Service was good but after 4 drinks we couldn't order more unless we order more food was ridiculous

I booked the date for our gathering of 21 incorrectly, but they happily accommodated us anyway. They went above and beyond to make our dining experience so wonderful. The food was delicious and the service was top notch as was our patio accommodations! Zinburger remains our go to burger and ambiance eatery!! The Best! read more

Olivia was so amazing and funny and awesome. The burger was 7.5/10. We asked Sal for napkins and sauce, but he did not bring them :(

Admittedly I am picky when it comes to burgers. I ordered two burgers for take out, when picking them up staff and manager were very friendly. The dinning area and bar were very clean with a great ambiance, and the burgers, I have found my new favorite burger spot in Tucson. They were cooked perfectly medium, flavors were great, fries were amazing which says a lot as it was a takeout order. Thank you for the great food! read more

Zinburger - BYOB (Blue cheese, bacon and sautéed onions) with sweet potato fries. - Burgers Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

Perfect rainy day for a burger and lite fare. We were greeted at the door, sat and ordered drinks in a timely manner. The food was cooked as requested, our server was busy but came back several times to check with us. I appreciate that as a customer. The tables were clean, bathroom was clean and the menus were not sticky. An excellent tasting burger but for those prices, fries should come with the plate. Try the Caramelized onions, you'll be glad you did. read more

We come on Monday night for kids fundraising events. It was not busy, but we need to wait until someone comes to greet and take us to the seat. Then we wait until the server comes to take our order. There were a lot of servers walking around, but not sure what they were doing. When the food came, the burger was ok. The fries were soggy, but their sweet potato fries were good. One thing that night after I was done eating and went to the restroom to wash my hand, it was horrible!!! Once I opened the door it was smell disgusting and I saw it was very dirty. It really made me want to throw up. It was my worst experience. I almost couldn't believe it happened for that kind of restaurant if I wasn't experiencing myself. Maybe it just my unlucky day. read more

Me and my husband go here when we are in the mood for a good burger. His favorite thing is the smash burger. I like the west coast.

My go-to for a turkey burger and fries! They have a gluten free bun option and have a dedicated fryer for fries, if you request them to be gluten free! Also, probably the BEST root beer float I've ever had! Both the vanilla ice cream and root beer are top notch! They are a little hit or miss on DoorDash as they seem to pause DoorDash orders or limit the number of orders when they're busy. read more

Service , Atmosphere , Food , Price, and Quality . What a great way to start my Sunday. Definitely bring your appetite, its a lot of quality food. Two people could share a burger. Unfortunately I was too hungry to take pictures of the delicious food. We went during happy hour. And the prices were amazing. Beers were five dollars for A twenty ounce pour (draft), you can get any wine for half off. Even bottles were half off during happy hour. Happy hours every day no matter what day of the week. We also ordered a bottle of red wine, which was very amazing for it to be $15 for the entire bottle. The food came out very quickly. And fresh. The hamburger was nice and juicy medium rare. The way a burger should be made. Truffle fries are amazing, great flavor and perfectly seasoned. The hand cut fries were just as good. As if you would've made them at home. My wife got one of their salads. And it was really refreshing out fantastic. Person perfectly made, with the right amount of dressing on it. Even though they were busy. The staff was extremely helpful, and very accommodating. We went to the one on River and Campbell. With plenty of parking outside. read more

I've been dying to try Zinburger's pitcher and pull-apart special (pitcher of sangria, basket of fries and four mini cheeseburgers for $22) and finally had the chance to after last night's storm. Delicious, great price and totally worth the wait. The fries were light and crispy, burgers were juicy and flavorful and the sangria (zingria) was perfect. We also had the zucchini fries, which were top-notch. It was packed when we arrived and there was a wait to get a table, but we were able to get bar seats right away. The service was fast and friendly, despite the crowd. I don't make it over to Zinburger often, as it's pretty far from my house, but I will definitely make a return trip for this special or the next time I'm in the mood for a great burger. read more

the burgers were out of this world quality and the service is hard to beat you cannot miss with zinburger!

Zinburger has been one of favorites since moving to Tucson but this recent experience (like the one before it, just a week before) was outstanding! There's plenty to choose from on the happy hour menu and that is a great value. I am perfectly fine with the portion size on the happy hour burger, and to mix things up, I went with the spicy fried chicken sandwich on this visit, and it was just perfect. The chicken was moist and tender, the amount of breading was just right, there was not a HINT of greasy/oily residue at all, the Sriracha was excellent, the bun was soft, the pickles delicious and specifically they offset the Sriracha just a bit so that sandwich is a total winner. The fries have always been excellent here, and last year for a while they switched to the crinkle cut, which were excellent, but now back to the regular hand-cut fries and they are even better than I remembered. Not too salty, hot and crispy, and yes you can taste potato, actual potato, not just "it tastes fried." We had the wedge salad this time, which we usually do, and sometimes we have the farm salad. Both are great. But on this visit, the wedge was awesome. I don't know what particular brand of bleu cheese they use, but it is quality, and they don't chintz with the amount of it. Lettuce was fresh and cut up small, the whole thing was fresh, delicious, easy to manage. But service is what made this experience even more memorable. David was our server, and he was completely on his game. Acknowledged us quickly, got the beverages (and appetizer) order in, even remembered a chiller for the bottle of wine; checked on us at just the right times, he is one of the better servers we've had at ANY restaurant. He was pleasant and friendly but SO efficient, he just did not miss a beat. Hold on to this guy. He is going places. I get the feeling he could easily serve at any high end restaurant. He knows his stuff. Ended with great mixed HH drinks too, just a wonderful time. read more

We spent our office Christmas dinner here. They are very accommodating, their patio is perfectly heated and very clean for a cold weather, we didn't mind staying outside. Hankering a burger? Zinburger has a great burger to fit most any burger craving. They have a 25% off takeout Tuesday deal and a family deal. Today we went for the family meal. You can choose any burger on the menu. That comes with a Mixed bag containing fries, sweet potato fries and onion rings, along with a wedge salad. We chose the Zinburger and the Samburger. The Zinburger contains Manchego Cheese, Zinfandel Braised Onions, Lettuce & Mayo. All on a cooked to order beef patty. The onions are beautifully braised the cheese perfectly melted. So tasty. The Samburger is made with Applewood Smoked Bacon, American Cheese, Lettuce & 1000 Island. The bacon plentiful yumm. The cheese melted perfectly. Talk about a perfect bite. These are very filling and satisfying quality burgers. I'm not much of a fries person. A few go a long way. But the sweet potato fries are soooo very good. I could've eaten them all by myself. And then there's my fave. The onion rings. Beautifully coated, perfectly fried nicely seasoned. These don't fall apart so you end up with only breading, the onions are so nicely cooked you can take a bite of these onion rings and get both breading and onion in every not to salty perfectly seasoned bite. The salad was a nice addition. This meal will serve two very hungry individuals. Or the hamburgers can be split and it really is a family meal. This was a great dinner that has left me looking forward to my next hamburger craving. Oh and did I mention? They have some of the best most delicious shakes, great desserts options. They have a nice selection of cocktails and wine. Great for takeout or dining in. read more

I came here with my dad last night around 5:30 and we were seated right away. Our server was very helpful with drink recommendations and pointed out to us that we could order the happy hour fry basket for the same price as the small fry. I ordered the Turkey Burger and Sweet Potato Fries, and my dad ordered the Zinburger with the Hand-Cut Fries. Both of the fries were very tasty and I loved the yogurt sauce that came with the sweet potato fries. My turkey burger tasted very fresh, from the bun to the meat to the vegetables and toppings that came with it. My dad absolutely loved his burger and said it was one of the best burgers he's ever eaten! While this meal can be a little pricey for burgers, you are definitely getting higher quality burgers than at other restaurants. Went here for a group event and had a great time! The service was great considering there were many of us, we all got what we needed and it was nice that they had room for a larger group. First time at this location. The server I had was malfunctioning. I asked for a water for my dog and she brought me water in a glass, it was hard to order my food; we had to start over twice because she didn't understand what I was saying when ordering my food. When my food came out my burger had onions on it which I did not want. The bartender is who sat me on the patio, the bartender is who brought out my food, the bartender is who brought out my cup of ranch, the bartender brought my food back to the kitchen. I told him I didn't want the food to come back to me (because I didn't want to risk the staff spitting in my food) The server did not like the fact I had a dog (she said it was because she as allergic but my dog is hypoallergenic) and the encounter was off from the beginning. I personally won't come back to this location, and I don't recommend anyone else with pets come either. Maybe don't work at a restaurant that allows dogs if you're allergic to dogs or if you're scared of them. read more

Any restaurant that makes you pay $2.50 extra for French fries is UNAMERICAN. This place is a rip off. $15 for a hamburger and $2.50 more for fries. I frankly think In and Out Burger is better than this place. Too expensive and the burgers were just average. read more

Went here for the first time the other day with some friends. I was between the Diablo and the Bruce Lee. I ended up getting the Bruce Lee and one of my friends actually got the Diablo. I thought the Bruce Lee was ok. I liked the sauce and the slaw but the meat itself felt a little bland/dry. I'm not sure what exactly but it just felt like something was missing. I got it cooked medium in case anyone was wondering. My friend actually didn't like the Diablo. She said the spice was fine but it just didn't have any taste to it. I tried it and I'd have to agree sadly. The service was good and the truffle fries were also pretty solid. The place was poppin though so maybe this was just a one off and I'll have to try it again at some point. read more

I'm a huge burger fanatic Zinburger gave us a great experience from their customer service to the quality on their burgers We enjoyed every minute of it! We started out with the truffle fries (MUST ORDER) which was phenomenal. You can taste the truffle oil and the truffle aioli was perfect (huge truffle lover). We wanted to wait for our burgers to eat with our fries but we couldn't resist. The burgers came out shortly after the fries so the timing was great! I ordered the Diablo burger and my husband ordered the Sam burger! My burger wasn't too spicy but it was still delicious Oh was I full after I finished more than half of it! It was an amazing time at Zinburger and I can't wait to come back... this time with some wine Thank you all!!! read more

We arranged for a group of 14 to dine on the patio. When we arrived, there were 17 of us and they quickly accommodated us by adding another table. Our server, Morgan, was fantastic and kept the food & drinks coming. We asked for separate checks, which was no problem - no eye rolls or attitude. The restaurant sent out some baskets of onion rings & sweet potato fries - they must have been complimentary. Nice touch! The food and drink was excellent. We happened to be there during happy hour, so the prices on many items were about half price. We made sure everyone gave generous tips for the fantastic service and food. We were in the area and needing something good for dinner while on a diet (not an easy feat). Instantly I brought up Yelp and started looking around. Having been at Zinburger numerous times in the past I decided to just bring up their menu to see if there might be anything that could be diet friendly. I looked over the menu and found this gem - the California Burger bowl. The name makes one immediately think of a salad with a burger on top. This is so way off base! Instead, the burger is served on a bed of deliciousness! The bowl is made up of roasted Brussels sprouts (with a great char), roasted mushrooms, caramelized onions, avocado slices and griddled sweet potatoes on a bed of brown rice and quinoa. The turkey burger was nicely seasoned and quite moist (hate getting turkey burgers from other places, as they are generally bland and dry). Every bite was amazing with plenty of umami flavor to go around! I did order a small side of sweet potato fries that came with a yogurt dipping sauce. The dipping sauce reminded me of a tzatziki sauce. I enjoyed the dipping sauce on the turkey burger. The portion size was perfect for one person! Allowed this dieter a small treat that did not make me feel like I cheated on the diet. I would most definitely order the turkey burger bowl again! read more

This is my first Yelp review ever. Is there less than one star available? It feels like I was scammed out of 80 bucks. The food was so bad I reregistered to make this review. The food was gross and expensive. The burger was not cooked correctly and was bland. I have worked in kitchens for much of my life and am flabbergasted that they could screw up a hamburger. The bun was soggy, untoasted and fell apart as soon as I picked the burger up. My first bite of the hamburger was met with lukewarm meat, a soggy bun, and wilted toppings. The bill came out to around 80 bucks, and the food wasn't good enough to feed my dog. Do yourself a favor and go to Boondocks or any other pup in Tucson if you want a cooked burger that has flavor and doesn't cost a car payment. read more
