Mr Lee was there from the day after we filed our claim until all the repairs were done met with our adjuster to make sure the adjuster got all that was needed to be repaired. After the estimate came in Mr Lee made sure all of the repairs were on the estimate(new roof, Vinyl sidding, gutters, & repair our fence). If something was missing he made sure our insurance made it right. When repairs were started Mr. Lee was there to make sure repairs run smoothly from beginning till the last repairs were finished. My husband & I we so excited because it was like nothing happened. Even our fur baby we excited to have his yard back. After several months of waiting, we were finally granted a judgment against Carmel Exteriors (currently going by "Indianapolis Roofing"), a company run by Dylan Casey West and his wife, Quanesha (Nesha) Shane West (Kyles). The Court has sided with us, and I'm not worried about his threat to "deploy legal responses that you couldn't imagine" if we post a review. The truth is not libel. My main concern now is protecting other people from putting their homes and finances in jeopardy by working with these people. According to the Indiana Secretary of State website, they have filed for TWENTY-EIGHT assumed business names in Indiana, and are going by another one of those names (Indianapolis Roofing) since we filed our lawsuit. This is all public record. One of the main things that reeled us in were the dozens of positive reviews online. Thorough research and background checks have shown us that many of the "five star reviews" for Carmel Exteriors (now Indianapolis Roofing) were by their family members, people who live out of state or those who could not have hired them, as they don't own property.
