Brace yourself ... I've actually found a Healthy Hamburger !! Their burgers are huge too! Great portion size and a great deal for your money I always get the burger and either a salad or tabouli - both very healthy and filling. It's a tucked away hidden find but well worth it. I order right through the "Gyro Cafe" app and the friendly staff have it ready when I get there. Nice corner store next to Taco Mac and a bunch of other great restaurants. There's outdoor seating and tables too, which is nice when I bring my dogs with me. Extra parking in the back if you need it.

Wow ! So much goodness. I'm a big fan of Mediterranean food so this was a perfect selection for lunch. Haven't had gyros in a long time so I had a mouth ready to be wowed in flavor and they succeeded ! I ordered the lamb gyro with hummus and let's just say it tasted so fresh. Nothing was dry or over cooked - just perfect. If you're in the Alpharetta area or familiar with Fooda at work - take advantage. Gyro cafe did not disappoint. The server was also my cashier and he seemed very nice and humble for my business. Was happy he took his time and listened to what I wanted. Will be visiting them again.

Very clean place and the food was good. Don't usually do reviews but the presentation was nice and they didn't go light on the protein!

We came here for lunch. We ordered chicken gyro salad and lamb kabob plate. The chicken was dry and didn't tasted fresh. Once I started with the salad I noticed some sand. The lamb just tasted like plain lamb meat. No taste of any seasoning. Might give it a try again another time. I'm not sure yet.

Worst gyro (if that's what you want to call this mess) that I've ever had! This went straight into the trash!

I was really craving a chicken gyro tonight. I looked on Yelp, and although the reviews weren't all that, I decided it was close to home and how badly can one really mess up a gyro? The small corner store is in a strip shopping center on the corner of Windward Parkway and Main Street. It was completely empty in there and now I know why. The place was filthy! My food was ready within 5 minutes. I ordered a chicken gyro with Greek fries to go. When I got home and opened the container, I was faced with soggy fries and a gyro that smelled rotten! The meat was dark meat chicken (if that's what it was), and full of fat. It really smelled "off". The chicken chunks were topped with wilted lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and chopped onions. The concoction was drenched in a thin, wet, supposedly Taziki sauce. The wrap was soaked and you couldn't even hold it without it falling apart. I will never EVER step foot in that place again! I'm afraid to know what the health inspector has rated it! I threw everything away. I'm extremely frustrated that dives like this are allowed to serve the public. Shame on you!

Good food and good service. The only thing that was not great was my hummus and pita. Large amount of hummus but only 2 pieces of pita. Bit of a disappointment. I would go back.

Great little Greek place. Had a gyro that was delicious & some fries equally good. Will definitely be back.

Instead of the typical 2-3 dishes, they offered a whole range of options. The experience was great. We sat outside on a quiet patio, tucked away from the busy main street. The lighting could use a boost, but it had that cozy, date-night vibe. Jeremy, our server, was friendly, knowledgeable, and even managed to get me to try a few things I hadn't planned on. If you go, ask for him! Here's what we tried: -Fried Calamari (loved the batter on these, the sauce was also to die for) -Saganaki (lit on fire at the table--always a thrill) -Lamb Chops (beautifully done, super lemony) -Whole Lavraki (deboned right there at the table) -Lemon Potatoes (perfect pairing with the fish) -Roasted Cauliflower (definite yes) -Loukoumades (these were a little too sweet for me) -Baklava Cheesecake (fun twist on a classic) Every dish was delicious, with a lot of fresh citrusy flavors throughout. We left happy, full, and excited to come check out some more dishes next time.

I will say I docked a star because I've had a different experience of this place before and I'm not sure about the consistency. I had the gyro and thought it was great, but was expecting a side with it. The prices are a bit steep in my opinion. The dips are the key. You should definitely try. It's a great spot for the summer, so I expect it to be busier then.

These days, where everyone is a critic, the decor likely won't impress. BUT the food is definitely impressive. The meat in the gyro wraps is seasoned perfectly, and the veggies are fresh and crisp. Overall, simple, and no frills, served on a paper plate, but totally delicious. Fries were also simply plated and seasoned nicely. The service was quick and the girls in the front were smiling and friendly. Everything came out in about 5 minutes. This is a great little spot for a traditional Greek lunch that won't break the bank.

On the positive side, the meat was very tender and juicy. Sometimes you get the outer layer of the spit, and it ends up too crusty or dry, but this was done really well, moist and flavorful. The pita was a bit smaller than others I've had, but at $8.75 (especially when many places are charging $12 now), the portion seemed fair for the price. What I really didn't enjoy were the fries. They were the thick-cut steak fries straight from a frozen bag, dressed up with some oregano and seasoning and served with a dipping sauce, but still just not good. That kind of fry never works for me. The taziki was okay but not bursting with flavor. A little thin. The produce seemed fresh, though there was a lot of iceberg lettuce on top, again, not bad, just unremarkable. The interior of the restaurant felt a bit bland, clearly repurposed from a previous establishment without much effort put into ambience. On the plus side, the service was very fast. I had my food in less than five minutes, so it's definitely a solid option for a quick lunch. The staff was reasonably friendly and efficient. In the end, it was all just... fine. But with so many better gyro options around, I probably won't be back.

Let's start of with how beautifully embellished the restaurant is. It's a refined fusion of modern elegance & old-world Persian heritage, that celebrates Persian hospitality & culture. Once seated you're gifted a complimentary starter Sabzi Plate that includes fresh herbs, feta cheese, walnuts, Castelvetrano olives, crunchy radish, and premium walnuts. It also comes with side of freshly baked Persian flatbread. We ordered a plethora of dishes. Our favorite plates were the hummus [we paired with the mushroom add on], lamb chops, and the Adas Polo rice. Trust me get the Adas Polo rice, it absolutely mouthwatering. I understand there may have just been a rush, but in a customer-facing job it's not pleasant to make customers feel like an inconvenience for coming in. We were seated outside pretty quickly, but because it was very hot and we were directly in the sun, we asked if it would be possible to move to another table. When we asked our waiter, he told us to go ask the hostess ourselves. I've never had a waiter respond that way before. I expected him to check for us and let us know if moving was possible. We ended up asking the hostess directly, and to her credit, she did move us to another table. However, the overall attitude from the staff still felt cold and unwelcoming. We were really excited to try the food, but ultimately decided not to stay because we didn't feel comfortable spending money somewhere we weren't being treated as paying customers.
