$3.99 bag of fries - very small :/
Kristina H.

Huge RED FLAG. I went through the drive thru and ordered a veggie burger - no lettuce, add pickles and whatever else comes on it, 1 order of fries. It took quite a while to get my food. And I should have checked it because once I got home and looked at the burger thoroughly, there was a ton of lettuce, no pickles or anything else, and absolutely no dressing! If they can't listen to instructions or make a decent burger, I do not recommend. 1/26/26

Junior cheeseburger, Fried Mushrooms, Bean & Cheese Burrito
Monica C.

Came back to Zorbas, recently, and purchased a junior cheeseburger, bean and cheese burrito, and fried mushrooms. The fried mushrooms were great and not too greasy, Everything was really good, with the exception of the bean and cheese burrito. Though it was packed, the beans were very dry and hard to swallow and I wouldn't get that again.

Zorba's is one of those hidden Riverside Gems approaching SB County Line. It would be easily missed unless you are familiar with the territory. The Lamb & Beef Gyro is worth a try.

Anything on the menu is really good. One of the burger places I go back to. Fries are perfect size golden perfection. Service is fast even when busy. Nice comfy dining area old school feel, TV in dining area.

Pastrami sandwich & Chili Cheese Fries

Amazing food, can't beat the prices for what you get! The california burger, pastrami sandwich, zucchini fries & chili cheese fries were all so tasty & good! We also had a chat with one of the owners and he mentioned that everything was made fresh and from scratch, even the ranch! Excellent customer service, everyone smiled and seemed friendly. Will definitely have to go back!

Disappointed for the price thin piece of steak ...

Steak sandwiches are not worth the price here it's more bread than meat so disappointing

5. Double Cheeseburger Combo

Zorba's is a staple in the Highgrove area. I've been coming here since I was a kid. A couple years ago they changed ownership and the changes were immediate. I haven't been there in years since. I went today and it's even worse now. The prices are RIDICULOUS! The quality has vastly dropped, the service is not welcoming, the ambiance is a mess. The food is ok but I wouldn't recommend going at all anymore.

I love trying out local burger joints that aren't franchises They usually have huge menus, and this place was no exception - they had hoagies, burritos, sandwiches, breakfast plates. I got a breakfast burrito and I was pleasantly surprised. The size was good and it was tasty. The salsa was excellent. Onion rings - HUGE portion, very good. I recommend this place!!

Zorba's Cheeseburger & Onion Rings with French Fries

Just came here for the first time and it was so good! The service was really good and the food came out very fast. The workers were so sweet even though we came 20 minutes before they closed, they still served us so sweetly and positively. This is exactly what I think of when I'm craving a charbroiled burger. The onions rings were fire too Definitely recommend this cute burger spot. It reminds me of getting burgers with my parents at a young age. Plus it's very vintage inside! Super cute

Food is okay but this place is pretty grimey in general. Soda machines were plain filthy.

I've had better. It's ok, like a low budget George's or Gus's or Tam's #9. Not bad, but not great!

Our party kept growing throughout the meal as more family members joined, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and kind about adjusting our table each time. The brunch options were fantastic with both sweet and savory choices. My personal favorite was the omelet bar it was fresh, delicious, and made exactly how I wanted it. They also had great kid-friendly options like fries and mac and cheese, which made the little ones very happy. The service really stood out. The staff kept our champagne glasses filled and were attentive without being intrusive. I also loved that they had aguas frescas available for guests to serve themselves, which meant no waiting around for refills. And the sweet bread selection was a perfect touch to round out the meal along with their chocolate strawberry fountain and ice cream. Overall, it was a great place to celebrate a special occasion. The ambiance of mariachi singing and dancing in the back also added special element. Excellent food, wonderful service, and a very accommodating team. We'll definitely be back!

Since it was my first time there, he also took the time to recommend a few things to try, which I really appreciated. His suggestions were great and helped make the experience even better. Victor was professional, personable, and truly made the visit more enjoyable. Great service like that really stands out. Huge shoutout to Victor Perez, keep up the great work!

The Mission Inn Restaurant Is Wasting A Valuable Opportunity…read more A four-star setting deserves better than a cafeteria menu. My sisters and I had lunch at the Mission Inn restaurant last week. I had already browsed the menu beforehand, and nothing on it suggested we were dining somewhere remarkable. That's a warning sign I should have taken more seriously. I ordered the French dip and sweet potato fries. What arrived tasted like something assembled with the kind of institutional efficiency you find in a hospital cafeteria, not a landmark destination. The food was not bad in the way that offends you; it was bad in the way that confuses you. You keep looking around to make sure you're actually inside the building you think you're inside. Here is what I want management to actually hear: the staff were fine. They were present, professional, and doing their jobs. This is not about them. This is about whoever is responsible for the menu, and whoever signed off on the idea that sweet potato fries should be plated with ketchup. Ketchup. Even Denny's has moved past that. A chipotle aioli costs twelve cents more and communicates that someone in the kitchen cares. A small dish of something intentional says: we thought about you before you sat down. The Mission Inn is a National Historic Landmark. Teddy Roosevelt slept there. It has a courtyard that makes people stop mid-sentence to look at it. And then they sit down to a French dip that could have come from a stadium concession stand. That gap is not a small problem. It is a brand problem. It tells every guest who walks through the door that the building is serious, but the restaurant is an afterthought. When your setting is that extraordinary, the food does not need to be transcendent; it needs to be *considered*. It needs to suggest that someone with taste made a decision. Right now, it suggests that no one did. The Mission Inn deserves a restaurant that meets it at its own level. So does everyone who makes the drive out there expecting the full experience. What would it cost to hire one menu consultant for a single afternoon?

It looked like it was made with love. The egg+cheese sandwich absolutely carried the experience (seriously, give that thing a raise), and the matcha held its own as it was refreshing! Now the not so great... the huevos rancheros were unfortunately very, very, salty.. but I didn't want my money to go to waste so I made myself eat it.. The coffee was bitter, pretty but bitter. I usually like bitter coffee but this one caught me off guard haha The Customer service wasn't great.. The server asked if we needed anything else but was already walking away before we could answer. Overall, the matcha and egg+cheese sandwich was the best part from this experience. I would recommend those two.

The sun was shining on my face. I don't know who came over to our table to recommend a tequila for our flight. Dame Mas was a very good choice. My wife is more of a tequila drinker than I am. The owner, Santiago, allowed us to come a half hour beforehand to decorate & we came in, not knowing what to expect. Upon our arrival, the birthday cake was promptly whisked away to the kitchen, we found Santiago PERSONALLY on his hands & knees fixing the electrical cords for us, our servers introduced themselves & graciously helped us rearrange the set-up to accommodate the band we brought in. Then helped us rearrange the layout yet again once we realized the band needed to be next to the electrical outlets. I was embarrassed to even ask so I started doing it myself but they jumped right in without being asked. If I'm being honest, usually I'm not a fan of buffet meals, so I wasn't expecting much. But everything served was SO delicious! The fajitas were my favorite dish, not only flavorful but also nice & moist. Not only that, but they refilled the food for us as it ran out. They brought out to-go boxes for the leftovers, & best believe my family took home every last bite! The lime margarita tower was SO yummy but also hella dangerous because it was strong!! Other restaurants will give you watered down drinks but El Patron doesn't play. We were only planning on one but it was so good, we couldn't resist getting another. From start to finish, the servers (Leslie and Cecilia) were on POINT. Their service went above & beyond expectations-- continuously checking on us, refilling drinks/food, taking photos, etc. Not only that, but also, when my young autistic nephew unfortunately got sick, they were so incredibly compassionate about it & helped clean up the mess right away. I was absolutely blown away by the attention to detail & quality of care. As my grandma is getting older, we are especially cherishing these final years with her. We spent thousands overall (venue, music, photographer, special mass, etc) but every last cent was worth seeing her happy with all of her loved ones. After many months of planning, I was super nervous about something going wrong but I can honestly say that core memories were made. Thank you to Santiago, Leslie & Cecilia for your hospitality, good food & work ethic-- it truly meant so much for our family unit.
