Okay, so let me lead with ... I was craving chicken wings and my best friend said her husband liked this place .. I said let's go.! I'm from Los Angeles, so I like trying food places when I visit my bestfriend. I tried the boneless wings- I believe the flavors were : mango habanero, spicy lemon pepper, and medium. I also paired them with waffle fries . My best friend got the street taco fries and she absolutely loved them. The service was amazing , and the drinks are relatively inexpensive. The location is in a plaza , so parking is free - Amen I'll be back ! P.S. it's like a sports bar . read more

Stopped by Big City Wings on a random weekday because I was craving wings and they happened to have a Long Island special, so I figured why not? The wings were actually pretty solid, good size, tasty, and they even reheat well, which is a nice bonus. I tried the ranch, honey chipotle, and mango habanero flavors. I think they might've mixed up the order a bit, but honestly, it was still decent. Now the drinks, that's where they lost me. The Long Island tasted more like a slightly sassy lemonade. I swear I was searching for the alcohol like it was a mystery flavor. Same story with the frozen margarita. If it's going to be a drink special, at least make it feel a little special, you know? Overall, the food is worth coming back for, the drinks not so much. The server was super kind and patient though, and the place was mildly clean, not spotless but passable. So yeah, I might return, but strictly for the wings . read more

This is the second time I've visited and had the pleasure of Mimi serving us. She is easily the best we've had. She is very attentive and took care of us every step of the way. She is very much the reason for us visiting again.. You'll want for nothing when she's taking care of you and your party. I love coming here because it is never a wait and the flavors of wings they have is next level!! You can mix and match different flavors to make unique combinations. I love that!!! Big City Wings has a fan and repeat costumer in me!!! You gotta try it and ask for Mimi!! Oh, and the playlist......chef's kiss read more

We came on a saturday night for dinner. It was a adequate experience. Parking Plenty of parking however could use more lights surrounding parking space...so be careful folks. Service 10/10 but this review should be geared towards food, if it was fully based on the service than 5/5 stars however it isn't. Service was quick and attentive. Our server, forgot his name but he was very chill and made sure we enjoyed our meal! Food Lemon pepper ranch 8/10. I really enjoyed the thick pepper pieces with the tangy lemon flavor. However the actual meat was lacking in flavor in which sauce (ranch/bleu cheese) is needed. Buffalo medium 5/10 It was alright. Tasted slightly like watered down buffalo sauce. If yall are sensitive to spice I'd opt for these. I prefer more spice and flavor. Al pastor quesadillas 9/10 Eat it while it is hot! Great al pastor flavor with the array of chopped sides (jalapeño, onion, tomato, lettuce, sour cream) when it was cold I didn't enjoy it as much fyi. All in all, i would only go if a friend specifically want to eat big city wings...I wouldn't go back on my own. read more

Well when your best friend is a ranch lover she has to take you to her favorite spot with the "best ranch". I do not live in Texas so I have never heard of this spot but there are many around and it looks like any standard sports bar. We came in during lunch and they had a lot of lunch specials which was awesome - I love a lunch special. The menu was larger than I expected so I was a little overwhelmed but I ended up being super basic and ordering chicken strips and fries which was a pretty standard menu item but is always good. It was soo much food we should have shared and it was good but not anything over the top. I will say the ranch was pretty good even as someone who isn't the biggest ranch person but I understand why she loves it. I am sure during my next visit we will be back! read more

First time here! And it was delicious. Our waiter was new so it was a learning experience for both. He did good with what he knew. We got pickle spears and wings with fries. We got our pickles after our entree but that was ok because they made a waiting on a fresh batch of breading so they were super fresh when they came out. They were crunchy with a bite still perfect. Our 10 wings with fries we huge i was expecting your average size wings but these were huge and I'm here for it. Definitely couldn't finish all of them. The waffle fries were so soft but had a crunch too. We were definitely impressed and will be coming back again soon. Solid 10 out of 10 read more

this place is typically good but i ordered 10 wings, lemon pepper and gold fever. Lemon pepper was overly seasoned but good and the gold fever was good. My husband got the burger and he said he liked it. We got a ranch water and a strawberry margarita it was yummy. The service was good they were a bit slow but it was a Saturday at 9pm. Price was reasonable. They were having deals on beer that night read more

Noto to be confused with Bad, Sh**ty Wings, which is much less enjoyable. Big City Wings has really good wings but I wouldn't recommend ordering the other food because we're not crazy about it. The service is excellent, and by Houston standards these are some of the best wings around. Having lived in Buffalo however, it would get more like a two-star than a four-star were it up there. read more

We came to eat here on Friday evening, 7/12. My husband and I were looking for food since a lot of places are still without power. Service was awful. The phone rings off the hook and no one would answer it not even the manager. The manager kind of walked around aimlessly as the ship was sinking. It was $5 margarita night and I was charged $9.50 for basically lemonade. The food is great and that's the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars. read more

Was not impressed with tonight's takeout order, won't be back. Highly disappointed in the boneless wings, the sauces on the side were cold, was not asked if we wanted ranch... potato wedge portion size was small. Spent $40 dollars on food that just didn't suffice or appease our craving for wings. read more

The food was delicious! I am in town for the week and my bf and I were craving wings. Decided to try this place because of their reviews and I was not disappointed! Typically we go to Pluckers or Wingstop for their delicious taste but this place is definitely a competitor! We ordered chicken tenders because they're $1 on Mondays (and tbh we already had dinner someplace else and came for a late snack). We ordered tenders with the Honey Citrus sauce and it was sooo good. I usually don't even like honey flavors but I wanted to lick the sauce off the paper! Also ordered waffle fries and fried mushrooms. The fried mushrooms are AMAZINGGGGG. So good, so hot that it burned the inside of my mouth. Perfect amount of crisp and juicy. The fries were served hot (which is already better than larger wing competitors) and seasoned nicely. Their ranch was really good too! Service: We were sat immediately but not necessarily "greeted" by the hostess. And the service was a little slow when it came to getting the check, considering it was a slow night. This place definitely has potential to be the next big wing place, but should work on their customer service a little. This is the reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. Ambiance: Really cool! The place is filled with plenty of seating and lots of TVs with sports. I also noticed they have some arcade games- which would be nice if my kids were with me. read more

I'm here at the location on 1-10/Silber in Houston, TX watching a football game. Sierra is the waitress. I arrived shortly after the game and I NEVER saw her until it was less than 2 minutes in the 3rd quarter. She informed me she was waiting 2 tables and the bar per her convo with the manager. Thank God I have friends that shared their food and beverages with me. We'll have a meeting to discuss returning. read more

Let's start off by saying I love Big City Wings, I've been to several and as a previous employee I was unimpressed with the portion size of the "Large" fries I ordered for my family. As for the wings, I ordered Gold Rush, hot garlic, hot , and honey citrus all were great, especially my favorite ,hot garlic. Can't say I'll be coming back to this location but they definitely still have the taste. read more

I don't recommend this place.. 1st time here & the only thing that was good was the potato skin appetizer. The wings were gross and did not meet my expectations when it came to flavor. I ordered buffalo & it literally just tasted like a sour orange sauce idk. And then I ask for the check & the server added a tip herself instead of letting me choose, and then decided to let me swipe my card. I noticed the numbers didn't match & asked if they always add the tip themselves, and I couldn't hear what she mumbled but I said I would've tipped more and left it at that. Don't come here. I even wiped the table down as soon as I sat and the wipe was brown. Gross. Sucks being pregnant and bringing 2 kids here for dinner & this is what we get. Hope that tip was worth it. Just lost a customer. read more

What a great lunch we had. Y'all,, if you want an amazing experience,, ask for Cassie's section. She is amazing and absolutely made our day. We have not been to big city wings in sometime,, but we will not make that mistake in the future. Big city wings is the place to be in Jersey Village / Cypress area. Don't make the mistake of going to BWW. Turn left and go to Big City and ask to sit in Cassie's section. If Cassie is off that day,, sorry you missed it, but it will be an excellent opportunity for you to come back. I know there was someone else cooking and someone else washing dishes, and someone else doing one thing or the other,, but the face of big city wings today was Cassie. read more
