My husband and I love this place for yummy treats! So far, we have only tried their delicious drinks and will come back to indulge in some food. I ordered the Classic Milk tea which is delicious and I love that they use a non-dairy creamer. I got it sans boba this time and will try their honey boba in the future because yum! My husband loves their Cookie Monster milk shake, topped with whip cream, drizzled in chocolate with a toasted marshmallow on a stick--decadent!! Love having one of these in the cypress area. I used to have to make the drive out to Bellaire to get Longs, but now have a place close to home that is just as good. The popcorn chicken is delicious and well seasoned. The traditional Vietnamese coffee is my go to, while my wife loves the jasmine milk tea. If you are coming from 290 there's a good chance you will completely miss this place since the name on the front is incorrect so watch out. read more

However, was highly disappointed in the options, they were out of A LOT of different options for their teas. The Honey crystals they suggested, instead of tapioca because they were out, was not good. Not worth the hype at all. Don't get me wrong the photos look amazing but actually eating there I was not impressed. The dining area was way too small to accommodate large crowds. We ordered the chicharrones with hot Cheeto dust, that was okay, we also got 3 orders of the carne Asada fries which were cold when we received them. They come with some special Asian sauce (I forgot the name) but I asked the cashier how did it taste bc I wasn't sure about it, she said it was like a spicy mayo so I was like sure okay, well it was nothing like spicy mayo. They have an amazing Cucumber Limade. The Cajun fries are delicious. Many of the other drinks on the menu are Vegan friendly. I really appreciate them using a (D) symbol next to all the rinks containing dairy product. It makes it quicker and easier to choose. The drinks are always served fresh and quickly. But the reason why I'm giving them a 3 star is because the drink that I got was a watermelon slushy but when I got it the slushy was melted and it tasted like a water down watermelon juice. Menu's were hard to read, ordered my usual order from the Katy location (Ube milkshake w/ boba & carne asada fries) the drinks were good but for some reason the carne asada fries were COMPLETELY different than the ones at the location in Katy, the "carne asada" was ground beef and the usual salsa verde was red salsa with what tasted like soy sauce... The food and drinks are great here, and I'm a huge fan of their mangonada and ube milkshake. The service on the other had- not a winner. Apparently, you can't order a blended drink 20 minutes before closing time, and they straight up turned away 10 people just because "the blender had already been cleaned". That was because we had called 10 minutes earlier, asking if they were open and serving drinks. Great place, just make sure to come early in the day...no special night plans allowed. This location is always having issues!!! They're either out of tapioca or they don't serve a specific item anymore but then it's still on the menu! WTF?! Update the damn menu then and don't just assume that your customers will understand that you altered something on their food without even telling them!!!
