Food usually hits the spot. The staff is always friendly and they usually have some decent music playing when you dine in.

Very disappointed for the second time . Fries were not cooked long enough and not seasoned. Chicken nuggets were fair..could have been crispier. Bone-in wings were awful, could not finish eating them. They were tough, and tasted like they had been reheated. Toast had no flavor. The food quality is significantly better at the Lake Murray location. Sorry this review was intended for the Dutch Fork location. read more

Lost my wallet at this zaxbys location and then called them asking If they can open there drive through window and look on the ground outside ( I parked near the drive through window) then got told "no we cannot we are too busy" too busy to open a window and look down???? Showed up at this location at 905pm on a Thursday evening (due to a late baseball game for our son). Hours posted on door state closing time at 10pm. I counted 5 employees in the "front" area and saw a few more scurrying around in the back. It took FIVE minutes for someone to even address us while we were standing at the counter. Many of them looked at us, but no one said "hello" or "we'll be with you in a minute". Begrudgingly, one of the girls in the front came up to the register, slammed what appeared to be keys on the counter, and huffed "what can I get for you?" Once she could see that we were killing her with kindness, her sharpness decreased. My point is, if the closing time is 10pm, you serve until that time. If someone walks in at 955pm, while not ideal, they should still get served. Some circumstances are out of people's control, causing them to show up later than they usually would. These people need to be given the same customer service as they would have gotten hours earlier. I can promise you, if there were many other options that were open in Chapin later in the evening, they would be chosen over this Zaxby's time and time again. DO BETTER! read more

At the window I asked for 10 wings plain and 10 with honey mustard. They couldn't do that because honey mustard was not available on wings (ok?) so I got 20 plain and they said they could do honey mustard in the packets They gave me two ranch packets for the 20 wings and ranch for the salad I ordered. They said I couldn't get a receipt (not sure why because they shut the window quickly). However there was an order on the bag # 501225636. I left and realized you didn't give me the honey mustard so I came back and asked. She gave me one pouch to which I said "1 pouch for 20 wings?" She said I can only give you one more because of my manager. Ok. The kids in here don't understand that the money I spend funds their paycheck that allows them the opportunity to buy video games and Pokemon cards while they live at home with their parents thinking the world is against them. My money is not going here again to fund this crew. Love your Zaxby sauce and Zalads but I'm boycotting this place. read more

Had to stop for a quick bite to eat on our way to Asheville. We'd been on the road since noon and traffic was at a standstill on I 26 the day before Thanksgiving. Pulled in with my wife and kids, plus 2 cats. I waited with the cats and the family went inside to order. My Zaxby's chicken sandwich and fries were out in no time and it was delicious. Just what I needed after 6 hours on the road. Zaxby's is always a pretty reliable bet for a quick bite while traveling. I was ready for the homestretch of our trip. This is the newest fast food place in Chapin. It's conveniently located just off the interstate as well. In terms of the fast food places by the interstate, it is by far the best choice. They have always accurately filled my order whether through the app or in person. It is always cooked to order. You can get anything related to chicken here. My go to is the wings and things combo but you can't go wrong with the other choices. It comes with wings dipped in your choice of flavors and chicken strips. My favorite is the teriyaki! The fries that come with it are usually good but at times can be aggressively salted with the season-all that they use. The toast that comes with it is the same - could be good or could be really salty due to the garlic salt on it. The bread they use for the sandwiches is very good. Not sure what kind it is but they definitely do not serve biscuits. I love the crushed ice and tea. A lot of people are really into their dipping sauces but I'd rather eat the food as is. All in all it's a good place that pushes customer orders out quickly and accurately. read more

I love Zaxby's so good. Love their teriyaki traditional wings. I love too get their wings and things. My husband likes the big Zax snack he will add a slaw too it. Their Texas toast is great I love too dip it n my teriyaki sauce when they put enough on my wings that there is some in the bottom of my plate. So good. read more

Zaxbys' has gone downhill... can't even make the sweet tea right, then when I ask for a different drink they make me pay for it.

This is a nice and newly built Zaxby's and it shows. We're traveling home from the beach and stopped for a quick bite. The bathrooms were nice and clean. When we ordered, the girl up front was super nice and asked all the right questions. It took about 5 minutes to get our food which wasn't bad, especially since there were only about 3 people working the counter and drive through. They had a large dining room with lots of seating arrangements and options. As always, the drink machine tasted great (our favorite part of Zaxby's). I really don't have any complaints besides one of the tables being dirty but that was literally it. Food tasted good and was made correctly. read more

Sorry you have an issue with help. Most of the service industry suffers from poorly motivated/trained staff and this is no exception. Food was marginal and service was horrible. It'll be another 15 years before we try the franchise. read more
