    Lamb plate.

It was delicious. I had beef, my son had lamb. Both were really good but I will go for lamb next time (pictured) with extra white and red sauce.

Disgusting. I found bones in my shawarma and the vegetables were rotten. My friend almost vomited and my stomach hurts so bad . I do NOT recommend . If I could've gave it a zero i would've . I found black on my bread

.....for some reason my kids wanted to try out shwarma....so we went to Zamzam...we arrived at lunch time....place was empty....while my kids were trying to decide what to get two different people came to get take out....when my kids placed their order the clerk quickly made their items....I had an inquiry about their product and the owner gave me a sample to try....he also gave the kids each a lollipop.....I personally am not a fan of this particular cuisine but the kids were happy with what they ate....the drinks that are in one of the pics are from Tina's Cake House.....Sep 11

Amazing deal for the food quality. It's got less variety than the usual place I go to in terms of ingredients, spreads and sauces to pick from. They're more on the traditional style (they don't grill and no cheese option). Pros: - chicken is really tender but needs sauce for flavoring and isn't as crispy as my usual place (donair dude on Granville) - Staff are soft spoken and friendly - Seating area is tidy, napkins behind the counter - Easy free street parking on kingsway out front for an hour.

Lovely family run shop. I don't know how he does it but he can really really pack in a lot of filling into a wrap. The place is modern and clean and both staff presumably the owners, were super friendly. We had a chicken wrap and a super chicken wrap with all the fixings. The difference is a ginormous scoop of chicken. I could barely finish mine. It's just a mound of delicious chicken, lettuce, jalapeños, tomatoes, pickles and so much more. I'm salivating as I reminisce about my wrap. We also had their small order of fries and they were very generous! Fried to order. The texture reminds me of the best Costco style fries but then they sprinkle this yummy seasoning. Drools! Can't wait to come back! Chicken Schwarma

I'd randomly spotted ZamZam from the car and made a mental note to check them out. They're located across the street from Vegan Pizza House. We dropped in on a Thursday evening (around 7:45pm) and it was empty. There's a couple tables to sit at but it's mostly barren inside. The menu is up on their TV screens; plates, wraps and sides. Short and sweet. - Pita - two pieces to add some filler to our dishes. - Falafel platter ($9.99) - four pieces of falafel, taboulleh and green salad. Wish that they gave you a dollop of rice but there's only hummus underneath the falafel balls. Falafel had a light, crispy texture. Tabboulleh was okay but it lacked freshness. - Chicken shawarma ($11.99) - came with rice, hummus and salad. The rice was excellent; cinnamon spice they used was tasty. The chicken was sadly over salted. Nothing particularly stood out to me at ZZG.

Pretty new gig along Kingsway and Victoria,Vancouver. Small Middle Eastern restaurant, can house like 15 heads only. Authentic cuisine I gezz from Jerusalem Israel, just correct me if I am mistaken. Neat place although small but they have their own washroom, no TV. Wifi is free powered by shawcable. There is only one waiter in there, its a fast food kinda style. Lamb and chicken shawarma is the carrying dish. Smells good inside, you can see a big oven like thing where two kinds of meat is grilling, just like other MiddleEastern do it they slice the meat while it is hot. Street parking in here although its free but its a busy area. I tried the chicken shawarma plate,no other choice for me because I don't eat lamb. Just the right portion, lessthan $12 plus your drink ,you are looking around $15 for one adult size meal. I loved it,with the sauce the chicken turned into super taste chicken. Fresh and juicy, smells awesome aswell.Everything is serve in disposable boxes pretty neat and environmental friendly, theres garbage bins inside dump your waste accordingly. Service is friendly and the guy is bi lingual because he is talking to another patron in their language. Noise level is average, good for kids and family. Simple décor,i saw only one frame in the wall and I believed its a mosque from Jerusalem. If you are looking for affordable and quality Middle Eastern cuisine specially shawarma give this place a try. Congratulations to ZamZam,a small restaurant with a potential to be big.

Falafel platter with 2 salads and lots of hummus under the falafel rings :)

We went fairly late and found out that their last call was at 8:30 PM--something to keep in mind if you're planning a visit. Overall, I enjoyed the food profile, though the service could definitely be improved. It was challenging to get the server's attention, and some cutlery was missing until we asked for it. My friend and I shared the Mezza Sampler - Hot ($32), which included 2 falafel, 2 kibbeh, cauliflower, and halloumi fries. Each dish was quite good, but the highlight for me was definitely the fried cauliflower. It was served with tahini, tzatziki, and pita bread. I'd recommend this more for sharing, as it can get a bit greasy. Our other friends ordered the Lentil Soup (small - $5), served with bread crisps, and the Batata Narra ($10), which are potatoes in a tomato chilli sauce. They said both dishes were good, though the Batata Narra wasn't spicy at all.

The menu focuses on real, sit-down dishes instead of the usual street food, which is a nice change. Clean, comfortable space -- overall a great find if you're craving authentic Lebanese

We were greeted with a warm embrace and a comforting welcome drink of chai tea paired with delicious finger foods. The Dine-Out menu was impressively extensive. We felt like kids in a candy store, eager to explore the vibrant, exotic flavours. The mango-infused dishes were a standout! The service was impeccable. One server even followed us outside just to hand us cardamom cookies for the road. Many restaurants treat Dine Out as a budget-set menu, but East is East used it to truly showcase their best work.
