Mr Richard was a great cashier! He helped me decide on how many tenders i wanted and even attempted to up sell me a brownie as an add on to my combo! I love a good salesman! as a sales supervisor i can appreciate his effort! Place was clean and they had me in and out on my lunch break. read more

Great fresh food always! Great location! Very busy but my food is always hot! Not far from home.

The food was hot and fresh, the staff friendly. Very impressed with the quality, atmosphere, and the professionalism of the team here

Love their wings delicious and fresh always a good service for me and my family Such good food read more

Just ordered fries from Wingstop and they were AWFUL!!!!!! They were old, cold and nasty!!! Those fries had been sitting under a heatlamp and were completely dried out. The tasted so old. I wasted money on these nasty fries and that was my first and my last time ordering anything from there. Please have more respect for your customers than to serve them food this nasty!!! read more

Ordered 40 wings, a sandwich, corn, and chicken fingers. I live an hour away from this wingstop in Aiken. When I got home I realized they did not give us our wings. I have tried to call this location for the last 45 min and they do not pick up the phone. I will not go back to Wingstop. Initial review was one star. Received a response from the district manager, Drew. He turned my experience around. Thank you read more

The food was absolutely delicious and my spouse always gets his wings "fried hard." Well they were fried perfectly fine. The service matches the food. Very prompt and polite customer service. The restaurant was very clean and well stocked. read more

I had heard lots of rave about wings too and their food lately so I had to check it out. The restaurant seemed to have plenty of indoor seating along with an outdoor area. I opted for the 10 piece wings with a mix of cajun seasoning and Korean BBQ. The wings were absolutely delicious as they were perfectly cooked along with a generous amount of sauce. I also got fries which I highly recommend putting cajun seasoning on them as they were to die for. They also offered corn rounds which I recommend to get and throw lemon pepper seasoning on them. The staff was very nice and presented the food with a fine level of care. All in all, I greatly recommend this place as their food is amazing and will definitely make you glad you went. read more

Absolutely ridiculous. Card reader was down??? Absolute circus in there. Only taking online orders and takes 45 minutes with 10 people in the store. It took her 6 minutes to get my god damn ranch. They were also playing the 2022 Super Bowl, get with the times read more

Not the type of person to leave bad reviews but my experience has just be awful. While waiting 20 minutes my food that was placed thought the app, the upfront team member decided she wanted a snack and started to eat fries in front of multiple paying customers. She has a bad attitude and is very inattentive. read more

Terrible. I ordered 20 wings and some fries for my family for dinner. From order to delivery it took 2 hours. Then when I received my order, the wings were the wrong flavor and ice cold and the fries were practically mush from soaking in the cheese for 2 hours. I reached out to corporate for a partial refund because that was hardly worth the $50 I paid for it and I've yet to hear anything from them. Needless to say I will not be back. Pizza Hut's microwaved wings are better and that's saying something. read more

i recommend placing your order online before heading there because it does take a lot longer. but the food was great so it was worth the wait! place was clean and everyone was kind and helpful. read more

Wingstop - i ordered the mild tenders with ranch and fries! delicious! - Chicken Wings Near Me - West Columbia, South Carolina

The wings tasted good not great when we had them. The people in the store were very nice and the place was clean. The big issue was that about 2 hours later through the next day my boyfriend and I both felt horrible. We can only assume the wings were quality enough and our bodies tried rejecting it, not a great Sunday night problem to deal with. read more

Today was the 2nd time I've ordered from this location. It's convenient to my work place and has a pretty decent priced lunch combos. Today, 2 colleagues and myself order our lunch online once we received our order at the office, we noticed the wings were super small. Looked more like a frog leg than a chicken wing. The flavors were good but definitely not worth the money. I'm pretty upset because I enjoy Wingstop over any other Wing place. Unless better wings are provided, I wont be returning. read more

Customer service is awful. No accountability. Ordered online, went to pickup from store and waited over an hour. Asked the cashier 4 times what's going on with my order and the reply each time is they have tickets in front of yours. The final time, the cashier said you ticket is up next. Trying to be patient, I have it another 15 minutes then spoke with another employee. That employee told me that they didn't have my ticket at all and there was nothing they could do because it was 9:50pm and they couldn't make anymore orders. All they could do was a refund, no gift card, no complimentary anything to make matters right for their mistake. Save yourself the headache and never order from this place!! read more

Me and my partner went there for lunch , Cheryl was taking our order. We tried paying in cash with a 100 dollar bill. She made no eye contact the entire time. She looked down at the bill and pulled her hand away so the bill fell and she said whoops we don't have any change. Then five to ten minutes later while we were waiting for our food another guest tried paying in cash and succeeded , Cheryl opened the register and there was plenty of change in the drawer. The food was a 6/10. My partner got the boneless wings in his opinion the wings were hard and small. The fries were delicious just alittle too salty. read more

Gotta love wingstop man, it's just damn good. My go to is the 10 piece boneless combo (I know wing purist will scoff at this, but the boneless wings are just supreme here). Depending on how I feel, I'm going all korean bbq (thanks to whoever made this a permanent flavor)... or i'll split between that and regular bbq. Kelsay goes for the 6 piece combo all bbq. Now the key here is the fries... whatever seasoning they sprinkle on there is addicting, like nothing short of divine! read more

Check your bag! Wingstop can make a good wing. But if you're ordering carry out from this location, make sure to check your bag before you leave the door. A portion of my order was not accounted for when I got home. When I called back to ask for a refund of the item, I was hung up on. I attempted to call back multiple times and my calls were ignored. read more

Our food took at least 30 minutes to get. The dining area wasn't clean. The overall experience was just not there what so ever. They really put the stop in wing stop. When I went up to ask for my food they said hold on we will call you when it is ready, after we once again we're waiting for 30 min. Service was not good. The wings and ranch were good but the fries were soggy and way over salted. The overall experience was just not good at all. I do not recommend going here unless you order 30 minutes in advance on your phone. read more

Called in wings for pickup, they were hot and ready. Cashier was pleasant and store was clean. Wings are small but delicious. Price was fair and quality was good. read more

You know... The wings and fries are kick ass, but Holy moly good god, the service is unbelievable. They are so dang slow. I swear they got Gary the snail throwing the meals together back there. You call in a order and they tell you 20 mins. You show up and you wait inside for about 30 mins every time. This happens every single time. They are lucky they get 3 stars from me because the food is good, but I'd give them negative 6 stars on their work production. Get your stuff together. I am adjusting my 3 stars to 1 star. My buddy ordered at 8:00 and we waited 50 mins until finally going back up to complain and they had it on the rack the entire time. Wtf, get some employees who know how to work a job. read more

Wings here are great when fried extra well done. Cashier Brian is very friendly and seems to multi task well, he provides a great first impression for the business, but the kitchen is a different story. Been here multiple times since they opened, and have always had the slowest service of any restaurant in town, hands down. Even when I mobile order 30 minutes ahead of time, I usually wait close to 30 more to get my order. Have never been in and out in under 45 minutes when ordering at the counter. Also a little pricey for the size of wings and quantity. 15 dollars for a ten piece with fries, i could get the same meal for the same price with bigger wings at a sit down restaurant, and get actual table service. Still a good place for a go to late night meal when everyone else is closed. read more

So delicious. Wings are cooked and seasoned/flavored to perfection. The little corn is the best. Fries amazing. Love Wingstop

This is place is awesome. I been eating at this franchise for the past eight years since I was in mid west. Reasonable price and food is also delicious. I glad the Lt have expand to the Columbia area. read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - West Columbia, South Carolina

Good wings but I think the prices could be better. I got 30 wings with a large fry and I paid $38. That's a little much compared to other wing places. Depending on the flavor, their wings are not drenched in sauce (some may have an issue with that but I don't). I do wish they had more flavors but it still isn't bad. I'm also a little upset that they charge $1 for dipping sauces like honey mustard. The container isn't even that big and I had an order of 30 wings. This was all I got . Other than that, I still would recommend. read more

Shout-out to the boss Rick Ross!! Great food!! Great great great everything!!! Perfect place for a late night snack or a nice lunch.

Was really excited about Wingstop opening because it was my favorite place to get Wings back in my old hometown. Decided to stop in with my Girlfriend. Service was great, no complaint there but the food was a hot mess. It was fairly obvious that they hadn't changed the oil in the fryers for far too long because the fries were just disgusting. I would forgive crappy fries if the wings were decent, but they were merely OK (You could tell the grease hadn't been changed in a while here either), and if I noticed anything about them it's that they were tiny. Just all around quality control wasn't very good when I visited. I'll do a follow up visit at some point (Simply because I know any restaurant can have an off day). But I refuse to bring my Girlfriend because she already hates this place. read more

The store manager at this location is very unprofessional, on top of that if the meals come with two flavors why try more for a third flavor because I want both flavors on all my wings the district manager was in the location at the time and had to get involved then my friend had to get a refund for her order because people who came on after we did were placing orders after we did but getting their food first read more

Great wings and very reasonable prices. The fried corn bites are really good. Great service!

I was very disappointed because I came to this establishment at 9:59pm and the sign OUTSIDE SAYS "OPEN UNTIL MIDNIGHT". The sign on the door also says open until midnight, so please explain to me why at 10:12pm the door is locked. I knocked on the door, and the lady just shook her head as if the sign doesn't BLATANTLY say "Open until midnight" with the light SHINING. I understand Covid-19 hours and everything, but get a NEW SIGN if things are different. WRITE OUT A SIGN ON THE DOOR or something. It's misleading for your signage to not show what your hours truly are. I was definitely upset with this. Thanks for nothing Wingstop read more

I got take out wings from here last night. Ordered online and it was ready when I got there. It was fresh and hot. I thought the flavors were great and size of the combo meal was good for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'd go back for sure. read more

Wing stop is slow but it's a good price, the ranch is incredible, and it more than satisfies those wing and fatty food cravings.

I have been eating here since it opened, I'm from the upstate but I am in Columbia area about once a week and I eat here probably two to three times a month. It's my favorite wing place anywhere. I am a huge fan of hot and wet, and Louisiana rub,, this is not fast food,,,when you order you will be told 14 or 15 minutes everytime,,, so if your in a hurry order ahead,,,,I hate seeing the 1 or 2 negative reviews it really shocks me, I have not had a bad experience at any Columbia or Augusta locations. Anyway my two cents,,tells you, you need to eat here. It's funny my step son moved to Lexington, he likes it so much, he got gift cards for this place read more

Pissed off to 10th degree. Just left Wingstop on #1 Hwyway, West Columbia SC; wings were old, hard, barely lukewarm. I called & cashier was nice. Manager for the day said they would not recook my order & did not offer to refund my money. I threw bad chicken in the trash can right there. If I did not spend money there 2/3 times a week & knew what bad chicken tasted like it would have not been so bad. His attitude stunk. Will be giving business somewhere else read more

I have been anticipating trying Won't stop since they opened in West Columbia. I waited until I had a craving for wings and despite my better judgement of getting the wings that I was already in love with at another local restaurant, I still decided to try Wingstop. Terrible choice. I ordered the 20 pc mix and match (7 Mango Habanero, 7 Louisiana Rub, and 6 Hawaiian Boneless). The boneless were for my kids. My daughter is 6. She likes anything sweet...she immediately noticed the lack of sauce on the boneless wings and they tasted a little like they were fried in fish grease. Clearly they weren't because if they had my son would have gone into anaphylactic shock because he is severely allergic to anything that touches fish. Anyway, I am a freak for anything and everything spicy and when I say spicy, I mean out of this world, fanning your mouth, armpits are sweating type of spicy. But my mango habanero wings disappointed my soul. My 6 year old even ate one of them. They lacked flavor. It's easy to tell that the wings are not seasoned prior to frying because they don't taste like anything at all. No salt. No pepper. Nothing. And then the mango habanero sauce was so light on the wings that I thought about driving back to ask for the atomic sauce instead. That's how bad it was. My husband came home and I gave him the Louisiana Rub wings. He called me in the room and said "don't get no more wings from Wingstop. I don't taste anything!" I can only imagine his frustration because I'm sure a rub would lack less flavor than a sauce anyway. I also ordered fries...they weren't bad...cold but not bad...ugly but they didn't taste bad. They would probably be pretty good if they were hot. Better than the wings, absolutely. Anyway, personally, I won't be back. I regret spending $23 at that place. I would have done better to make my own wings or getting them from that place in Bush River. Well, u eat and u learn. Lol! read more

i wish i could give them six stars. i was having a really rough night and went to get food. i had never been to a wingstop before so i decided to try something new. the lady at the register helped me find a flavor i liked then the man that gave me my food told me that he threw in a brownie and i almost started crying and said awh thank you. it's people like them that are just so kind hearted and friendly that we need more of in this world. i definitely recommend! food tastes AMAZING too!! read more

Thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service. Was pleasantly surprised to see they had mozzarella sticks which really tied together the meal. Wasn't sure when they told me it would be 15 minutes but once I realized EVERYTHING was made to order it made sense and you can really taste the difference. Will be back the next time I come through town. read more
