THE GM ALFREDO AND STAFF WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! I placed a pickup order through Doordash. I should've double checked my order before I left but I didn't. Needless to say, when I got home my order was incomplete. I called back to let them know of the missing items and Alfredo went above and beyond in a way I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED to ensure we got our missing items. He ensured that our little family celebration could continue uninterrupted. The food was amazing, as usual. Can't say enough about how impressed I was by their genuine care. Thank you! read more

Overall enjoyed my experience at Zinburger. I thought the burgers are reasonably priced for a sit down restaurant with fast service. The burger was good and I would come back to try it again! The only thing I am docking a point for- the burger became a little difficult to eat as it was more on the juicy side where it started to fall apart and made it difficult to eat. read more

Zinburger recently redid their menu, and boy are there some good new choices. I had a salad with seared tuna, and my son and his friend had burgers. The burgers did seem a little bit smaller than before, but they were a much more manageable portion for one person. We shared fries and as always, the service was great. This location has a nice outdoor seating patio, is clean and has nice washrooms. read more

First timer. We walked in. Great restaurant. Not busy. A few waitresses saw us, smiled, continued to clean up tables. We stood thee not knowing where to go. We seen a table with clean silverware, we sat down. My husband went to restroom. I sat there 2 waitress passed me. As he came back, he passed one. He finally went t up to one and asked for someone to help us. As we sat there. I looked at website online, notice it closed at 9pm, we got there at 8:20pm. Guessing they didn't want to serve us. I'm not sure. They brought us menus, our drinks. We ordered. Waitress was informative about new menu. We did let her know it was our first time. Food was great. It was brought out hot and fast. She could have been a little more attentive. We had to ask others for help, with refills. We would go again but definitely not before closing. read more

Dropped on for a try! We were very glad we did. We each got a burger: classic and BYOB. Both we're tasty. Well done! Added an order of large fries to share. Also well done! Husband had the wren house pilsner and I had a Pom + passion fruit marguerita. The pilsner was beautiful but more hoppy than we like. My marguerita was refreshing. My husband topped of his meal with a double chocolate shake. He said the best he'd ever had! Well worth the $70 bill. read more

I am becoming a regular. Very good burger: Bruce Lee +bacon. I'm rather addicted to their truffle fries. Service was very good. I am rather a fan of their work-staff. Happy hour choices we made did not capitalize off of the HH menu, so regular priced two top. Happy hour on a Saturday was about 1/3 of capacity, so not too loud. We will be back. read more

The burger they gave me was wrong. Tasted bitter and def went bad. They then charged me full price for the meal and the ginger beer I needed so I didn't vomit all over the table. Been here a dozen or so times...this time is the last, however. food is ok...the wait staff leaves a lot to be desired. I've only had ONE congenial wait person in that time...the rest are way down on the list..either they are totally disinterested, with whacked out, stressed "off" energy or very emotional and unable to do their job properly. I've not seen this level of ineptitude at any other restaurant...Are you all stressed out? WHY? what's wrong? I don't get it. It's unpleasant to go here. read more

Zin Burger has been a beloved tradition for my family for years, so it was the natural choice for my 19th birthday dinner last weekend! Even though the place was buzzing--it was a Friday night, after all--they did a great job of making our celebration feel special. Our server was excellent. She handled our slightly loud family with total grace and was super knowledgeable about the menu, which my family appreciated. She was attentive and quick, which is all you can ask for when it's busy! For the food, I went with my long-time favorite, the fantastic Double Smashburger. It's my go-to for a reason--the patties have that perfect caramelized crust, and it's loaded up with American cheese, relish, and sauce. Seriously, every bite is worth it. We also shared a massive order of the Double Truffle Fries--they are non-negotiable here. Crispy, garlicky, and addictive! While the atmosphere was loud due to the crowd, the food quality and the fantastic service made for a memorable "zin Burger delicious" birthday night. Highly recommend for any family celebration! read more

Food was fantastic, enjoyed the atmosphere too. Our server was knowledgeable too, dirty soda was tasty!

Came across Zinburger when we were leaving the car dealership. Food was surprisingly amazing! I'm a crispy chicken fanatic and I'm very particular. Have to have a chicken sandwich thick, crispy and juicy and this sandwich was just that. No complaints! The spinach and artichoke dip was also great, we got it on the happy hour menu! Also got the mango spicy margarita off happy hour....needless to say I could have 5 of them. read more

Zinburger - El Diablo* - Burgers Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

First time going here and was not impressed. The food was okay- onion rings were great... but El Diablo burger and the hot wings had no unique spice or kick to it as I had assumed from reading the menu. The space is cool with able indoor/outdoor/ hybrid seating... full bar and a place that can accommodate large groups. Our service was not that great. Even though it wasn't very busy... it took our server long periods of time to check in... I had to ask for a refill, and our order was missing a item and we had to wait to get the servers attention to even let them know. These are not the only gripes with service but no need to get into it... perhaps they were having a bad day. Either way... not the best experience for us. read more

Went to dinner with a coworker, just a quick bite. Never been here but we were seated quickly. I forgot our servers name but that's probably a good thing because I didn't like her service. She seemed to be rushing us and my co-worker said the same. I ordered a frozen margarita and she got Sangria, no issues there but nothing special either. It was pretty busy and a bit noisy, I think there was music playing as well. I ordered the turkey burger which feature whipped tahini (which I didn't understand), I said no peppercinis and they got that right, lettuce & harissa yogurt (whatever that is). The burger was good & fresh but weird lol. The sweet potatoe fries were good as well but an additional charge which she failed to mention. Anywho, I'd go back to try other menu items! read more

Went with another couple for an early dinner. Worked out well as they had a great happy hour menu. Three of us order the California bowl and the fourth ordered from the happy hour menu. California bowl was excellent, and a great option for a bun less burger. Outdoor seating was awesome, with cool mister's. Our wait staff was great, friendly, prompt and courteous. read more

I won a bet with my wife's cousin (never bet against Michigan) to buy the winner the best cheeseburger in town. For us the only place to go for the best cheeseburger in town is Zinburger. Also we were celebrating my wife's upcoming birthday. She ordered the Zinburger and a pomegranates and passion fruit margarita. I built my burger from there wide assortment of toppings and a Grinch milkshake. We split an order of truffle fries. The waitress was quick to out table and we ordered our drinks and lunch. I ordered my burger without a bun. Everything came as ordered but the chef placed the burger on a leaf of iceberg lettuce and pickles on the side (I don't like either one)I had told the waitress when ordering that I didn't want them on the plate. We got that corrected and ate our wonderful meal. Lived up to ideal burger. They came medium rare is ordered. Nice size burger with plenty of juices in the meat. We have never had the truffle fries before and they were delicious. My Grinch milkshake was their Christmas drink. Nice minty flavor. We usually only eat half of our food and take the rest home. Except that they were so good we ate all of the burgers and most of the fries. I would recommend this place for a delicious meal. They have other items on the menu but we always order burgers. While the prices are higher than most burger places it is worth the cost. You can sit inside at booths or tables or outside. They give you white linen napkins and real silver wear. The times we have eaten there it was not very noisy and you could hold a nice conversation. I prefer the booth because I find it hard to get out of their chairs. Lots of parking and dogs are allowed in the pati read more

This was most enjoyable. Our waitress was new and she did a very nice job with our group. There were some separate checks and this went perfectly. Three of us had the California burger bowl. I've been to multiple Zinburgers locations and this is always our favorite spot. Love that they are always changing up the menu, but keeping their classics around. Banana pie is the BEST dessert so make sure to share fries with a friend so you leave room for the good stuff. Also make sure to request Tati's section if she's available. She's a pro and our favorite server! read more

This place is amazing! Love the atmosphere and menu! Lots of great choices! I ended up going with a burger and some fried zucchini, spinach dip. Like every new food journey for me begin with a simple question from my wife, "what do you feel like eating today?" As I scroll, tada, this looks good. 15minutes away and we are off. If you are driving east bound on Grant and turning into the parking lot, be mindful, it's the 2nd turn or you will end up in the dealership next door. The actual parking lot is reasonable with more parking spots on the east side of the restaurant to the back. Plenty of seating and the hostess actual listened to my wife's request for particular seating and accommodated well. Our waitress got everything right, however, seemed like she was in a rush despite the place not being too packed at the time. Overall though, she did a good job. As for seating, there are about 4 sections from bar seating to an outdoors patio area, an outdoors covered area and of course the main dinning area. Very modern open style look with solid tables. Now the food, the main reason for the visit, delicious . My burger was absolutely perfect, my fries a bit thin and oily, however, still tasty. The hot wings...also delicious . We will return for sure. Dine in Dinner with the family Price per person $10-20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 read more

The service was average but the food was good. The atmosphere is nice as well. We didn't wait too long to be seated so that was a bonus.

Meh. The farm salad had no flavor and the drinks come with zero booze. At $13 for a drink that's outrageous. There are just way better places in town. read more

Gone downhill - original burger has wide sloppy pieces of grilled onion and no flavor. Service takes forever, waitstaff disappears to who knows where and takes several minutes to return. Even in a slow day! Thx for your response but not interested in an excuse for my review. I was under the impression that your original burger was called a Zinburger but apparently you are calling it a build a burger. A Zinburger or whatever it's called is what I ordered which does have grilled onions and this one was not up to par! We just won't be back - lots of other burger places in Tucson! read more

Came in yesterday with my husband. The food was fantastic but they were BUSY. The food took longer than expected, bartender kept following up with us, and apologized, explaining that it was fundraiser night or something. I didn't catch his name but I've seen him before on Wednesdays when we've come in. He's always smiling and laughing with everyone at the bar. He made small talk and convinced us to get another round of drinks while we waited for our food and offered us dessert, but we were in a rush. The place was really clean.
