The biggest issue I had was the guys who loaded our truck. They came over an hour late and then instead of wrapping our furniture, they just started tossing the stuff on to the truck unwrapped. The driver even had to tell them they needed to wrap it or he wasn't going to be able to leave. Then within 15 mins - they broke our credenza. We called the office right then and there and they tried to get the crew aligned a touch better. However there was no improvement. We got to our new home and all three TVs were busted dressed were scratched up couch ripped. Their response was - well we will look into it. I mean when the guys unloaded our stuff they took pictures so they wouldn't be blamed. So I guess the service was "fine" we just got a horrid crew in Atlanta to load our truck which is sad because they were the most important part.

They took into consideration my availability, and a crew of four people arrived on time. The guys handled all of the heavy furniture with precaution(they disassembled and wrapped all of the details), boxed the kitchen supplies, clothes, a few electronic devices, and even asked me if I have items that need special care. The process took around 10-11 hours, and this was the estimated time they gave me. I appreciate this part as I wasn't flexible with my time, and it had to be a quick move out process. Not to mention that the guys had to go up and down the stairs with all of my belongings. Communication with these guys was on top as they asked me a few questions and gave me updates on the process length and how it would be handled--worth the price and quality of the job. They quoted me 6 hours for my move and then tried to charge me for 14. On delivery day, they ignored my calls until I threatened to call the state police and file charges for stealing my belongings. When they finally called back, they claimed they didn't even have me on the schedule -- despite multiple conversations confirming the exact delivery date. They eventually showed up five and a half hours late, in a U-Haul (not a company truck), with only one hand truck -- and had to use mine. Every single piece of my furniture was damaged, many items were completely broken, and some were outright missing. I watched one mover literally throw my boxes around and carry one couch pillow at a time while the clock -- and my bill -- kept running. This same mover argued with co-workers in front of me and even dropped an F-bomb at me on his way out. This company is a classic bait-and-switch operation: careless, disorganized, unprofessional, and completely unconcerned about your belongings. I've used home organizers in the past, but none were as thorough, strategic, and efficient as Nichole. I've lived in a small studio for 10 years and accumulated a LOT of stuff. My place became very cluttered. I would get anxious just thinking about my walk-in closet and kitchen. The thought of decluttering those areas was overwhelming. How do I even start? How should I organize them? What do I need to get organized? How can I let go of a designer sweater I got on sale 10 years ago but worn only once? Nichole did 95% of the work. I know it may seem luxurious to hire someone to do this stuff but I quite honestly was never going to do it and every time I opened the door I just wanted to cry. But instead of doing anything about it I just shoved everything back in and closed it! Now I know everything is, little things are in labeled boxes and bins. She even organize all of my kids ridiculous toys and art supplies etc. and so far the system is holding up well!! This is a far cry from them just stuffing everything in the drawers/closet and slamming it shut kind of like their mom!
