I would have gladly moved the toilet myself if I knew it would be an excessive fee. When I called Chuck to discuss it with him, he informed me that there's nothing wrong with charging over $600/hr to move a toilet or to charge me an extra $110 for something so simple without informing me beforehand. The quality of work was good but the cost for repairing a minor clog was excessive and included undisclosed fees.
