At that point, it stops being "dive bar personality" and starts reading as a lack of basic standards. I paid, I tipped, and now following through. If youre in the market for unfinished pours, full foam, and a philosophical approach to management, this is your place. If you actually want a proper Guinness, I'd suggest continuing your search.

He was incredibly welcoming from the moment we sat down, had such a great personality, and made the whole experience feel personal.
