-service was so personable and lovely! -told them we had a bday in our party and they brought us complimentary baklava roll -steak medallions were wonderfully cooked -gyro (eaten by someone else in party) was average -skewers were also cooked well but very salty -mocktails were beautiful and the cherry one was my fav; others were slightly too sweet for me (nyx and Athena mocktails) -calamari wasn't overly greasy and lemon aioli sauce was light and great to dip in -hummus was very acidic for my liking; would maybe try a different spread -everything unfortunately was overly salted; think they might've been heavy handed today -above being said, would come back for the friendly service and to try other menu items

Wanted to really love this place as it seems so authentic! Good lamb chops, lamb gyro, and baklava. For the price of the lamp chops, I wanted to be really wowed - but it was decent. The baklava was too sweet but to be expected when you're dining in the South. Our server was friendly and kind and overall it was a lovely dinner experience.

Recently visited VAS for a girls night out. We had a table for 8 on the outdoor patio. Love the Mama Mia style ambiance consisting of soft blues and rustic neutrals. They have a great assortment of wine, cocktails and mocktails. For appetizers we had baked feta with a glaze reduction along with warm olives and spicy red pepper hummus and pita bread. For dinner we shared small plates of perfectly seasoned and seated roasted vegetables, lemon potatoes and orzo. Others had lamb and chicken gyros that are truly authentic - large knife and fork style meals here!! For a fun night out downtown Roswell for great Greek food, good service, and a fun warm ambiance Vas is the place!

VAS Kouzina was amazing!! We went at a weird time, 4:15 pm on a Saturday, so we were pretty much the only ones there. We ate outside and it was great! Nicholas was our waiter. He was so attentive and friendly. Here's what we got: - Three Spreads (Melitsanosalata Eggplant Spread, Revithosalata Hummus, Tirokafteri Spicy Feta Spread) ($14.99): So, so delicious! Great deal to try 3 different spreads. The Tirolafteri was not spicy at all. - Goat Cheese ($8.49): Fried goat cheese balls in balsamic vinaigrette. So good! - Traditional Gyro ($11.29): Amazing, especially with the tzatziki. - Lamb Gyro ($13.29): Amazing again, especially with the tzatziki. - Spanaki ($10.49): Super good! - Americana Greek ($10.99): So much feta and lots of other toppings! Amazing! - Roasted Cauliflower ($7.49): So good and lemony! They also brought out a dessert sampler, on the chef, with baklava rolls and something with honey walnut. The dessert was so good and next time we go back, we will definitely be ordering! We loved every single thing we got. The prices are so fair and the portions are generous. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We will 100% be back!

Honestly do not understand the hype of this place whatsoever. There's parking near by but it is somewhat difficult to find spots if it's a busy night. We had a reservation for 8 people to sit outside. We were seated pretty quickly. The horrible part was that they seated this huge party right where the fans didn't hit us. So we were very uncomfortable with the heat when they had ensured us there would be fans to cool us down. We asked REPEATEDLY if we could move the fan to hit us because the other tables had mostly cleared out. We even asked other tables if they were ok if we could move the fan and they were. Our server was trying his best however it was the managers decision. We slightly turned the fan after over 45 minutes of asking. The manager came out and yelled at us even though we had asked about this MULTIPLE times. Anyways other than the manager being rude to us. The food wasn't all that great either. We had gotten a few of the dips but definitely not the best in the city. The dips at Kyma are much more delectable. Everything had so much salt too! The octopus I would say was the best but still a bit too salty for me. The octopus however is what makes this a two star review and not one. I ordered a gyro and the meat in the gyro was too thick. In typical Greek restaurants, it's supposed to be a thin slice of meat. Overall, not great and there are plenty of other good restaurants in downtown Alpharetta to go to instead.

Let start with saying the service was really good. We sat outside because it was a nice day and they had heaters. We are so much good food! The calamari was on point and we had a whole fish. You can ask for the head removed and debone which I asked for it all. That was enough for both of us to share. The service was on point as it was fast and the server was very knowledgeable. We will be back!

It's an all-you-can-eat experience where they keep bringing fresh food to your table, and every single bite was amazing. One of my favorite parts was the fresh juices. At $45.99 per adult, it is less expensive than Fogo de Chão, so I wouldn't expect the same level of meat quality. We tried quite a few of the meats, and while everything was fine, we found the quality, texture, and flavor fairly average. The portions brought to the table were also surprisingly small -- for example, two shrimp and a very small piece of salmon at a time. Since it is all-you-can-eat, you can ask for more, but overall the experience didn't feel particularly generous. The most unusual part of our experience was the mansaf. It is listed as part of the all-inclusive menu, and since none of us had ever tried it, we specifically asked for it. The gentleman serving us strongly discouraged us from ordering it, explaining that mansaf is very heavy and that usually Jordanian customers come specifically for it. Later, when we asked again, he told us that since we were already full, there was really no need to order it. He did say he would bring it if we really wanted it, but after being discouraged multiple times, it felt awkward to insist, so we ultimately didn't try it. We understand that mansaf comes as a large dish and that he may simply have been trying to prevent food waste, which is understandable. At the same time, since it is specifically listed as an included item, we were surprised to be so strongly discouraged from ordering it. We were genuinely interested in trying a traditional Jordanian dish, not simply ordering more food because it was included. Overall, the concept is interesting and the price is reasonable for an all-you-can-eat meal. It is also fair to keep the lower price point in mind when comparing it with places like Fogo. But between the average meat quality, small portions, and the awkward experience around ordering the mansaf, we probably won't return.

Because the groups were large and each had a different theme, Bey was able to prepare offerings that catered to each theme. The Christmas meal was mezes with platters of chicken skewers and beef skewers and then filets. We weren't concerned with halal meats but I am sure that they were. It's easier to default to it. It's in a shopping center so there's free parking. It's right off Roswell Road so you really can't miss it even though it is kinda off in the corner but it's still easy to find . They have a little outdoor area so you can actually sit outside if you wanted to be in the element and it's actually covered as well because it's right under the awning of the building so that's an option too. You come in and it's a large shop but it's not a lot. Most of the space there is going to be seating. You can look around and they have a little market area but the market area is very small. They do have particular specific items so you can check that out while you wait for your food. You can see the menus on the board and everybody there is super friendly and they'll explain anything to you. We had a pretty good short conversation while I waited. Love the customer service . Hummus - I tried the hummus and it was okay. Nothing crazy about it and it was just regular and not like it was roasted red pepper or garlic or anything like that but it was decent . Chicken shawarma wrap - the wrap was pretty good. It wasn't great but it was pretty good. It had a lot of color to it, meaning they were seasoning it for sure, but the flavor was only okay. The flavor was not popping out of your mouth but it was a decent but subtle flavor. It was super tender! Chicken kabob - the kebab plate came with two skewers and rice with a salad and it came with some garlic sauce as well. I think that the kebab was better than the shawarma to me. It had the same char flavor but mixed with the rice and the garlic sauce, it took it up another notch as well. You got a lot of it though so it wasn't like you only got two pieces of meat per skewer and a small handful of rice. You got a bed of rice so it was really good. The salad was low quality but I really didn't care about that because I didn't come for salad lol. Overall you paid maybe like $12 or $14 for this. It wasn't bad for a full plate . All in all it was a pretty decent experience. They're very customer-oriented and customer-friendly so you go in there, you will be fine. They'll take care of you

Mediterranean Express in Roswell offers a really fun combination of Mediterranean favorites and Indian classics, so the menu has something for just about everyone. If you're looking to try something a little different from your typical Mediterranean restaurant, this is definitely a place worth visiting. On this visit, my wife and I ordered the vegetable samosas, samosa chaat, butter chicken flatbread, butter chicken with rice, vegetable korma with rice, cheesy naan, and garlic naan. Every dish came out fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. The butter chicken was rich, creamy, and paired perfectly with the fluffy basmati rice. The vegetable korma was comforting, full of vegetables, and had a wonderful creamy sauce. The butter chicken flatbread was a fun twist that worked surprisingly well, combining Indian flavors with a crispy flatbread. The samosa chaat was another standout, layering crispy samosas with chickpeas, yogurt, chutneys, and fresh toppings for a dish full of different textures and flavors. Don't skip the naan! Both were excellent, but the cheesy naan completely stole the show for me. It was soft, cheesy, buttery, and perfect for scooping up every last bit of sauce. What impressed me just as much as the food was the service. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cared that we enjoyed our meal. Before we left, the owner brought me a complimentary Mango Lassi just so I could try it because he was proud of it. That kind of hospitality is something you don't see every day. The Mango Lassi was smooth, creamy, refreshing, and absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be ordering one the next time I visit. The restaurant itself is clean, comfortable, and has plenty of seating indoors along with a nice outdoor patio if you'd rather enjoy the weather. Parking is also easy since it's located in a shopping center with plenty of spaces available. This is one of those restaurants I'll happily drive back to. Great food, excellent service, generous hospitality, and a menu that's fun to explore. If you enjoy Mediterranean food, Indian food, or both, I highly recommend giving Mediterranean Express a try.
