As a single woman, I expect to be able to call a company and not be taken advantage of, but I felt like that is exactly what they did. They sent a subpar 'new' crew over to do the roof, which is fine, but the project manager did not do a post inspection of the 'new' crew. The metal drip edge was pieced together as if they used a bunch of scrap pieces and pulling away from the edge as if it was not installed properly, they forgot to install the ridge vent, and there are ripples in the shingles on an extremely high wind roof. The project manager didn't catch any of those mistakes and I had to speak up to get them fixed and to be honest I should have been more detailed, because he did the minimum and nothing more. I can only imagine how he would have left it if I didn't speak up. He continued to mention the 5 year workmanship warranty, but I should not have to go through the hassle of a warranty, because it should be done right the first time. Not to mention the mess they left in my yard....old OSB, siding, and staples left. I would not recommend them and will not be using them for any future projects.

I had a blocked sump pump drain line to the city storm water…read morecollection system; I had located the blockage, but required excavating expertise to reach the blockage and fix it. Jim came to view & quote the job the same day I called, and was on-site 2 days later to perform the work. He successfully excavated - with both an excavator and by hand - around the drain pipe to locate the blockage (caused by a nearby street tree that had been removed, as well as poor installation by the original home builder). He also provided materials to re-connect the sump drain line to the city connection. Once complete he cleaned the site very nicely. I was not disappointed with my interaction or work with Jim. I communicated only with him, and he performed the work himself (although he does have a crew that works with him on larger jobs). I highly recommend Jim for any plumbing or excavating needs.
