We started out with the saganaki (flaming cheese). Everything was delicious with the exception of the grape leaves (can't recall the official name of this dish). I told hubby that some reviews had mentioned they were soggy and not too good. He agreed with those reviewers and would not recommend. The saganaki was both literal and metaphorical fire. The pita points it was served with were crunchy, which was pleasantly surprising. We both did wish there was some kind of sweetness to complement the cheese like a fruit jam or something, but it was delicious regardless. The beef on the sticks was tasty as was the burger but the star of the whole show were the fries. Hubby typically does not like fries but he loved these and was happy that I let him share them with me. Lol I am not sure what kind of seasoning they had but our taste buds definitely approved. They don't come with the burger but were definitely worth getting on the side. It was a little on the pricey side at about $35-40 more than our typical date night spend for less food, but it was good overall. Too pricey to make it into our weekly rotation, but will be a nice addition to our special occasion options.
