Then when I received my order, the wings were the wrong flavor and ice cold and the fries were practically mush from soaking in the cheese for 2 hours. I had heard lots of rave about wings too and their food lately so I had to check it out. The restaurant seemed to have plenty of indoor seating along with an outdoor area. I opted for the 10 piece wings with a mix of cajun seasoning and Korean BBQ. The wings were absolutely delicious as they were perfectly cooked along with a generous amount of sauce. I also got fries which I highly recommend putting cajun seasoning on them as they were to die for. They also offered corn rounds which I recommend to get and throw lemon pepper seasoning on them. The staff was very nice and presented the food with a fine level of care. All in all, I greatly recommend this place as their food is amazing and will definitely make you glad you went. read more

Today was the 2nd time I've ordered from this location. It's convenient to my work place and has a pretty decent priced lunch combos. Today, 2 colleagues and myself order our lunch online once we received our order at the office, we noticed the wings were super small. Looked more like a frog leg than a chicken wing. Asked the cashier 4 times what's going on with my order and the reply each time is they have tickets in front of yours. The final time, the cashier said you ticket is up next. Trying to be patient, I have it another 15 minutes then spoke with another employee. That employee told me that they didn't have my ticket at all and there was nothing they could do because it was 9:50pm and they couldn't make anymore orders. Me and my partner went there for lunch , Cheryl was taking our order. We tried paying in cash with a 100 dollar bill. She made no eye contact the entire time. She looked down at the bill and pulled her hand away so the bill fell and she said whoops we don't have any change. Been here multiple times since they opened, and have always had the slowest service of any restaurant in town, hands down. Even when I mobile order 30 minutes ahead of time, I usually wait close to 30 more to get my order. Have never been in and out in under 45 minutes when ordering at the counter. Also a little pricey for the size of wings and quantity. 15 dollars for a ten piece with fries, i could get the same meal for the same price with bigger wings at a sit down restaurant, and get actual table service. Good wings but I think the prices could be better. I got 30 wings with a large fry and I paid $38. That's a little much compared to other wing places. Depending on the flavor, their wings are not drenched in sauce (some may have an issue with that but I don't). I do wish they had more flavors but it still isn't bad. I'm also a little upset that they charge $1 for dipping sauces like honey mustard. The container isn't even that big and I had an order of 30 wings. This was all I got . Was really excited about Wingstop opening because it was my favorite place to get Wings back in my old hometown. Decided to stop in with my Girlfriend. Service was great, no complaint there but the food was a hot mess. It was fairly obvious that they hadn't changed the oil in the fryers for far too long because the fries were just disgusting. I would forgive crappy fries if the wings were decent, but they were merely OK (You could tell the grease hadn't been changed in a while here either), and if I noticed anything about them it's that they were tiny. Just all around quality control wasn't very good when I visited. I'll do a follow up visit at some point (Simply because I know any restaurant can have an off day). I am a huge fan of hot and wet, and Louisiana rub,, this is not fast food,,,when you order you will be told 14 or 15 minutes everytime,,, so if your in a hurry order ahead,,,,I hate seeing the 1 or 2 negative reviews it really shocks me, I have not had a bad experience at any Columbia or Augusta locations. I have been anticipating trying Won't stop since they opened in West Columbia. I waited until I had a craving for wings and despite my better judgement of getting the wings that I was already in love with at another local restaurant, I still decided to try Wingstop. Terrible choice. I ordered the 20 pc mix and match (7 Mango Habanero, 7 Louisiana Rub, and 6 Hawaiian Boneless). The boneless were for my kids. My daughter is 6. She likes anything sweet...she immediately noticed the lack of sauce on the boneless wings and they tasted a little like they were fried in fish grease. Clearly they weren't because if they had my son would have gone into anaphylactic shock because he is severely allergic to anything that touches fish. Anyway, I am a freak for anything and everything spicy and when I say spicy, I mean out of this world, fanning your mouth, armpits are sweating type of spicy. But my mango habanero wings disappointed my soul. My 6 year old even ate one of them. They lacked flavor. It's easy to tell that the wings are not seasoned prior to frying because they don't taste like anything at all. No salt. No pepper. Nothing. And then the mango habanero sauce was so light on the wings that I thought about driving back to ask for the atomic sauce instead. That's how bad it was. My husband came home and I gave him the Louisiana Rub wings. He called me in the room and said "don't get no more wings from Wingstop. I don't taste anything!" I can only imagine his frustration because I'm sure a rub would lack less flavor than a sauce anyway. I also ordered fries...they weren't bad...cold but not bad...ugly but they didn't taste bad. They would probably be pretty good if they were hot. Better than the wings, absolutely. Anyway, personally, I won't be back. I regret spending $23 at that place.
