    Denim Shorts for Sale
    Jacques I.

So I may have visited at a hectic time, which is why the store may have been so untidy, but the entire store was marked down. It was insanity. I was at the Westlake Center to meet a friend for dinner nearby, and since I arrived early, I decided to pop into Zara. There was a lot to like here, selection wise, if you have the time and patience of going through racks and stacks of clothing and accessories. Most everything was misplaced, with many items on the floor or hanging over racks because someone had tried it on and didn't put it back on its hanger. Good thing mirrors were spread out throughout the store, which is how people could somewhat try on clothes since the fitting rooms were closed. Fortunately for me, I was interested in jackets, so a mirror was just fine. I ended up getting a wool jacket for only $90, which was originally over $200. Lots of good deals if you're willing to sift through the mess. All of the employees were at the cashier counter. I didn't see anyone on the floor, so good luck asking for help if you need it. Despite three employees at the counter, checking people out, the line was still very long due to the mega sale they're having right now! So perhaps if I visit again at a non-sale time, the place would be more organized. But hey, I got a jacket out of it, so ain't no thang.

I visit this location every time I'm in town and always find something. Sale item prices are better here than many other locations but what is best about this location is that the staff is really friendly and welcoming. I never have a long wait for a dressing room and often find great deals on denim and a regular update of fashions. They could do a bit better with keeping the upstairs sale area cleaner and more organized but it's absolutely worth going. My husband got an amazing deal on a great coat here.

The larger size I got and smaller size in the bag cause I can't even get a hanger !

Yea this Zara definitely sucks ass. I buy so many suits online and got a larger one but the smaller one I have they won't me exchange for any or anything. Furthermore, they won't even give me a hanger for the extra jacket. I buy slot of suits online and once again the smaller one they won't even let me get store credit after being so loyal. You get what you pay for I guess. Bullshit if you ask me.

Wouldn't return a shirt I bought online because it was the last day of the return window. Quality was trash, employees were rude.

What kind of store doesn't want to sell their items? Unbelievable! How do they stay in business? She even asked my 10 year old are you following me? I found that very rude! The worst store I've ever been in. First of all, we were a family of 4 and my children each got one. You took out that jelly cat you did not put on the floor on your own. We did not ask for you to take anything out besides asking if you had another quantity of the pink bunny. We knew nothing about the another one you brought out on your own. It's doesn't especially mean if we're a family of four we could do 4 transactions. So don't say we're lying when you caused all this. We are not your only bad review, we have seen your past reviews on Google. I still don't recommend this place to any families with children or anyone in general. Have a great day. You can stop replying and not opening it to the public because it's showing guilt. I'm sure I'm not the only bad review you'll ever get considering how you run your business. I didn't see your goggle reviews before I went to your shop but it is what it is. What happened and said is done and at the end of the day my kids got what they wanted despite you hesitating to sell to kids. You tried to save the jellycats for a collector FYI my kids are collectors! Take care!

I always try to support local businesses, especially children's stores, but unfortunately my experiences here have consistently felt unwelcoming. My most recent visit was while shopping for my daughter's upcoming 3rd birthday. When I walked in, neither of the two employees in the store acknowledged me. After a while, I received a very cold greeting from one of them. During checkout, I commented that it was nice to see they carried adult clothing as well, and the owner responded with, "We always have," in a tone that came across as harsh and dismissive. On its own, this interaction might not have been a big deal, but it reflects a pattern I've experienced over the years. I've repeatedly found the atmosphere to be unfriendly, particularly in my interactions with the owner. As a parent who regularly shops for children's clothing and enjoys supporting local businesses, customer service matters. I want to spend my money where customers feel welcomed and appreciated. Because of the consistent lack of warmth and customer care I've experienced, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. That's disappointing, because I genuinely prefer supporting neighborhood businesses whenever possible.

It's a completely different store with a different vibe. For starters the prices are high, $119 plus tax for a used Woolino sleep sack, you can get one new from the company or amazon for a few more dollars. Another thing is that they no longer sort clothing by gender. This is incredibly annoying when shopping for boys clothing as there is prob 75% girls to boys clothing in consignments stores. I'm guessing this is due to people over buying for girls and girls not making their clothes as messy, this was the case with my children. This comment isn't designed to attack people who want to dress their children GN, it's more an annoyance that it takes significantly longer to sort though the clothes which is tough when you have 2 kids in tow. Perhaps brand back the gendered cloning and have a third GN section.

She was fast, accurate, and knew what she was doing.
