The facility was clean and well-maintained. I felt safe with storing my items there as the staff routinely does rounds to check the cleanliness of the hallways, outer structure, and that locks are properly placed on rented or available units. I've seen them make several renovations during my time renting there, so they are clearly concerned about the upkeep and appearance of this location. Michelle is an awesome manager, very easy to talk to, and was very understanding the few times i was late on payments due to my own busy schedule or forgetfulness. They take appropriate measures to contact you by your preferred method, whether it's email, snail mail, or a phone call just to remind you that your payment due date has passed. I have never had an issue with any of their staff members acting or speaking inappropriately, and I would highly recommend this location for anyone considering storing their personal items. Having rented at other storage facilities, I would absolutely say this is one of the best maintained outdoor facilities I've seen. The only negative thing I can think of is the location and entrance to their facility is a little difficult, especially if you are using a large truck. It's not impossible (I made it in with a very large 26' moving truck), but you have to be very careful so you do not do damage to their property or other vehicles parked there. Most vehicles would have no problem navigating their aisles.

What is wrong with theses people working here? They are beyond slow working, do not move with sense of urgency with a customer and lack customer service skills.
