My HVAC System was installed by a local (Marion IN) plumber about 5 years ago. It malfunctioned after a few days and the dust accumulation was outrageous. I approached the two man team that installed the unit and they were dismissive and rude. I endured because I was busy with work and often out of town. When issue got so ridiculous, I texted the senior guy again and he replied but the entire stream was shared. I got their number. They were not going to come back to my home--ever. We were in a bind on this Sunday evening! No other 'emergency service' could come out. When I called QPH, I got Cory. He was kind and friendly, especially for a Sunday evening. I told Cory the issue and he said they could absolutely come out tonight. He contacted another service expert, Mike, and they got here speedily! They were professional and expert at their work - got right to it! Cory and Mike took great care with our home and were so friendly with my husband, me and our dog. My mom's AC condenser and AHU were old and failing. QPH did an excellent job explaining our options and performing the work. They thoroughly explained the new condenser and fan coil system and laid out good/better/best options, including how they chose the most efficient sizing. They removed the old condenser and AHU, and it was a tight space in the attic. They installed a line for condensation that you don't even know is there. I also liked that they took pictures in the attic to show the work needed. They cleaned up the area nicely (they put tarps down to cover the carpet and cleaned up the garage when they left) and were very professional from consultation through installation. Several months ago, he corrected a plumbing problem I had been dealing with for several years with my washer during the spin cycle. Hands-down the best experience to date. I had a slight emergency last evening around 10 PM and made one phone call to this company. Within 20 minutes everything was set up for 7 AM this morning the on-call technician showed up at 6:52 AM and was amazing! He performed everything necessary and he cleaned up after himself. 'Twas the afternoon before Christmas Eve and 18 guests were due in two days. An HVAC man from a different company informed us that the sewer line hangers in the crawl space had failed, pipes had broken in multiple places, and were dumping all sewage onto the ground under the house. We had a leak through the ceiling underneath our bathroom, and they were able to fit us into the schedule in a very quick timeframe. Andy searched for the cause of our leak and did not jump straight to cutting into drywall to diagnose the issue as he knew we wanted to avoid that if at all possible.
