It's like staying at motel that is comfortable but no, you're not getting room service or a bellhop. The grill is a run down convenience store, it's great in simplicity, ease and price point. We had two burgers, one with double meat, two fries and two can sodas for $14. I'd put The Grill on par with Kincaid's hamburgers, good for what you're paying for and a nice quick lunch option but not a hidden gem that salivate thinking about the meal or can't wait to return. If you're thinking of a fast food burger I'd skip the big name drive throughs and give The Grill a chance.

Simply put we ordered way too much food today. Their Chicken wings are huge...meaty. I'm not a fan of wings that are as heavily breaded as these were. The buffalo wings for instance were ok. Nothing special. Same with the lemon pepper. The Asian style wings with "fish oil" were our least favorite. The Creamy crab egg rolls were delicious and unique. The chicken eggs rolls were ok. I'm on the hunt for egg rolls that are stuffed with cabbage. These, like the chicken wings are little too heavy on the breading. The Garlic Noodles are sooooo good. Tasty with the right amount of spice. The Kim Chi "stew" was tasty.

The chicken was a complete miss and I wouldn't recommended it. There were a few issues with the ordering process. I ordered online for pickup but when I arrived only the pizza was on the ticket and not the chicken I paid for. The employee explained the online order only printed the pizza ticket to the kitchen so they needed time to complete the rest of the order. I agreed to return in 10 minutes, only to be asked to wait another 7 + minutes due to oven issues. Whatever the ticket and oven issue is, that needs to be addressed and fixed immediately. Despite the pick up issues I'm glad I didn't bring my kids with me, due to the tchotchke machines. Personal preference here, I think these cash grabs make any place they are housed look cheap but otherwise they do have ample seating and can accommodate groups. Employees were nice and apologetic for the delays, they seemed to be doing the best they could.

We wanted to sample a little extra and got the catfish platter with sweet potato fries too. WHEN I SAY SOOOO GOOOOOOD Ms. Charlotte helped serving to our table which was a really sweet touch. Everything came out piping hot and fresh. Philly cheesesteak? Phenomenal. Seasoned, tender, and had banana peppers cooked in which I LOVE. Sweet potato fries? Homemade, hot, fresh, crispy, and salted to perfection. Catfish? Fried perfectly. Not soft but not "hard" crunchy either. Paired with the homemade tartar is the bee's knees. Wings?
