! There no one inside or outside and I can't place two orders? Gees. So my brother and I go inside (I took my tiny chihuahua inside, who is my working anxiety dog. I'm not going to let him be could outside and plus you guys made us come inside). So we ordered our food separately, I get my drink and all of a sudden the girl from the drive through, who could have just been a kind person, says "you can't be in here with your dog". I politely said, I've already ordered my food. She repeated " you can't be in here with your dog", she just stared glared at me, I turned to look at my brother who said, gosh she's making me uncomfortable and I can cut the tension with a knife, she then proceeded to speaking to her co-worker in Spanish and was saying some pretty nasty things. I may not be Hispanic, but I do understand Spanish. This not the first time this has happened here, but it's the first time it made me feel disappointed in the customer service knowing how they treat their customers when the owners are there during the day. My brother is a small business owner and as he said to me... In business it takes time to build your reputation and customers, it only takes 5 minutes to loose one. Many issues with this place (collective from multiple visits) 1. False advertising with their hours of operation: I arrived at 7:50, and they were already closed (indoor and drive-thru). 2. Drop in quality of food: received a burger with cold patties. And no, I did not wait for the food to cook before eating. 3. Slow service: took me 30 minutes to get my food at the drive-thru, even though there was nobody in front of me. read more

This business is right around the corner from work so many of us visit this establishment. The food is good, not great, not bad but the employee's are extremely rude. I have personally had two issues myself with employee's being rude and they absolutely don't care...it's like they enjoy being rude. The last time this happened was with the girl in the drive thru, I came back to work and mentioned how rude she was and several employee's stated, "oh they are always rude at Zorba's". I love there burgers. So I went to Zorbas for lunch. I asked what kind of meat was in the taquitos and was told shredded beef. the taquitos were gross. there was NOTHING (NO MEAT) in the tortilla and it was super greasy. and the guacamole was watery tasteless add also gross. My wife and I were in riverside yesterday and decided to try this restaurant for the first time. This review won't even be about the food because unfortunately we have had to report fraudulent activity on our debit card now and close it down. This was the only place that we stopped and used our card. This morning I have a pending transaction for a purchase at another business in riverside, stating that our card information was typed in and used. We handed one of the girls our debit card at the Drive-Thru window at Zorba's, she walked away with it and another girl brought our food to us and told us to have a nice day. We had to let her know that we are still waiting on our debit card to be returned. After a period of time that was longer than usual it was returned to us.
