Yaaaaaaay! I'm the 100th review of Zorba's!! Yaaaaaaay!!! Anyways, Zorba's is my favorite cheap eat in town. Granted there's plenty of cheaper places, but for its quality, I'd take it anyday. I'm a big fan of the gyros, but I went a few nights ago and rekindled my love for the falafel sandwich. Say what you will about Amsterdam Falafel, but I still adore Zorba's for its flavor and the fact that there's no drunken revelers around while I'm trying to get my eat on. I also only recently indulged in the baklava, which was ace but pretty big, so after the filling falafel sandwich, I couldn't eat all of it (no worries, I got through most of it, though). So, Zorba's, you get 4 stars from me, lover, for being a cheap place to grab a bite by my lonesome or with a friend, for your Greek music from the 80s that lilts in the air and makes me smile, and your falafel sandwich that always takes me back to my first. I've been going to Yelp events for a while and one thing i've noticed is that there is always more alcohol than food. Which is perfectly fine, but i'm always in need of something greasy and fatty after an event, since i dont normally eat dinner. Before Vote for Yelp, i decided to nip this problem in the bud and get dinner so i wouldn't need to gorge myself later. Enter Zorbas, conviently located next door to the Darlington House, and one of the cheapest eats in the city! For a measley $8 i was able to get a chicken souvlaki sandwich, loaded with chicken, veggies and an awsome tzaki sauce. It was a perfect "buffer meal". I would say that if i was getting a full meal and not preparing to go to a party, i probably would have needed more food. But it worked out perfectly. The big event was noticing that they had Birch Beer "on tap", which is very exciting, except i'd already ordered my glass of wine.... next time! 4 stars because it was amazingly hot and they were really bad at clearing off the tables that were messy, so we were forced to do so ourselves in order to get two tables next to each other. Overall the perfect, pre-Yelp event meal. But for some reason i still needed greasy, fatty food after all that alcohol :P read more

I love Zorba's as a neighborhood spot - the prices are great for happy hour and the apps are delicious. I also particularly like the setup: you order inside and they bring the food out to you. So convenient! read more

I wanted to like Zorba's much more than I actually did. Surrounded by pricier food alternatives, I was excited to find a cheaper place where I could get good food, but still sit down at a table to eat it. Everything on the menu looked great, with a variety of greek entrees, grilled dishes, and pizzas. I had a tough time deciding but finally settled on the pork souvlaki plate. Once I got it, I was pretty disappointed. The side salad had an excellent dressing, but the fries weren't as good (or fresh) as they looked, and the meat was pretty lacking, despite having 3 skewers worth. It had a nice grilled taste to it, but there were lots of pieces of gristle which was a turn off and none of the pieces were big enough to be juicy. After eating everything, I was still VERY hungry and ate a bit of one of my companions' gyro, which was really heavy tasting. The prices here are too good to be true. Food quality is pretty average, and the amount of food, with the exception of the gyros, is a bit on the small side. I'd probably return if I were in the area and didn't want to spend the time or money on something more luxurious. The best thing to come of the meal was a bit of knowledge about Anthony Quinn playing Zorba in a movie, which helped me answer a trivia question the next day :) read more

Zorba's Café has the SMALLEST gyros I have ever seen. Seriously, Zorba's gyros are about the size of a street vendor hot dog. Admittedly, I have a big boy appetite, but it would take two Zorba's gyros plus fries to fill me up. Considering they charge $8 for a gyro and $3 EXTRA for fries, that's nearly $20 for a satisfying meal. No thanks. I have to think that Zorba's would quickly be out of business if it weren't in such a super high traffic location full of business people looking for a quick bite during the day and drunken bar hoppers desperate for any old greasy chow at night. read more

Its probably closer to 4 stars but I wax nostalgic about the place as i've been coming here since my college days 25+ years ago. (I mentioned my nostalgia to the cashier who must have mentioned it to another manager who, out of the blue, thanked me for my long patronage when I went back for another drink.) On second thought, they deserve the extra star for constancy for straight forward, solid Greek fare over such a long time. Moussaka was one of the worst I've ever had: it lacked any tomato taste. Otherwise, everything else was great. Calamari was light and fresh. Appetizer sampler well balanced: it wasn't overladen with garlic, letting flavors come through. Chicken kebabs had a light lemon seasoning and were also succulent and cooked just right. Gyros: great. We washed it all down with a hardy glass of Greek red wine. Its a bit of hassle that you have to order at the counter and then weave your way back through the crowds to pick up your food, especially when its busy. It would have been nice if someone had offered to help me with the four trays and four trips I needed to make back and forth to our table on the second floor. Ambience is very basic. The customers really make the place. Everyone was very friendly asking us where we were from and interacting with our kids. read more

Zorba's is a solid middle tier restaurant. They are of the elite class that they're fine with that. They proudly post the Zaggats and Washington Post ratings of them, not as a great place, but as a great bargain. That's what Zorba's is. You're not going to take a date there (unless you are very lucky, and she likes deli counters). But it's a great stop-over with friends and a penchant for Greek food. There's almost always ample sitting space, and no one bothers you to get your ass out of the chair. But the best thing? I hear the song from Lock, Stock and 2 Smoking Barrels (for the Russian guy when he gets hit by a car) playing almost every time I walk by. read more

We were here for our book club meeting (yes, I am in a book club) and I was excited. I have continuously heard Zorba's is a good place. I like Greek/Mediterranean. I would like this place. Problem was I was still full from lunch so I wanted to get something light. Yea, I got the opposite of that, completely unintentional. I had a pita, spanakopita and bowl of Manéstra. I thought I was getting a tomato soup with orzo, not an orzo with a touch of tomato. It was waaaaay too much filling foods that I didn't even touch the orzo. But that isn't Zorba's fault. That was my own ignorance. I give 2 stars because no matter how stuffed I was, if the orzo was good you better believe I would shove every last bit down even if it hurt. I'm a fatty like that. Instead, it was cold and rubbery and downright tasteless. Very disappointed. The spanakopita was alright. I liked that it wasn't super cheesy and wasn't all fillo dough, but Trader Joe's has one similar that is a notch better. I'm not discounting this place. I wouldn't mind coming back from the gyro, rice pudding and Greek coffee. But for what I ate last night, they need to win me over with a huge slab of hot Greek meat... And a delicious sandwich, too. read more

This place made me homesick for my native Israel. Not because it was so good, but because it was so lacking. The food was decent, but for about $13 for the vegetarian plate, I didn't think I got a very good value. The food was very bland, not only lacking in heat (I understand not every likes spice, I can always put hot sauce on it later), but just in general flavor. For example, the tzatziki tasted like watered-down Yoplait plain yogurt. Quite frankly, if you didn't grow up in a Mediterranean country, this is probably a nice place. The food comes out fast, it's in a great location (~1 block from the Dupont Circle Metro), and is laid back. It does seem to have won a lot of awards, so maybe I just have very different tastes than the average DC resident. read more

Delicious Greek food on a Saturday night in Dupont without a reservation? This is exactly why I like Zorba's Cafe. It's a no-brainer when you want to have a spur of the moment good meal. You walk in and there is usually a line. When it's your turn you order, and you can either wait for your meal, or you can walk around ether of the two levels and grab yourself a table. They'll call out when your order is ready and then you can feast! They have busboys so you don't have to worry about cleaning after yourself. And because there are no waiters, you can sit there as long as you want after your meal is done. Basically this is a more 'family-owned' Greek version of Nandos. As for the menu. Everything I've had has hit the spot. They even serve beer and wine! I'm not sure if they make their own bread but whatever they pair with their meals is just delicious. read more

Zorba's was my first experience with Greek food (I'm a picky eater) and I loved it. After texting a Greek friend for his recs, I got the chicken soulvaki and a side of fries. Their to-go service is quick, and the food was great. However, their ketchup dispenser is hard to work and after struggling with it for awhile, an older (and stronger) guy had to get my ketchup for me (and I subsequently felt like a 5 year old). Good food, good atmosphere, quick, easy, and affordable for lunch. A warning to those with nut allergies- the fries are cooked in 100% peanut oil read more

I swear, every single time I come to DC I come to Zorba's. It's calculated at this point, I refuse not to go. I've tried just about every meat-free thing on the menu, but I actually enjoyed my combination tonight the best. I had the orzo, the horiatiki salad, and some skordalia. The combination was just enough, and absolutely delicious. If I were starving, I would have had the veggie platter, which is also incredible, mostly because of the spanikopita. Between that, their orzo and their skordalia, their food just always happens to hit the spot. That, combined with the very sweet staff and perfect location, make Zorba's the only excellent option for Greek in DC. read more

I think I was hungover the last time I went there... and yes sir... it hit the spot. My food was great and the outdoor seating in the summer is fantastic. The only downside is the cluster-F trying to get your food after they make it. In that little corner where they put up the food, people jam in like they are sweaty pre-teens in the mosh pit at a Blink-182 concert. read more

At first I was put off by the prices, they seemed a bit high, but I love my Greek food.....so.....I went for it. They were out of the bean dip that I wanted, and the guy talked me into trying their baba ghanoush, which I wasn't totally pleased with. More salty than flavorful. He DID tell me to come and tell him if I wasn't happy with it, but I didn't feel like pestering him and I was there with a bunch of friends so I was distracted with conversation too... I also got the dolma (grape leaves) and they were, um, well, hmmmmmm...what to say. They were also mostly just salty. Very very rich and not super flavorful aside from that. Now, their greek fries on the other hand, oh man! Those were really good. I don't often get fried food, but yesterday that seemed to be my theme, anyhow they fry in Peanut oil and so I went for it. They were so good! Big slabs of potato just full of delicious! Overall, I wasn't terribly impressed with the food, but I would be willing to try again and get some different items to see if they are better. I do love the space though, there were 7 of us and we kind of took over a couple of tables on the second floor seating area. Nice and airy and clean and just generally a nice space for socializing and eating. read more

Last year I went through a brief gyro craze, but I didn't make it to Zorba's then. I did go today, and compared to my experiences last year, the gyro here is by far the superior one. In particular, the gyro meat was really excellent, very well-seasoned, with the strong in-your-faceness that one would expect from a good gyro. Also important, it was very juicy, not at all dry. I must warn everyone planning to order the a la carte sandwich though, because they REALLY skimp on the trimmings, very little tomato, onions, lettuce, and the tzatziki sauce was almost non-existent. In the future I will probably be going for the platter, since that comes with a salad, and order tzatiki on the side (though the little bit I tasted today suggested the sauce would be nothing special). I mean, meat with such a strong flavor, you really need something light to balance it out with. The pita bread had been warmed, though not quite as much as I'd personally like, but maybe I am just picky about that. Overall, I definitely plan to go back to try their other menu items. read more

Really nice ambiance and vibe... but the food? Not great. Probably the worst Greek food I've ever eaten in my life. We ordered the combination platter and appetizer plate. The hummus, tzatziki, and baba ganoush were gross. Measly portion of rice and overcooked meats, soggy fries. Come for drinks and only drinks. read more

Delicious food for cheap in Dupont! It sounds impossible, but its true. Very good Greek food with a somewhat nostalgic atmosphere. For the low price, you lose only table service, which is perfectly fine with me. I plan on taking my mom and grandmother here when they come to visit me; they will love the great atmosphere and cheap price, not to mention delicious Greek food. Perfect for a quick lunch. This place loses one star for being ungodly hot inside in the summer. May-August, sit outside. For your own sake. read more

Basic Greek food that's what you expect. I really enjoyed the gyro salad -- it's huge and will fill you up for not much money. Plus, the food comes out fast. The only thing I can complain about is the pita bread that comes with the hummus. It was rock hard -- not soft and warm like I would have liked. Also, the "homemade rolls" are a bit tough. read more

Sorry to be a downer, but I guess b/c I'm Greek my standards are too high or something. Seriously though, this place was not that good, not that cheap, and contributed to my ever-growing frustration with finding good Greek food in this city. How can a light lunch between two people add up to over $40 WITHOUT alcohol??? How is that cheap??? I got the gigantes, which they call something else, but basically it's the giant beans. It had celery in it....never seen that before. My friend ordered the pork souvlaki. They were bite-sized pieces of meat, which I thought was odd. Then there's the tzaziki, which looked and tasted like salad dressing. No, no, no. Now, I do have to say that the fries were delish, as they had a hint of lemon flavor. Did like that. Also the pita looked good and fresh and my roll was definitely homemade, so that's good. Also, the galaktoboureko was OK, not as good as I expected, but it was edible. I personally liked the format of ordering, then finding your own table. read more

I will start this off noting that Zorba's is not the best Greek food in the city. If I want that, I hop on a 30 bus from my place and go to the Greek festival at St. Sophia's twice a year. The rest of the time, I go to Skewers (which I think may not be specifically Greek, but anyway. . .). For the price and convenience, though, it is the best value in Greek found I've found so far, and competes well with other general Mediterranean in the area. I've been a huge fan since the first time I went in there, and have been back many times. The food isn't the best, but it's damn good, and you get a lot of it for a reasonable price. If there's one thing the city is lacking in the restaurant scene, it's the moderately priced range. It's well above the greasy takeouts and breakfast all day places, and not in the range of pricy tapas, expensive steaks, wacky fusion concept restaurants, etc. What drew me here, and keeps me coming back in part of the year, is the fact that they have a nice outdoor seating area. You have a nice view of the sidewalk of Dupont North, and it makes for a pleasant cafe sort of feel. It's nice to bring a few friends in, grab an array of appetizers, and chill go through couple bottles of wine in the summer. What keeps me coming back the rest of the year, other than the prices and good food? It's one of the best spots for me to grab dinner when I'm in Dupont and headed somewhere else. Being cafeteria style, it's fast and non-assuming, so I can come here myself or with friends (both boring and chowhoundish, because everyone likes Greek food) before heading out to a bar, club, etc. in the area. As for the menu, generally anything is good, although I especially love the souvlakis. It's actually easier to recommend what NOT to get. Namely, the gyro is a little disappointing compared to the other items on the menu, but isn't horrible. And if you are in the mood for something sweet. . . don't get the baklava. I can't put my finger on it, but it's just not right somehow, and you're really better off wandering to Julia's and getting a fruit empanada. Hell, you're better off going to Krispy Kreme than you are eating the baklava. One final note. . . birch beer. On tap. And it's not Fanta. It in no way fits with Greek food, but I don't give a damn. I love birch beer so much, that I order it every time I'm in the joint. You should too. read more

On a nice warm day, you can sit outside on the patio, close your eyes and imagine you're in Santorini with the Greek music playing in the background. Can't you just see the white homes and Deep blue Mediterranean? Ahh.... As for the food -- this is my favorite casual Greek dining spot in DC. I have the Chicken Souvlaki platter conservatively 2-3 times a month and the perfect portion size, delicious Taziki sauce and perfectly grilled chicken keeps me coming back. It's not as cheap as going to Chipotle or Sweetgreen nearby but it's a great healthy option for dine in or carry out for only a couple of bucks more. The spanakopita is also delicious and if you befriend the staff, they'll give you a piece of baklavah here and there once they recognize you as a regular! MMM. Greg the owner is friendly and makes a great effort to get to know guests. The staff is attentive and buses your table for you, without any sort of tip needed. I highly recommend this place for lunch and encourage you to try my Santorini tip the next time you sit outside on a nice day. It's a great way to relax and breathe for a minute! read more

We were quite surprised with how excellent our food was here at Zorba's! We were visiting from out of town (in fact, where I am from there is a Zorba's too but it is a sex shop-- ha ha!) I had the gyro with fries-- I mean, it's pretty impossible to mess that up, but it was excellent! My dining partners had a vegetarian option that was really good! Anyhow, I might be back next time I am in town! read more

Good God...I haven't written a review on Zorba's? Zorba's has great food at insanely affordable prices. I like to experiement, so I've been around the menu a few times. As of yet, everything has been tasty, although the quality is not always consistent. The chicken souvlaki is better on some nights than others, and I'm really not certain as to why. They have quite a few options for vegetarians, some that even make me stray away from the meat dishes. This is definitely a great option for pocket friendly dining. read more

From time to time I find myself daydreaming about warm pita bread with Hummus. Yesterday was one of those occasions so it was time for a stop at the family-owned Zorba's Caf in Dupont Circle. Zorba's is a great post-workday dinner spot because it's always fast, inexpensive and deliciously simple Greek food. There can occasionally be a line (you order at the counter), but it goes quickly and you are usually sitting at your table within minutes. Zorba's has many awards and accolades on the wall, and you may also appreciate the home-like atmosphere they try to create. Yesterday, I went a little crazy and opted for the warm feta cheese plate instead of hummus and it really hit the spot. I followed it up with a Yro Plate, which is comprised of sliced yero, (marinated beef & lamb cooked on a vertical rotisserie), on Greek pitta bread, topped with tzatziki, and served with Greek salad and fries. It's a lot of food and certainly enough to split or take home for later. There is also beer and standard house wines available. During the warm months, Zorba's has a fantastic little patio and it's a great place to people watch and stuff yourself full of delicious Greek food. read more

Was in Dupont and wanted to get some lunch. However, as for fast food in Dupont I prefer to not eat at Cosi, Potbelly, or Chipotle. I then walked by Zorba's Cafe and realized i had not been to this place since college. I went in and ordered a yero. The pita bread was really wonderful with the spiced beef and lamb and Tzatziki. Overall, I had a great sandwich for only $8. I was still hungry, though, after I finished so I think that next time I might get a platter or a side of hummus. As for the ambiance of the cafe, it is small and quaint. There are some beautiful photos of Greece hanging on the walls, and Greek music is always playing to add a special authentic touch. Go to Zorba's if you are looking for a cheap, but good lunch that is not a chain. read more

Zorba's is a safe go to place when you are in Dupont Circle and need something dependable and quick. I feel that it is a bit on the pricey side. There are better offerings on P street nearby for less and better. Update: Over-priced. Bad value for pastisto entree. Small square, a side of salad, and a roll = $14.00. read more

Expensive and it wasn't even remotely good... everything was bland. Nothing special and not worth the money

So, After not getting on yelp for a really long time, I have decided to get on yelp to get on Zorba. My brother and i were meeting up for lunch, and we like greek stuff. i do some research and i find Zorba right around dupont circle. And my experience always has been, that u can't really mess up greek tooo much. But after my visit here for lunch, appearently you can mess up greek. here is how. I go and look for a combo. Gyro, Fries, Drink $10 maybe? okay. it's dupont circle, $13 max... right? Wrong. $9 for gyro, $3 for fries $2 for soda. tax - $16. so if you are spending $16, i am hoping for the following, A) the food will be soo good, it be wroth every penny. B) there is so much food that i get satisfied with the amount spent. well, guess what the answer was? C) the pita wrapped so skinny around the inside portion, that i thought they forgot the meat D) fries we're okay, BUT SOGGY!.... SOGGY MAN.... SOGGY!!!! E) ordered calamary. it was okay. was it worth $12 at a DELI like place and portions where my brother and i are trying to find FRIED crumbs off the plate? F'N NO.... F) i ordered a pork souvlaki. and the pita double wrapped itself almost because it was so THIN... I AM SERIOUS. MY SECOND BITE, FAILED TO FIND ANY PORK in my mouth... for a $9 pita sandwich, i would hope it would taste like i got it in Greek or fill my stomache up.... IS THIS PLACE F'N SERIOUS??? NEVER EVER GOIN BACK HERE AGAIN. I don't mind paying close to $40 for a deli lunch for two people. if the food was good or plenty... when it's neither and then to top it off, i have stomach issues later on at night? A BIG BIG TWO MARTIAN THUMBS DOWN... BOOOOO ZORBA. NEVER GOIN BACK. IF YOU ARE A FAN A ZORBA, HAVE YOU CHECKED THEIR PORTIONS LATELY? and HAVE U REALIZED WHAT YOU ARE PAYING LATELY??? wow.. utter disappointment. read more

Maybe it's because I can get better food for the same price or cheaper at Moby Dick's House of Kabob, just a few blocks away. Maybe it's because it's annoyingly hard to find a clean table and because you serve yourself. Maybe it's because I've had 'real' gyros and souvlaki from a street stall in Thessaloniki or because I'm not a huge fan of feta cheese. My verdict on Zorba's is simply..... MEH. read more

Not sure why everybody's not feeling Zorba's Cafe, but I happen to love it. I came here once 2 years ago after (re)watching My Big Fat Greek Wedding and wanting to eat Greek food. I discovered Zorbas. I came back here last night and am equally impressed. I don't ask for anything fancy, so the deli counter doesn't bother me. They seemed to have done well for themselves compared to 2 years ago with much nicer menus and tablecloths (maybe I missed that one before?). I've had the combo platter and the gyro (yero) plate, both of which I enjoyed thoroughly. The baba ghanoush is extremely garlicky here, but hey, that's not necessarily a bad thing. All four of my guy friends literally wolved down their respective yero/gyros and souvlakis. I think one guy ate his in less than 1 minute, not kidding. It's open fairly late (11:30pm) so it's a good post-something place to go to. We happened to just have gotten back from the Legg Mason tennis tournament. What a great way to end the night! read more

Zorbas is like half fast food, half sit down restaurant. However, it has sit down restaurant prices and fast food (well fast casual) taste. I would prefer to eat at Roti and it costs me a lot less. I like the food. I don't love it. I always feel like I didn't get what I paid for. Not sure why I keep going back haha. read more

I stopped by for another chicken souvlaki sandwich last night, as I was in the neighborhood and couldn't stop thinking about that one I'd had last week. I was with friends, so I also got the baklava plate (5 pieces for $5). My sandwich was just as good as the first one. The baklava was also good, although not the best I've had. And I discovered the upstairs -- it's much nicer than the downstairs dining area. And, hey, if this place is good enough for the Secret Service guys who were coming in just as we were leaving, then it's certainly good enough for me! read more

This place isnt good. Not awful, but definitely not good. It's not even really that great of a value. The portions are small as hell and the greek salad was awful and boring. Reminded me of cafeteria food, which is essentially what it is. Try Astor if you want legit, tasty Mediterranean food. ps...based on the last review, even McDonald's takes debit cards.... read more

I really have to give this place a 3.5, but that's only because of the large outdoor patio. It's ideal for warm nights, but can get pretty crowded. Luckily, as this is an order at the counter and pick up yourself type joint, the turnover is pretty quick. The food here is okay, nothing that blows me away. I just come mostly cause it's easy, low-key and close. They do have pretty good appetizers, such as the hummus. The grape leaves were nothing to write home about, though. And I always order the gyro platter, so that should account for something too. I've tried some of their other entrees, but whenever I order them I regret it and wish I had just gotten the gyro platter. Word of advice: order the tzatziki on the side, or else they douse your gyro in it to an extreme. Overall, though, this is a safe bet for some relatively cheap eats. read more

Guys, one time I saw Kristi Yamaguchi eating here. I used to be OBSESSED WITH HER - wrote a 5th grade paper on her. No big deal. Anyway, Zorbas used to be my go-to place for take out when I lived a few blocks away. The food never disappointed and I loved their house white wine, but I think the price is a bit expensive for what you get. If you're craving solid greek food (though a bit Americanized) and you're in the area - this is a great option with an adorable patio - at least me and Kristi think so! read more

Wow: a trip to Greece for lunch--and it only cost me $15.68! That's a bargain. As a visitor to D.C. for a conference, this place feels like a great find. Food is great, its very clean, well-decorated (love the "fireplace" with tile)--and they play cultural music! And to the poor saps who settled for the box lunch back at the hotel: EXPAND your horizons... leave the building every now and then! I had a Gyro for lunch, and had to try the baklava, of course! Gyro: YUMMY! Perfect size if you're ordering a side dish (or are not too hungry). Fresh, hot, tasty! Baklava: Second best I've ever eaten: 4" high, crisp pastry, not too sweet, right amount of nuts--YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY! You can't miss the restaurant: it's painted white and blue... and it's an actual row house on the street! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and quick to get out of the kitchen. The gyro and fries were a but greasy but that always seems to be the case at Greek restaurants. 2.5 based mostly on price. Such a mediocre place. I think the management is really nice here, but after visiting a couple of times in the past few months, I've decided that this place is overpriced for what you get. The chicken kabob salad is close to $12 and small with two SMALL skewers of meat. You can get a more fulfilling salad at Levante's, that's cheaper and a server. Other items are hit or miss here in terms of quality vs. price. It's open late-plus. However, I'd almost rather get a greasy slice or buy a hot pocket from the 24/hr cvs while having the after bar munchies. read more

I absolutely love me some Zorbas. I was introduced to this place by a guy I dated for a hot second, and I am forever grateful to him for that. Some reviewers seem to want to find fault with this place rather than taking it for what it is- a place where you order at the counter then sit yourself down. For that reason, if you are looking for a sit down restaurant where the waiter comes to take your order, you should not come here. However, if you want a fun place where your food is made fast and tastes like perfection, look no further. There is an upstairs seating area that is slightly more intimate than downstairs; outside is always fun and bustling during the summer. I absolutely love their gyros and would go so far as to say they're the best I've had in DC. The fries are especially excellent as well. Greek music plays in the background and gives the place a really fun, earthy feeling. They don't mind if you linger and this is a really great place to grab yourself some yummy Dupont Greek food, go here! read more
