One of them refilled our water cups at the table, even though the pitcher she had was leaking, and I didn't get the sense that they normally did that. Sadly, they don't sell soft serve ice cream any more, but there are so many ice cream shops in this part of St. Augustine that you can easily walk somewhere else for dessert (which we did). I wasn't read out my order and told a random amount that was double my order, so not only did I have to correct his poor mistake.. but was LAUGHED AT several times while ordering a simple JUNIOR MEAL. I hope they hire better employees and start caring about their customers experiences, because I was more than happy to write this review so more people aware of locations like this.
