Worst customer service EVER! We hired Estes Excavation and…read moreDrain to do the inspections on the well and septic of the house we were purchasing. We aren't sure they ever did an inspection on the well or the septic because we were supposed to receive the inspection reports for both services and we never received either one. We tried calling Estes but they never answer their phone. Our agent tried calling them but they never answered any of his calls either, nor did they ever call any of us back. They had no problems taking our money though. We paid for a home warranty when we purchased our home because there were things that didn't quite work right when we purchased the home. We found that almost all of the faucets leaked. When we contacted the home warranty company they told us they were sending out, you guessed it, Estes. They gave us a window of between 11:00 and 3:30. We waited that whole time for them to show up but they never did. We called the warranty company the next day to let them know Estes never showed up. We were told that Estes reported that they didn't find anything wrong with the system (plumbing fixtures). Well of course not, you'd actually have to show up to find something wrong with the system. So the warranty company told us they would, again, be scheduling for someone to come out to address the issues we were having. Lo and behold Estes took that call and have us the same window. And again they never showed up and didn't call to let us know what was going on. This time we called the warranty company asking them to contact Estes to confirm the appointment. However, Estes never answered the warranty company's call either. Then we called again after the service window letting the warranty company know that, once again, Estes never showed up nor did they call. In conclusion we wouldn't refer anyone to.this company to do any kind of work because they don't show up and they don't answer your call yet they don't have any trouble taking your money.

I grabbed the number of the first plumbing company that came up (All-Pro) on my Google search...I am so glad it was All-Pro. Kim was so reassuring and informative on the phone. She had someone dispatched to our home and the problem was identified and fixed before I knew it! I was impressed with the plumbers' professionalism (they even gave us proof of their licenses and insurance)! The plumbers were well groomed and they didn't mind the millions of fears and questions about the whole process that I had. I know it was a fluke that I called them first, but now they are definitely my go-to plumbers and also my go-to people if I need a referral suggestion for any other type of home maintenance that we have (which happens a lot)! 5 STARS! Our dog destroyed our furnace's air return duct…read moreboard, ripping it out of the ceiling. We called King's and we're told they would get us on the list. Brian and another technician came out pretty quick, and after their initial shock at the extent of damage (they thought, they were coming to do a patch job) they fabricated a new air return duct out of sheet metal and installed it. Our house is only 3 years old, but there is a stark difference in the work quality between the company that installed the furnace in the new home and King's. I have used King's for all my heating and plumbing needs for over 40 years. I am retired military and have been all over the country and experienced many good and bad heating and plumbing companies. King's is by far the best I have ever dealt with. I'm deeply suspicious anytime I see them rated under 5 stars. 5 STARS!

Last night, my MIL called a " big name" plumbing company in an emergency situation and after 10 minute of snaking the drain, we were told that she had a collapse pipe and that she would need to dig up her yard and possibly part of her home in order to repair it. My mother-in-law was beside herself in tears and the fear that she was gonna have to spend 10k+ in repairs. I had used reliable sewer and drain in the past for my own home and knew that I needed to get a second opinion from him! I called him first thing in the morning, and he came out early afternoon same day! Within minutes, he was able to give us the wonderful news that we did not have a collapsed pipe and that it was just a bunch of tiny roots. He put the toilet back on for us and got her all back up and running! He also noticed that our shower drain wasn't right! It had always been stuck half way since we moved in over a year ago but my MIL never thought to really fix it! He took a look and fixed it quickly! I am so thankful that I came across reliable sewer and drain and will no longer let anybody in my family use anyone else!

On Mon. I come home from work, Gary and his crew had everything ripped out and framed. I'm told it might be Fri.(d/t other jobs and weather) before it got poured.( What is called a 6bag pour, heavier weight I guess). I was ok with that. SURPRISE!! Tue. I come home the whole job was poured. I get home on Wed. Frame is out and it's all back filled. Low areas in the yard filled to improve ground water drainage. I was in shock. I did have the time to move things out of the way or pull up bulbs. The crew did all that. My wife picked up the bulbs so they could be replanted. I found this to be great work for a great price.
