Amazing food. Amazing service. Gabby was exquisite. Chill vibe. I am always nervous of trying out new restaurants. This place did NOT disappoint. Love the wings read more

I've heard of this establishment a handful of times and I finally got the opportunity to try it out. We were in the mood for some wings and didn't think we could do any better tee r than this place. Upon entrance, the restaurant was packed with people but there was no delay in getting seated. Our server was very patience since the menu did seem quite overwhelming, despite knowing we wanted wings. For starters, we tried the firecracker shrimp. The shrimp were delicious which left me longninf for more. They come in a small portion so don't expect to be able to share with more than two people. I opted for a 12 piece, bone-in wings split between the Gamecock and Spicy Parmesan. Both flavors were delicious. The wings were massive and I actually couldn't even finish the meal. This place has some incredible wings with many flavors, plenty of tvs to watch any sport, and seems to get busy so it has a great atmosphere. It took me way too long to try the gold standard of wings in Columbia, but it won't be the last. read more

The wings were seasoned and fries to perfection! Came out fresh and hot. We also had the mozzarella sticks and they were huge, crispy and tasty. The waitress was attentive and courteous. We would have sat outside but it was too hot that day but the outside sitting option would be perfect in the late afternoons/early evenings. I will definitely be back very soon! read more

After a long afternoon if river tubing we were HUNGRY and ready for good food and that we found ! I'll start by saying everything I had was delicious but there is a specific reason I could not give 5 stars. The shrimp dip was a perfect appetizer with actually shrimp pieces and a little spice. My wings were some of the best wings I have had in a while and I am a wing snob. There take on fries is a "raw fries" ... I didn't like them calling them raw as it makes you think the fries are uncooked but probably means they are not seasoned. They are homemade potato chips that you can get with seasoning. They were delicious but the name was confusing. Also we were a party of 18 and Elizabeth and the rest of the staff did great with getting our beers, drinks and food to us and checking on us enough to make sure we had what we needed. Give her a bonus! Good size and vibe. Now to discuss why I could not give 5 stars. My friend found a hair in her food - she was bothered but did not want to make a big deal about it but that bothers me. I do think it is a one off situation because everything else was solid. Would I return ? For sure ! read more

First time there and it was so DELICIOUS!!! We will definitely be back. Great food and service!

What a great place! Staff is very nice and the place is comfortable. The highlight of it all are the wings, they are fresh and flavorful and when you ask for them to be crispy they actually care to bring one of them out from the kitchen for you to check the crispiness level to make sure you like it before they get tossed in the sauce. Absolutely recommend. read more

This place never disappoints, from the service to the food. Best wings in town and the Ranch salad dressing is the best I have ever had! A big reason this restaurant is so successful is the owner is always around which says volumes about his commitment to his customers. read more

Food was overall bad. The chicken has no flavor at all. They depend on the sauce to have flavor. And the sauce they added was very overwhelming. I could taste was something close to mayonnaise. This was 53rd Street chicken or something like that. I also had the boiled or grilled shrimp. I can't remember how they made it but that had no flavor either. I hate using butter or any of the seafood dipping sauce so that wasn't gonna help. It was about $12-13 for a dozen. That's all it comes with. Just shrimp and a side. I could've just went to a seafood boil for probably $5 more with actual flavor. Garlic mashed potatoes were actually good. I hope they wasn't insta mash lmao. The service was alright. I didn't think anyone was rude. Everyone was cool. I will say they told me 10 min wait and I waited about 30 mins for the food. You go to any Chinese place. When they say 10 min. They mean it. Don't lie about the wait time. Or just don't even mention it. Another thing, I hope it was just a customer but when you go thru the front door. You get hit with a smell of piss. I'm not sure why but I don't understand how the employees could not smell that. I know I should've left and wouldn't be leaving this review right now. Too bad Menkoi was closed at the time and Eggroll station was perm closed. I would've thrown my money at them. Will not come again. You need to be drunk to enjoy this food. Wasted $30 for nothing and brought this to my brother which he's going thru chemo right now and he probably would've preferred hospital food. I appreciate y'all. Truly. This was originally two stars but the more I wrote this review the more upset I started to get. read more

Went here after not having been back to Cola in 10 years. It was everything my college self remembered. The new location is nice, tucked back by the brewery. They moved all the decorations from the old location, so still had the D's feel. Got my wings tossed in spicy Parmesan garlic which was delish. Served with the raw fries served semi-floppy. It was everything I remembered and then some! read more

It was, unfortunately, not very good. The atmosphere was cool, but that's about the only positive thing I can say about it. The staff wasn't exactly rude, but they weren't the kindest or most welcoming restaurant staff I've ever met either. Also, I went to D's during College Football Bowl Season, so there should have been multiple games on multiple different TVs. However, they showed the same game on every TV, which was actually just a replay of a game that had already ended. I don't really know why they didn't put several different games on, as that's kind of the point of going to a bar. As for the food, the chicken tenders and fries were pretty bad, I could've gotten much better at a fast food restaurant like McDonald's or Bojangles. The tenders weren't necessarily awful, but they weren't good either. The fries however, were awful. They came out cold and mushy, and I had a hard time even finishing them. Finally, I got a margarita to drink, which again, was simply not very good. The atmosphere at D's was interesting, and good enough to save it from a one-star review. However, I don't think I see myself coming back any time soon. read more

Great sports bar! Plenty of parking when we went mid-Saturday afternoon after a river float. The staff were super efficient and accommodating for our large group. The wings were good, fries excellent. Their ranch is really good. Lots of fun beer options. Bathrooms were clean. read more

Our ROMEO Group of 7 had lunch here today. We were immediately seated in a large round table in the rear and it worked perfectly. Waiter took our drink orders and entree orders quickly. Six of us had wings. Five ordered the Bone-in Wings and one ordered the boneless while one other ordered the Cajun Cuban sandwich. We all agreed that the wings were about the best we've had in town. We had varied orders of wings...dry rub with blue-cheese dipping sauce for 3 of us, dry rub with the Mojo sauce (which he said was great), and a Suicide order (the hottest) which were not terribly hot but very good. All in all everyone liked the food. They've got a great selection on the menu. Most of the guys had fries with one home fry and one Cole slaw. The Cole slaw was very good. Only mishap is one of the guys was brought the wrong order twice (didn't get the type of side he'd ordered). It's on of our go-to places for wings. read more

First time here, tried it after a show at the Koger center. Sat outside and was served immediately. I tried the D's dry rub and it was delish. I was so hungry and totally forgot to take pics lol. But trust it was great. Came with seasoned fries which were crispy, hot and fresh. read more

The service here is bar none. In a world where the big corporate chains are drastically reducing the quality of food and the customer experience, D's always comes out on top. After only a few visits, the staff know my name and when you order wings they actually bring you out a sample wing to make sure it's cooked correctly. Greatly appreciated. read more

Great place! Very popular in locals, the wings are crispy outside, juicy inside. Sauce are great and full with characteristic too. Love, love, love, D's Wings! We mainly go for their wings so I cannot comment much on their other food items, but the wings are well worth the trip. Their spicy honey mustard is by far my favorite wing sauce it's the perfect mix of tangy and sweet. My family loves their medium sauce. The wings are always fried well and nicely sized. Their fries/raw fries are good but I like to opt for extra celery just because I like celery more :) read more

When I first arrived at D's Wings, I was slightly disappointed that it wasn't spelled Deez Wings. Then again, subtlety is important. Naming conventions aside, how is D's Wings? Is it better than deez... *ehem* Starting off, I'm not a fan of the pricing. It makes sense given that they are choosing to pair it with a side, but I'd prefer they have à la carte options at each wing level. $13.99 for 9 bone-in wings and a side dish is certainly not cheap, but it's also not far removed from expectations. Prices are up across the board due to the horrific dystopian future that is somehow our present. I was disappointed to only be offered one flavor. I'm used to getting two flavors for 10 piece. I went with cajun - hottest of the hot with a twist. I'd recommend everybody order their wings extra wet. I felt like the wings could've been sauced slightly better. The flavors were still good, and I'll happily return the next time I'm in town. read more

The new location was much needed! I love the space and the atmosphere of the new space. I love that they still incorporated the dollar bills. It may be just me but it seems like the food is better too. The wings were fried just as I like which I loved because some places struggle to make crispy wings. The fries was pretty decent. Those did not change. I truly enjoyed D's this visit. I love how the additional open space, the outside seating especially for those who have a dog, and the parking was pretty easy. read more

Six of our lunch group went here yesterday for our second visit. We enjoyed the first visit so much we decided to return. We got there around 11:30 AM and they seated us in a booth near the front. The problem is that the booths are not real deep, and the six of us were very cramped. We should've sat outside around one of the tables. Two of us ordered a beer and the others ordered iced tea. We were a little surprised when the waiter asked for our ID's, With both of us being 74 years old. There is a sign on the window that says VID everyone, so that's not a problem. We asked him about the IDs, and he said we have to check Your driver's license to make sure your drivers license are not expired. So if you don't have a drivers license, or it's expired, you apparently can't have a beer? I've never heard of this rule before. What if someone's 95-year-old parent is eating with them and doesn't have a drivers license, or doesn't even drive. Can they not have a beer? Just thought this was an unusual rule that I've never heard of. The food was great. We had these dry rub with blue cheese sauce and they were excellent. My friend and I also split the shrimp dip appetizer. It's served with tortilla chips and is still one of the best appetizers I've had. Everyone really liked their wings. Highly recommend this place but wish they had a little variation and their booths, Or maybe I didn't see other booths that were larger in the restaurant read more

Love love love D's. Often times my friends and I will grab a drink at Savage Craft while we wait for a table at D's and it's worth it! The staff is super fast and friendly! Their menu is extremely diverse and there's so many options for a friend group that is indecisive. D's also has one of the best ranches in Columbia in my opinion. As far as parking, I'd it can be hard to find but there is always a party leaving so you'll definitely find something! Perfect place for a night out for wings! read more

You know... wings just make the world go round. It's like the perfect food if we're being honest. And D's wings does them right! They have a ton of flavors, and they wings are crispy... not those soft soggy wings, I can't think of any thing worse lol. The flavors here shine. The lemonyaki is awesome, basically lemon pepper and teriyaki mix. You can also get this spicy, which I would recommend. The mojo is pretty tasty too. Like a bbq sauce with jerk seasoning. It's a thicker sauce so def better on traditional wings and not boneless. The boneless wings (I know are controversial lol), but are hit and miss when it comes to size. On my first visit they were huge, on my second a bit tinier... but hey, maybe 3rd times a charm. My ONLY knock against D's is that they charge per wing if you want all flats/drums. I get it, but sheesh and extra $3.15 for a 9 piece smh. read more

Between the instant potatoes and the dry wings, the food was less than impressive. The fried weren't great either.

Came here as a last minute choice. This was my first time here. It is a very nice looking establishment and was very clean. Being it was a wing joint, I ordered boneless wings and fries. The flavor of the wings and fries were very good. The only disappointment was the size of the boneless wings. That being said, the cost was very reasonable for the portion. When I come back again, I would just order a larger portion. However, they have a large menu and I would likely try other items off the menu first. read more

I know, it's a wing joint. And yes they do have great wings. BUT..... I tried the loaded chicken and it was delicious. The chicken was pounded and grilled. Then a nice serving of mashed potatoes on the top. Cheddar cheese and a light sauce. Very good and filling, but not so much as to ask for a cot. The service was great. "Noodle" was excellent. Very friendly and had time to chat. Scott also took the time to stop by and say hello and asked how my meal was. I have eaten here regularly over the years and have never had a bad time. my first visit in years!!!! lovely place, it was very loud atmosphere was 5 stars, service was 3 stars.... my question/comment is, a cuban sandwich is NOT EVER made on rye toast. it was absolutely disgusting. the sampler was so overcooked it was almost black, chicken strips were like a dried out dog treat..... we wasted 54.$, i doubt i'll be back. read more

We went there on a Friday night, and we knew there'd be a wait. The hostess was very polite and told us it'd be about 45 minutes, but we ended up only waiting 17 mins. I was pleased with that. Their menu has many many options. I ordered the ribeye loaded baked potato, but then I was informed they were out of baked potatoes for the night. We ordered some queso and it came with Tostitos tortilla chips. Like straight out of the bag. I ordered the loaded chicken and added mushrooms. It was okay but the mushrooms were oddly sweet and the gravy was extremely sweet. It was very off putting. I probably would return, maybe at a less busy time, and try something else.
