I had a very disappointing visit with this businesses overall with the hours of operations. I walked in at 9:45pm to be told the kitchen is closed. The first time it happened okay no big deal but I'm going on multiple times. If your sign states you close an 10:00pm but your kitchen is closing early that close and 9:30pm instead. All the teenage waitresses profusely apologized and blamed the owners. No manager on duty. I have been here a few times my kids love it! They get the fries with the flamin hot Cheeto dust. This time I wanted to try the elote. While the presentation was beautiful the flavor not so much. The strong smell it has, is the exact way it taste and I could only eat about 2 before I had almost thrown up, Don't Get That. Love the innovative flavors and total concept of the drinks and food. I'm personally Asian/Latina myself so I appreciate and adore the fusion drinks and food choices. I find myself addicted to the huarchata, matcha milk tea, pink lychee and the list goes on. On the other hand, the fries are SKIMPY! They're thin and tiny. Popcorn chicken flavors are okay but could be more flavorful along with the fries as well. I find this location to be the slowest in service with not just big orders but with just single drink orders as well (I've also visited two other locations to compare). For the most part, every Zero Degrees are quite busy but this location adds a little more to the chaos, sadly. The line where customers order is awkwardly placed to add to that. It's very inconveniently placed where it leaves no room for a walk way and for other customers to exit. Makes it a challenge for guests to relax and wait to place their order. Furthermore, also uncomfortable for the dinning room guest as well as everything is so jam packed with little wiggle room to get by or sit down comfortably to move your chair out. I would suggest a drive thru please! This place has unique really good drinks but such a hassle navigating the store and lengthy wait after order placement. read more

I was able to have the Strawberry Horchata and that was pretty good too. Prices are very reasonable and everything was really fresh. We had the Hot Cheetos Corn and Hot Cheetos fries. The fries were delicious!! Thin shoestring fries w/cheese topped w/Hot Cheetos. The corn could have been better. It wasn't grilled, I feel like that would have made a huge difference. Seen this place as it was being built in all these dental and health related strip center. Thought it was kind of odd but hey it works! Tried it out and got some drinks. Went on Saturday that was its official open weekend and had specials. Clean , and nice place. Packed parking lot and long lines, so it must be good. pretty neat place and concept. Large menu of items. Very surprised at the way it was ran, smooth and made sense. There was not a long wait at all. Figured so many people there would been a long wait but wow, service was good, they prepared adequately for the flux of customers. Will be back for more drinks and food. The food were large portions as well and looked good and smelled good. Outside and inside seating areas. the inside was small but works. Parking is plenty as well and easy to access. We were visiting this area and tried this place out. Actually we have tried it in several different locations and this one was a bit different in patio area. The patio is on the side of the store and furnished with wood furniture which looked pretty cool and welcoming. I ordered Mangodana with Mango Twist and it was kinda salty but still good. I went here to meet some friends of mine to just hang out and talk and the atmosphere is great! It's a really nice and chill place to get some bubble tea or some food! They have the best Thai tea I've ever had and I can not wait to go back one day! I keep begging my mom to go with me so she can try it so hopefully I'll go back soon! 10/10 would definitely recommend you going at least to see what they have. The one thing I didn't like was the wait time but that's only because we went on a seriously busy day and there was a massive line but it's understandable why.
