Over a period of two seperate days, I believe they sent every employee except their owner and office staff to assess the issue. Finally, technician Grant figured out the problem after a couple of hours and was able to fix the problem. Good man! I was concerned about the cost of the repair after the first few hours of not being able to correct the issue. So the next day I drove to their office with the original architectural diagrams of the building and went over the plumbing diagram with Matt. I let him know that at $140 per hour I was very concerned about the cost of all the time spent by everyone. Matt stated that they would be fair on the cost which ended up being $1700! Actually I paid for a lot of technicians to come out and tell me they couldn't figure it out. Grant did solve the issue after a few hours of digging out a new trap. Thanks again Grant! I did call the owner Scott and explained my thoughts on the service and he did lower the bill to $1400. Not a pleasant experience with Royal Flush and quite expensive on paying for most employees ineptness.

Now that dig is not pretty it leaves ur yard a mess but Im thankful that my line runs in the back of my home bc I wouldve had a cow had that mess had to be left in my front yard. Granted he arrived on short notice on Friday around 5pm. My time and patience are worth something. And that day I would have paid twice as much not to have to mess with it. I don't think they should charge me for the down time when they knew in advance it involved the main line coming into the house. I would not trust a quote from them unless you are ok with paying double.
